I have to give one star because I can't give zero. Alex Garcia came promptly when asked to come by and give us a quote for the yard cleanup. He gave us a quote and I told him we would set up a time when we were ready. I set up the date with him two weeks early and confirmed again for both date and time on the week of, all of which I got responses and confirmations for. We had scheduled it with upcoming events in mind at our house and had kept our weekend clear for this task. On the day of, they were supposed to show at 9:00AM and we waited till 12:30PM and noone showed up. I called, texted, and called some more. I could see my texts were being read, but no one had the courtesy to even respond. I am very cautious to leave negative reviews, but in this case I want to make it a point that people know my experience so they can spare themselves from going through the same.
