Elegant Landscaping in Erie

I am a tenant at Harbor Creek Senior Apartments and must say that the summer lawn care service was very good. But the snowplowing service is terrible. The trucks come and only do the main drive in and part of the aisles in the lot. And even those that they plow are done poorly. The aisles closest to the main entrance has not been plowed at all yet, and when an ambulance comes, that is the entrance they have to use and that is where the only elevator is. Tonight one of the trucks was plowing and backed into and overturned a picnic table with umbrella. The driver got out, looked at it, kicked it, then got into his truck and started backing away and there was a loud bang, like he backed into one of the cars. View was blocked, so am not sure. There are at least a dozen or so that are complaining to local office and Clover Management about lousy service. We even called Pa. State Representative, Bob Merski and Erie County Executive, Brenton Davis to see if we could get some help clearing our lot. WJET news was also contacted. I only give it one star.

Sooooo….. made 3 calls to get an estimate for service, I.E.landscaping, as well as seasonal mowing. We also filled out the questionnaire on their website. That was last week. No response. No phone call. No email. Nothing. If you are too busy to take on a new project it is understandable. However you should let people know. No contact is incredibly frustrating.

Elegant Landscaping came to our rescue in such a timely efficient manner. We were having a big celebration at our home and having relatives from out of town and friends. I called and told them, "I need landscaping done STAT!" They came out the same day for an estimate and had the job done the next day! The crew worked diligently and did an amazing beautiful job at a very reasonable price! I cant thank them enough and highly recommend them! We will continue to use their service. Max and his entire team at Elegant Landscaping did a phenomenal job for us with landscape cleanups at two of our properties and did installation of new beds and plantings at one of our properties. They also did landscaping at my in-laws home. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and most importantly every crew member on each of the jobs were attentive to details and our needs. The entire crew were diligent, friendly, hard working and the finished results far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy customers and are excited to engage their services year round at all of our properties.

Never been disappointed by Elegant Landscaping's work. Best crew in town. They're honest, hardworking, and genuine people. My yard looks better than it ever has. They don't call themselves "elegant" For no reason.

We have used Elegant Landscaping since 2017 for lawn mowing, fertilization, grub control, mulch application and snow plowing. This year we also had them replace the grass under our deck with pavers, enlarge one of our back beds to add another Norway spruce and remove an old dying maple tree. We were extremely pleased with the price, professionalism and most of all the results.

I contacted this company at the end of May for an itemized quote for a large commercial property. Had a scheduling conflict and contacted the company immediately to arrange for a different day. They did not check the messages and arrived anyway. After we spoke and I once more explained what we were looking for, we arranged to meet that Friday, there was no call, no show, and all calls not returned. This lack of regard speaks loudly for said company. Next, I finally, after several attempts, reached someone else, (now in June), we met at the property, we reviewed what we were looking for, I was promised a quote, and the fella left. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and we have heard nothing. I've called a few times. However, one can never reach anyone and only receives the voicemail. I'm not sure how this is good for business, but all I am able to do is state with certainty, I would not recommend Elegant landscaping.

This is our second year using Elegant Landscaping Services and we could not be happier. It's wonderful to come home and see the lawn moved, bagged and edged. They are reliable, coming every week, and the staff is friendly and professional and does not change. We have recommended the company to friends looking for this service and will continue to do so.
