He was more than accommodating to remedy the issue beyond our expectations!! That level of dedication and service is a rare thing these days!!!

Jacob and his team transformed our backyard into an extension of our home, giving us the perfect space to live, work, and play as a family. He developed a plan that was to our exact specifications and created high quality work. His team of landscapers did a really great job with the masonry and construction, filling out the core retaining wall feature that frames the space in a great way.

ORO LANDSCAPE did our landscaping and installed a shared fence between us and our neighbor. The fence was installed stained according to HOA requirements along with wire mesh to keep pets in (and other animals out). To plan our landscaping, Jacob asked for our plot map (received from our builder) and used that to create a to-scale CAD design which allowed us to visualize the end result before breaking ground (it was as if our yard was already built and we were able to take pictures from multiple angles so we could view the relative size of features in the yard). This also allowed for easy submission to our HOA for approval. The landscaping consisted of rock on our side yard (which matches what was installed in our front yard by our builder), paver patio (which came out awesome), turf (to save money on water over the long haul), mulch planter beds, and some plants to get us started. The crew was very efficient and professional. They spent nearly two days just leveling and compacting the yard then installing and compacting rock base for the paver patio to make sure it was done right. Downspouts were terminated underground which run to a pop up drain/exit. Everything was completed in roughly 5 days from start to finish which we felt was very fast. Weather did interrupt the schedule but that s Mother Nature for you. We have already received several compliments on the appearance of the yard and quality of work that was done. The only recommendation I have would be to include more detail and cost itemization in the bidding/quoting process. This might require the use/selection of different software which can provide more flexibility by presenting multiple options at once along with their costs, and allowing customers to make selections from those options that fit their budget. This would streamline things by minimizing the amount of back and forth Q&A/discussions and improve overall efficiency. Overall we feel that we got the quality work we expected and paid for. We are very satisfied with the end result and would recommend Jacob and his team for your landscaping project. Thanks ORO LANDSCAPE for your hard work and dedication to your craft.

We hired Jacob and his team to do landscaping for our entire backyard (we have a new build and started with a dirt plot). He worked with us to design everything from the ground up, including plants, rocks, edging, and a paver patio. In short, we could not be happier with the results! Jacob is a young guy, but learning very quickly! His knowledge base was very impressive and his customer service was above and beyond! He was super patient with all my questions and he did absolutely everything he could to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job, including personally handling several touch ups on the patio after installation. Erosion started under deck where land slopes steeply both downhill and to the left. Jake showed up quickly, understood immediately what I wanted to do and added good suggestions. He then brought heavy bags of drainage rock I had purchased to the eroding slope, correctly pinned down cloth, and put down the rock faster than I thought possible, exactly as I wanted. A pleasure to have him on our property and now not only is the erosion stopped, but the entire site looks a hundred times better. My wife is thrilled, and I could not ask for more.

Erie Lawn Boys removed and replaced my sod in my backyard; removed weeds around my backyard fence line and replaced this area with weed barrier and mulch; and removed many Aspen trees and their sprouts from my side yard. All the work was done within a one week time span. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and professionally. Their work was top-notch and the prices for each project were reasonable and in some cases below other quotes Ive received. WOuld highly recommend them if you have similar projects. Their work was so good, we hired them to mow our property on a weekly basis. The price quote received for weekly services was fair and at market rate. Again, would highly recomment.

Jacob helped to install rock, sprinkler system, and installed a play set for our kids. He worked hard to stay in our budget, got everything ordered quickly, and worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect! We are so happy!

Jacob and his team have managed our lawn care for a few years. When I moved recently I needed to landscape the yard from scratch. Jacob and his team did an incredible job on my backyard landscaping! We had another company install an in-ground trampoline, and after two years the sides caved in and made it unsafe for my children.
