Robert was very courteous and conscientious about his work at my home. He explained the process and reviewed the notes in my file (my directives) which were a little confusing. I have been with Perf-A-Lawn for many years and I like the fact that I dont have to call and schedule each year. When I received an automated call this year, I connected to the office and spoke with Damon who had also been my Tech for several applications. He was able to handle my request promptly and the next day Zachary came out and completed the application very quickly and professionally. Very good service for a fair price. Once again, I was called by Perfalawn to notify me that they would be out on 4/26/24 to do the spring application. I like the fact that this is automatic and I dont have to call and start the service each year. This is the second application by Per-a-Lawn this year. We switched to this lawn care company early spring because we werent happy with the previous one. We have already seen the difference with only one application. Today the technician Trevonn Carter impressed us even more by his professional and excellent work, he treated our entire lawn almost foot by foot without skipping. Shane Schneider came to our door prior to starting today s service, but we were not able to answer the door. He usually makes sure our dog is inside and will pick up his toys placing them on our porch prior to treatment. Our lawn has looked so much healthier since switching to Perfalawn ! Customer service is excellent especially because they are live representatives! They ve made everything so easy and the prices are the best I ve researched for the result of the product.

Perfalawn is great about accommodating changes in service dates. Zach who answers calls is so nice with great customer service skills. In addition their lawn service is very good. We also get Perimeter Pest Control service and you never see spiders or centipedes in the house if you get this service every 6-8 weeks from Spring until Fall. We highly recommend Perfalawn.

Saw an associate from Perf a Lawn at my neighbors. I approached him and he gave me a pamphlet. I went online to their site and started reading all the info. I decided to give them a try. I am soooooo glad I did too. I signed up and they fit me in their schedule. The employee they used on my lawn was great. Thumbs up.................

Unprofessional to say the least! They treated my lawn after I had cancelled them. My yard never looked any different. Two separate people argued with me and twisted everything I said to them, then the manager hung up. It was very dramatic. Lol! Then that same day they sent me to collections for the service I had cancelled. I hadn t even received the bill yet! Lower then low I d say. Just read the reviews, upon getting a bad review they come back with all caps! It s clear who they are! Supposedly they are a family business. Some family! Now I wait for the attack. Save your breath.

Perf-a-lawn does great work. I went through another local company before perf-a-lawn and they couldn t control / get rid of the weeds in my lawn. Year after year the price of the other local company increased a lot each year. Making the switch to perf-a-lawn has been a great change for my lawn. My weeds are gone, grass is more healthier and at a much more reasonable price. From time to time I get a weed or two that pops up on my lawn. A quick call to perf-a-lawn and they re at my house in the next day or two and will respray the whole yard again. Perf-a-lawn also does pest control around my house. We ve had no more ants or spiders getting into our house. This company is a great choice.

I have been using Perf-A-Lawn for many years now and I dont have any reason to change. They come as announced and if my lawn cutting service has not been here yet, they will reschedule until after the mowing is done. When the weather cooperates, I have a beautiful lawn and the neighbors typically comment and rate it as the best lawn in the neighborhood. When I have had a need for an additional or corrective application, they address the need quickly.

I tried two other similar businesses for two years each with unsatisfactory results. I hired Perf-a-Lawn this year and my lawn is already looking better than it has in a long time.

Perf-a-lawn destroyed my front grass last summer and unfortunately I still have not been able to bring it all the way back. Employees were very rude to a family member and they never fixed the damage they caused. Lesson learned to save camera footage in the future before its gone! I dont have a good before picture of my lawn in 2021 before Perf-A-Lawn but I do have a recent after picture attached to this review. When I moved into my home in 2020 it was clear that the lawn probably never saw any type of weed control or fertilizing. When I would cut the grass it would look just ok but was not that clean attractive lawn I am a stiffler about. I procrastinated a bit in which company to enroll with but finally decided on services with Perf-A-Lawn. My close friend had been using them for about a year and saw great results while also raving about their customer service. I truly cant think of one negative thing or experience since using their service. Their technicians are personable and thorough and seem to at least care a little bit about what theyre doing. Their pricing is very reasonable especially if youre just doing the usual five treatments (early and late spring, early and late summer, and fall). Any service in addition can cost a little but considering their long drive, use of materials, and manpower none of it struck me as unreasonable. I would also like to recognize them on how quick they are to address any concerns or questions and getting in touch with the local office feels more like calling a family business and less a corporate office. Im glad I went with Perf-A-Lawn over the competitors and intend on remaining with them long term!

Lawn serviced Thursday, 8/18 after activating/paying for service on 8/16. Weed control & root strengthening sprayed. Very responsive, on time, & professional. ++++.

Canceled Service kept getting the run around for when I would get my refund 60 to 90 days is what I was told ridiculous and had to dispute with credit card company It wasnt worth my time babysitting it. Now I am on a do not service list. They screen calls from call ID. LOL had to change the ID a few times to talk to Matt. Dont deal with this company. I canceled this 1st order after people told me this place Burt their lawn and other where there was no treatment was done just the flag planted was caught on camera but I had 2nd thoughts wanted to see how they were for me but apparently I wont get that chance ever. I will be strong lol They didnt response to any vms or emails. From a customer prospective thats shady. If you dont want my money have the balls to tell me . looking at other review comments if you have problem with them they put you on dont service list. interesting way to do business.

We switched from Perennial Green to Perf A Lawn this year and we are very happy with our decision! Not only do they let you know ahead of time when they are going to come out (something Perennial Green couldn t do), but they make it effortless. I chose to prepay for the applications and it was so easy. I will be a returning customer next year.

