TA Sprinklers in Englishtown

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and no one showed up. Called to find out what happened and no one called back. Don't waste your time.

I scheduled my winterization with TA Sprinklers in Sept, which was one month ahead of the winterization date. Despite that, they did not show up on that day. So I called their phone number multiple times and left a message. It was two days before anyone returned the call. I wasted my day waiting for them. Then they showed up and, without informing me, started the winterization. I had opened the pipe in the basement water pipe earlier, and the air from the compressor pushed the remaining water to my basement. By the time I saw them and stopped, it was too late. When I informed the guy what he did - he did not care! Wow. No apologies Don't they at least inform the homeowner before starting their work? Well, I made a mistake by selecting this company for sure. ~Clay

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD............................... I called and scheduled an appt for 7/1 between 8am - 10am, I received a call the day before to reschedule my appt to 7/6 from 8am - 10am. I confirmed this appt with them. then on 7/6 I call at 10am and they tell me they don't have anything on the schedule for me today. they told me they would send someone in the afternoon. it is now 4pm no phone call from them, they don't answer my calls and no tech has showed up. This company is not reliable or dependable to count on at all. I took a day off of work to be here for the appt. was hoping to go in half a day and now I am stuck waiting for them all day long.

Last year one of their services guy messed up my sprinkler system. I called the office, but they didn't take accountability. The lady on the phone acted extremely unprofessional and banged the phone in the end. This year I called another company to come and start the sprinkler system. They told me the sprinkler system was shut down incorrectly, and because of this few parts are broken and need to be fixed. This fix will cost $695.

I've been using TA Sprinklers since 2015 for winterizing and general maintenance since 2015. This year I had them expand my existing system for my backyard and also completed some drainage work (sump pump and downspouts). Tom and his crew were great. They were professional, on time and easy to work with. The whole project took 3 days because of rain and Verizon not properly flagging their lines for digging. I believe that if there wasn't any rain and all lines were marked by utility companies, this would have been a single-day project for them. Price was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had received (for both, sprinkler installation and drainage work). Also, Kris, the woman that answered the phones and called to set up appointments is super nice and professional. Great company and people to work with!

My neighbor recommended TA Sprinkler, and I'm glad he did. Tom and his team came out to my house and installed the whole system in less than 5 hours. They taught me how to operate everything, and when one of my landscapers stepped on a sprinkler head and pressed it into the ground the next day, they came back out and fixed it. They're pros, and they take care of their customers.

The nicest people to work with. They are reliable, dependable and very professional. My yard was a mess after putting in a pool, this company was amazing to work with. The owner came out himself, and put in an incredible system. Only wish I knew at the time that they installed sod as well. Would highly recommend them.

TA Sprinkler was recommended to me by a very close friend who had TA install a sprinkler system years ago. My friend still uses TA to maintain the system and has recommended TA many times. Well...I am having an awesome experience so far. Tom was a great guy and came out to give me an estimate. I had an older "home depot" special system that needed replacing. There was no pressure from Tom and he was a pleasure to deal with. TA handled everything from the permits to calling the 1800dig number to mark all of the underground gas, electric, cable and phone lines. On our scheduled install date the team arrived and had the system installed up and running in about 4-6 hours. It was fast, clean, professional and well done. I would highly recommend TA to anyone. Oh...and the "estimate" was the price. No hidden charges or surprises. I am looking forward to many years of working with TA to maintain my new system. Thanks TA Team!
