Crystal & Kayla were great. They helped me with setting up an otherwise laborious project & made it seem easy! Definitely recommend Kunco for all your Landscaping needs.

Never got back to me

Ive signed up last year in december for lawn care services for Summer 2022, Signed the contract Proposal, and even put down a payment for it to be started, just to be told that My Name isnt in the Database. If i would have never called, no one wouldve most likely have got back to me. then when i do get a hold of someone on the phone, you tell me to send you an email of the contract. i do just that and NO response or call back. the communication, the management, and whoever is suppose to handle who signed up and whose in the database is horrible at their job. i feel like ive been scammed for making a payment for this Lawn Service to be started, just to be told that there is no information or anything in your databases. ive tried to give this service a chance, but for this to happen and to see many of these reviews experiencing similar to what i just experienced, i dont recommend it at all. and please be my guess and respond, since you cant respond to peoples calls & check your emails. and even when that does happen, its always someone on the phone being rude for whatever reason. sickening.

Please stop blocking my mailbox.

We live in an HOA that pays for their services and their workers are obviously not very knowledgeable on what should and should not be cut back and when they butchered my very large hydrangea that had buds on them waiting to bloom .management was contacted and very unreasonable and unprofessional. Hopeful that they will not renew their contract and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone actually I would persuade them against using this landscaping company The company did come out and apologize. I am hopeful that this won t be a problem in the future

Our experience with Kunko Landscapers was wonderful from start to finish. Misty was lovely and very professional. We discussed what my needs were for the space and she made several suggestions. Once we decided on the design for the garden it was completed within one week. The crew was very professional and courteous as well. The plants, shrubs and the tree are very high quality as well. We will call on Kunko Landscaping for all of our landscaping needs in the future. It was a very pleasant experience and the end result is beautiful. August 15, 2022 We have used Kunco s for the 3rd time this year. We want to thank Misty and her crew so much. We love the new landscaping and many neighbors are stopping by to compliment the new look. We always tell them how pleased we have been with your company on three separate occasions. VERY good workat a reasonable price

These are the most terrible, irresponsible and unethical people you could find in the Erie/Fairview area for landscaping needs. DO NOT hire them. They damaged our water shutdown valve, and now refuse to even talk about it or take responsibility to fix it. They overcharge and rarely call you back and inform you about what they are doing to fix your lawn. They laid down the lawns in our newly constructed community and all of them are half dead.. STAY AWAY!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kunco Landscaping. Misty was incredible and so, so lovely to work with. She listened to what we wanted and designed a space that met our desires. She even helped us learn how to attend to our space throughtout the season so that we are equiped to make our space continue to look good throughout the years! Two years prior we used a different landscape company - and the difference could not have been more stark. I LOVE KUNCO! Thank you so much for helping us to create a lovely (bee-friendly) space.

When we built our home, we hired kunco to take on the landscaping. Worst decision of my life, and thousands of dollars down the drain. First they said they would rock hound. So tell me how I could go through my yard and pulled out hundreds of rocks and stacked them. When I called to tell them, they came and picked up the rocks (without me knowing and hence removing any evidence). Also, they laid hay down then came and hydro seeded OVER the hay! Grass never took and they tried blaming on washout. They would never give me a time they were showing up, they would just show up and I would come home to work being done! DESPITE them knowing I wanted to be home because we were having issues with the way they were carrying out the company/procedures. I am hoping this review saves a least one person!

We have lived in Millcreek for over 10 years now and have always called Kunco Landscaping for our landscaping needs. Always been thoroughly satisfied. Over the years and thru many projects (both hardscape and plantings) they have truly cared and addressed our needs and made sure the work was done as we requested. Never a problem with dealings thru the office (courteous, prompt return of calls, and professional service). Misty has been a great addition to the company, with her design ideas & types of plants to use & so wonderful to work with . Johnnie (paver artisan) is always a pleasure to have working on our walkways & patios. Owner made unscheduled stops to check on progress & outcome of the work. He seems to really care about the professionalism of his employees who have always been courteous & hard working.

