While I have used Augusta previously in the past two years with good results, the last leaf removal effort was incomplete. In speaking with their office team about clearing window wells as done in previous years, I was told that it was a safety issue by one tech and that we dont perform that work by another employee. Be sure to clarify your needs with them for work to ensure clarity and manage expectations.

I am extremely pleased with August Lawn Care. They have a tough job with all the trees and bumpy lawn I have but they have mastered a beautiful cut every time. The men are polite and pleasant. They are by far the most superior lawn cutting service I have ever had since I moved to Colorado in 1973!

The lawn care specialists from Augusta who came to do our first treatment were so friendly and helpful. It s a little early to see results of the condition of the lawn, so we re hopeful it will look healthy this summer. The owners are very communicative and understanding.

Just had their crew come out for a property clean-up and couldn t be happier. They were great communicators and were prompt with getting service scheduled. They have excellent follow up to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. We will be having them take care of our lawn moving forward.

We recently had Augusta Lawn Care provide a big winter property cleanup and our property looks so much better! Tyler came out to provide an estimate and within two days Drew was here getting to work. We are new to this home and area so we re still learning our landscaping and what its needs are. Drew trimmed all of the bushes and some trees, cleared leaves and got everything ready for spring. I was impressed with Drew s knowledge. He clearly knows what he s doing! I appreciated that he took the time to point a couple things out to me as well. Very thankful for the work Drew did as it took a lot off our very full plates.

Just absolutely awful trimming/edging. Our edges pretty much killed. I educated 3x each week verbally, communicated via text messages, and also emailed as well. I also complained about leaving vet clippings on our lawn. Additionally, they broke our walkway lamp. They replaced a small part but the actual lamp have dents and paint chipped. Every week there is something not good.

I only just signed up for lawn care with Augusta Lawn Care of Lafayette after contacting 10 companies. I chose Augusta for the professionalism and followup by Cody, my initial contact with this service. Cody was patient and thorough as we went over the needs for my new home after 15 years of condo living. I m looking forward to a mutually beneficial season of outdoor living.

Great work and attention to detail

We have only been a customer forna short time. However, everyone at Augusta we have had the pleasure of working with has been great. We have a small yard requiring a small walk behind mower to access. The team hasnt nicked or flattened our grass. This was our issue with our previous lawn service. We requested it be done this way and were heard. Give them a shot. I can promise the results will show.

I hired Augusta to do a fall cleanup at my new house. They showed up at 8am with a chainsaw and went to work! Looks beautiful! Attention to detail and good value as well. They did exactly what they said they would and hauled away all the debris.

BEWARE OF DODGY BUSINESs. Augusta gave me an estimate for fall yard cleanup. The workman came and did some work but it was of poor quality and not what I expected. I have used them in the past few months to cut my lawn and kept hoping that they would get better, but they did not. The workmen were generally unresponsive to my concern about them scalping the lawn. The fall cleanup was completed according to their understanding of the estimate. I was invoiced before the end of the day and they took payment out of a card on file without my authorization and before the work was completed. I did not catch this until the morning. I received absolutely no customer service on either the issue of the unauthorized debit or the invoicing before the work was completed. The conversations I had with three different employees ranged from heated argument to stonewalling. I began to get the suspicion of being set up for a bait and switch. Entirely dissatisfied with their work and the customer service.
