Jody was very patient, this was a reservice for ant control because the ant control pesticide was out of stock when our home received the pest service a few weeks ago. We did not see much ant activity, perhaps due to colder weather or adequate treatment when the lawn service was performed a few weeks ago.

I was not present during my most recent treatment. I was however able to observe the technician via my security system. I had a bat in my home and was completely terrified and too scared to unlock the door for someone to come in.To say they were so empathetic and understanding is an understatement.The person who came out climbed through the window with no hesitation and removed the bat expeditiously.They are kind, patient and QUICK.Someone was literally here within 5-7 minutes.THANK YOU SO MUCH

We signed up, they came and sprayed but not the areas we said we had a major problem with. we waited and did not see any improvement in the bug control. Then my husband got laid off of work. He called 2 weeks ago and cancelled your service. Then the guy called yesterday to say they were coming. My husband explained he cancelled weeks ago. Then the guy said we were being charged a cancellation fee, which we were told before signing up we could cancel at anytime without a fee. Then this morning we woke to find out they billed us for the service and we did not receive any service. So thank you for leaving us with no money and very poor service. would not even give the one star. Would like our money back and a large apology.

They come when they say and seem to do a good job. There was a mixup in the work to be done, but Jody got on the phone to the office and after several calls managed to work everything out. She really went out of her way to get the work done that we wanted without making us wait a week or more. She was so pleasant to work with.

BEWARE of shady billing practices. This company came out and preformed services at my mothers house without authorization while she was out of town. They claim they sent her a bill via text (which they didn t, because the number they had on file was a land line!!) A paper bill was never sent. She was never contacted. They then sent her to collections and impacted her credit after never contacting her about the service or a bill! In Response to TBs response: My mother was a longstanding client whose account was always handled through her business. When she sold her business she called to notify you of her change in contact information, both phone, mail, and email. If you would have done your due diligence to update your records as she has had requested she would have received a bill for her services and her account would not have gone 90 days past due. To send a longstanding client, who has always had a history of prompt payment, to a collection agency with no attempt to correct the situation first is immoral. You couldn t send a paper bill to her house first? It s not like you didn t have the address, since that s where the services were rendered!!

This is our 2nd year for the lawn spray 4 applications a year. Our yard has never looked so good and this year we were AMAZED that all the sedum is gone!!! We were told nothing kills it except removal!! What an unexpected surprise!! Thank you for this service!!

They do what they say they will do

I started with them a few years ago because I had a grub infestation. And weeds out of control. Happy to say I have no problem with grubs and I believe I saw maybe 5 dandelions. My lawn is green and starting to fill in. The workers are generally friendly and informative

I guy came out 1 time and my card has been charged 3 times for a total of $300. The harassing phone calls and emails has been insane! Additionally, they couldnt provide information or proof of what they used to spray for bugs. Clearly a bunch of frat boys looking to take advantage of people.

I have used this company for two years (now on my third) and am very happy with how my lawn has improved. I hire them for weed control and lawn fertilization as well as lawn/general pest control and grub control. We had so many wasps that we could not sit on our deck. They took care of it. The technicians are very nice and work very hard! I get compliments on my lawn all the time!

I hired Olson several years ago to deal with a crab grass infestation and general lawn fertilization. Subsequently I have added Grub control and this year I have them doing Core aeration and reseeding. I give them 5 Stars for the quality of their work, promptness and the excellent results. My lawn looks great! The Two folks working on my yard I see most often are Andrew and Jodie. They are helpful explaining to me what is being done and always go the extra mile to do a great job. I sent a request online and received a call from Sunday @ Olsons within an hour. She is very personable and efficient with a quick quote that was a lot less than quote by a major name brand company. Within two days Brad came to our home to identify stinging hornets and how to terminate, which only took him about 30 minutes. We were very pleased and would highly recommend.

I have used store bought products to maintain my lawn but have never been satisfied. Olson was doing my next door neighbor and I asked them to do my lawn. I couldnt have made a better choice. The lawn was sprayed in short order and I cant believe the results. Those pesky weeds are gone and my lawn looks better than it ever has. I cant wait to see the results after the next application.

I was very impressed with Olsons. I called them when I moved into our new house. Weeds were over grown and ants everywhere. Immediately someone was at my house explaining what exactly they were going to do so I could have control of my yard again. The first spraying you could tell the weeds started dying out after the third spraying I did not have to worry about weeds and ants anymore. Which is a good thing because my kids are highly allergic to weeds. They can go out in there backyard and play now not having allergic reactions or having to use epi pins. Olsons wasnt the first place I called because I didnt know who to call, however they returned my call right away (amazing in itself, people dont return calls so much these days) and did what I asked for a fair price.