This is the best landscaping company I have ever had! They are very responsive, friendly, and do a WONDERFUl job. My yard has never looked better :)

We have used Kunco for the past two snow seasons and have had wonderful service. Recently our business added in landscaping that the landlord handled and needless to say did not do very well. Misty and her team went above and beyond when they came out and brought our showroom landscaping back to life. Her and her crew of Freddy, Jose and Jose did an outstanding job. I will always refer business to these guys!!

I loved working with Misty at Kunco Landscape! She spent time with me going back and forth about design and plant selections. I was super particular and she was so kind. I am super happy with how our front yard turned out.

Kunco is the best in Erie. We have used them for several projects including a retaining wall, drainage, and LED lighting. Every project was completed in a timely manner with top notch quality. There is no need to go anywhere else!

Kunco Landscape did an awesome job with our down spouts and rerouting them to another area of the property. This was noticed during an estimate for patio and they truly stand behind in identifying your needs and helping you get them fixed. This rerouting eliminated the water that was standing near foundation and stopped the water in the basement. They were responsive and came back to fill after all the trenches had settled a year later! Excellent service and we will be using again!

My mother hired them to do landscaping and was told it would be done by the end of June. She didn t hear from them by July 1st. so she called and the secretary mistook my mother for what she was told later was a problem customer. This person was so rude to her that my mom hung up on her! There is no reason for a person to talk to a person like she did! I wouldn t recommend this company due to anyone that would have to deal with her. The workers came a few days later and did the job. They were friendly and did a fair job.

Kunco Landscape is extremely knowledgeable. I would not think of calling anyone else for lanscaping or patios. Service has always been very professional and the job gets done on time.

Dont waste your time. I had to call and ask for the quote to be emailed/mailed to me from Damien whos supposed to be the Production Manager. After the quote arrived, I called the office 3 different times with a few questions about the quote. The girl who answered the phone said hello....thats it. Not Hello Kunco Landscaping or similar...I didnt even know if I had called the right number. All 3 times I was told that someone would return my call and all 3 times I was left hanging. If you want someone professional and who will treat you as a customer, I would suggest you call someone else. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Oh, and Im sure theyll reply with something like Were sorry for your experience..... blah, blah, blah. But if they truly believe in good customer service, they would have called me back after one of the THREE times I contacted them.

I always use Kunco to do my Spring clean up every year. Their crew does an awesome job. They are courteous and leave the landscaping looking spectacular.

They took the time to call me back to say they didnt have the right equipment for what I needed, instead of letting me hang; theres a lot to be said for that.

Good company and respond quickly.

Exceptionally fast service. They had an estimate for me within a few days of calling and were out working before the ink dried on the check. Very friendly customer service as well.

Employees and management both talk like sailors around kids coming from school and the park, they drive carelessly through the neighborhoods constantly running the stop signs I wouldn t hire them to rake my leaves.

Wouldn t send my worst enemy to them. They lie and lie more to cover up the other lies. Plowing is a joke did more damage than good would of been better off with anyone else. Never again

Ron Kunco and all of his crew at Kunco Landscaping were very professional. From concept to design to completion, I could not be happier. They created a patio, walls and columns as part of our new portrait park at Lorei Portraits.

This review is in response to a review left by Phil Hayes. Kunco landscaping is contracted to plow the alleyways in the glenwood neighborhood. Despite the unprecedented amount of snowfall that we received in such a short period of time, kunco landscaping has gone above and beyond what they are contractually obligated to do. I would even go so far as to say that our alleyways are in better shape than most city streets and business parking lots. After witnessing how kunco landscaping responded to record amounts of snowfall and their continued service to our neighborhood for the last 5 years, I would highly recommend their business. It s clear they take pride in their work.

Great service. Ive used them for years, and dont have any complaints.
