Got yelled at and flipped off for parking at my work by one of the drivers great company😂

They do not take pride in their snow plowing. I live in an apartment complex in Millcreek and they do terrible snow plowing! They came and plowed our parking lot but left a huge and high pile of snow behind all of the tenants vehicles how they thought that was okay and acceptable thing to do is beyond me and the snow is hard and packed so it is hard to even move it to clear it out! I do not have a problem shoveling and doing snow removal but what they did is unacceptable and very poor plowing on their part. They DO NOT BACK DRAG empty parking spots either which I feel they should do. I wish we had the plow guys we had 3 yrs ago they did an excellent job but we have a new landlord and he deals with these nimrods! For a big name co you would think they would do a way better job than what they do!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! I would not even give them 1 star but you have to in order to give a review!!!!

I would not recommend them as a landscaper if you see all new grass in someone's yard you do not dig it up and lay liquid grass when I had it nice and mowed it now no grass and I had Halloween decorations in yard and they ripped them out breaking them so I would were not allowed to do that to my property.i would not have them do a job

The guys that work for Gerlach's are amazing! Very professional and care greatly about the work they do as well as the customers they are working with. Highly recommended!

Great people , 2 of their employees saved me after being stranded all night in a parking lot with a dead battery. Thanks again guys.

We signed a contract for some property cleanup in May 2019 to be completed mid June. June, July and August went by with no work done and messages by us unanswered. In September we were contacted with an apology as our contract had been "misplaced". Work promised within 2 weeks. No work and no answers to several messages as of 11/23/19. When questioning the receptionist about the unanswered messages, we get laughter! Do not recommend this company!

The best snow removal company out here

Wow, are they organized! I was impressed by how professional the employees were. I received a quote for holes I needed drilled in my backyard within the morning, still waiting from another company to even call me back.