For my next to last treatment of the year I called the company TWO times prior to my treatment being done and spoke with Mika, each time and he REASSURED me that my request was not a problem and they would put down a dry granular on the majority my yard and in my grass seed areas they would put down a wet starter fertilizer and then the service happened and this request was not followed. A dry granular was put down all over the property and I still have weeds everywhere (See pic) which were NOT addressed during my treatment at all and then when I called to talk about the situation I was not offered a number to talk to a manager and was told that was a BIG negative and they would reach out to me. I was just assured somebody would call me. This company does not offer a local personable feel so if you re looking for a company that is only available through the phone then go with these folks but for me I m staying local because local folks will show up at your house, see your lawn, shake your hand, and talk to you about the plan face-to-face. CHEERS!

Trouble with your lawn? Try Perf-A-Lawn. I ve had their service for a few years and found they ll happily work with you to grow a better lawn. Unexplained yearly lawn die-off made me sad and mad. They were able to identify the problem (insect) and resolve it. When utility work damaged large areas of my lawn, they changed fertilizer type to help new grass grow. Ask, and they ll avoid areas you don t want treated. Perf-A Lawn notifies before coming or you can change the day if you have plans for using your outdoor space. Service technicians are polite, can answer questions, and work quickly. Written notes are left about what was done/applied, and recommendations/reminders based on the service. Adding or changing types and frequency of service is easy. Yes, I could fertilize my own lawn been there, tried that. The fact of the matter is Perf-A-Lawn does a much better job knowing what a lawn needs, when to do it, and they get it done. Check it out. Your lawn may thank you!

I have used Perf-a-Lawn in Erie for many years. I actually moved recently and requested the service follow me, which they made very easy to do without having to pay any fees or for unperformed services. They provide an accurate notification of day they will be on-site to perform lawn service and provide summary report each time with helpful information about what the technician found (ex: Ph levels or moss concerns). Affordable as well, highly recommend.

I started using Perf-a-lawn last season. I was apprehensive at first because I had more weeds than grass. After the 2nd or 3rd application, I called and talked with the guy on the phone and told him how I still had weeds. They came out an additional time and sprayed and my grass took off and weeds died out. In the fall I had them aerate and over seed. I m in season 2 and I am really happy with the transformation of my yard.

We have been very satisfied customers of Perf-A-Lawn in Erie for more than three years now. The most important thing: our grass is beautiful. Their products and care are superior. As important are the back-up services: a call the day before the application to make certain timing is good, a detailed feedback of the lawn, its condition, and things the homeowner might consider, a re-visit if issues like sporadic weeds continue. I had 12 rose bushes killed by the weed control that was used. Weed spray put down on 5.18 and roses damaged or dead by 5.23. Supervisor Chris claimed not their fault. But there was no other reason. My roses were doing great and then dead. They took no responsibility. Even admitted someone else in the area had rose bushes that were killed. These roses were well established and I take great care of them. Even my local greenhouse where I get all my plants from said it was the weed control over spray.. In response. I called on May 23 and was told to give it a week. I did. I then called on June 1. WAs told a supervisor would be out No date. He shows up unannounced on .6.4. Yes I disagree with his assessment. They were fine before the treatment.. you all were the only thing different I ever did. Of course I canceled. Apparently you all dont understand Roses. Im done. Waiting for my refund.

Have been a client of Perf-A-Lawn for multiple years, using a seasonal maintenance program including all regular lawn care products, fall aeration and over-seeding, tree & shrub preventative maintenance. This year, using some sliced seeding for areas of yard that was damaged from concrete work. Have been very pleased with service timing, technicians, and follow-ups when contacting Perf-A-Lawn for specific follow-up needs. Perf-A-Lawn uses good products and has a very reasonable price structure with discounts for advance payments. Very satisfied.

Missed an area ,I have now a lot of weeds and the yard is getting more crabgrass this year then the past.But if you go and look at other homes their yard looks great so I know its not the weather and think we have a new guy doing it this year.

Zachary did a very good job on our lawn which was far from perfect this very dry summer. He improved it as much as possible in one season I believe.. Our lawn gets a lot of sun because of its angle and it is difficult to keep well watered in such a dry season. I appreciate perf a lawn notifying us beforehand as we have four grandchildren who live nearby. I would strongly recommend them to others.

Today Perf-A-Lawn applied a late summer application of liquid weed killer, pre-emergent, and fertilizer. The application will help kill what weeds are in my yard, prevent the germination of new weeds, and will fertilize my yard. The technician went extra heavy with this application to help give best results and made sure to spray all the weeds extra-heavy to get rid of them. Today while doing the application he included the right side of my driveway which another company I used to use never did and was sure to get all the way to the back left-hand corner of my backyard. He was also careful to avoid getting any product on any flowers, shrubs or plants in the yard. Very pleased with Perf-A-Lawn.

I was a little disappointed after the first two weed applications but Wagner Brad or Brad Wagner was extremely thorough in his application. It seemed the two previous applicators were afraid to treat all areas such as along flower beds, hedges, gravel driveways and roadways. The results arent in yet but I have a feeling that the weeds will be knocked out. Ive been a customer for about 5 years and Id recommend Perf- a- Lawn to anyone. Ive had two other lawn services and they cant compare to this company.

I am very pleased with Perf a lawn. I have used them for a few years and until this summer, I never had any issues. This summer my grass was doing very poorly and they determined I had some sort of mold (or something like that) and they did a special treatment and it now looks great. They even came back free of charge to make sure the special treatment was working. Great company.
