Signature Home Lawn and Pest Control in Englewood

My grass went from green and lush to dead and infested with grubs in less than a year. A huge waste of money. Do not go with this company. I will be looking for someone who knows something about grass.

Started out fine but we have cinch bugs not taken care of properly, killed my plumbago (their answer was it should grown back), lawn now has bare spots. I ask for a supervisor to come out, they just say they will advise the technician. Paid a lot for poor service

Our tech, Jeff DeGroat provides excellent service. Always lets us know when hes coming, does a thorough job and provides a detailed report, as well as advice on watering times, etc. Highly recommend Jeff.

Alex Nagel is our technician and has been for quite a while now. He takes a lot of time to make sure we get the proper treatment for both our lawn and shrubs and always takes time with us if we have questions or concerns. Hes the best!

I have been with Signature for 3 years and am very pleased with the results. It has been a battle getting rid of the St. Augustine in my Zoysia lawn, but my technician, John, through consistent treatment has effectively restored my lawn. I now have a healthy stand of Zoysia which is the best I ve had in 7 years.

I used this lawn care service for 8 months, and my lawn only got worse. They failed to eliminate the weeds, which spread even more, and they killed a section of my lawn while trying to treat dollar weed. Now, nutsedge is taking over parts of the lawn. I do not recommend using their services.

Our service technician Chase Braden does a thorough job every time he services our property. He is pleasant and communicates fully any issues or recommendations. Takes care of any spot issues we may be having with weeds or insects. Pleasure to do business with him and Signature.

We have used Signature Home Lawn Services for two years now. They are GREAT! When John started servicing our lawn, we had palms that were dying. He treated our yard and all of our sickly plants now flourish. We switched to their Pest Control and are extremely pleased with their service.

John does an excellent job and our lawn always looks really nice. They give consistent results and are always willing to listen to HO concerns and act on them. Been using them for years!

John has been doing our lawn for years. He always answers all my questions that I have regarding the fertilizer and pest control he puts on our lawn. The lawn and plants look great and it is pretty tough keeping them looking that way in the Florida heat and rain. He and Signature Home Lawn are 5 star Plus.

This company is so reliable and JOHN in particular takes his work to heart. He has knocked on my door numerous times in the 4 years he has been treating my yard to inform me of issues (a palm tree that was dug in too low by the landscaper ---- which would lead to it dyeing if not corrected, infestation that occurred to one of my palms after it was traumatized from the hurricane, under/over watering issues ....etc). He goes above and beyond to educate us and help us help him keep our yard looking great. Very thankful to have him/this company working for us!

I have been using Signature Home Lawn and Pest Control for over a year to apply fertilizer and weed and pest control to my lawn and landscaping at my home in Lakewood Ranch. John has been my service technician for the entire time I have used Signature. I cant say enough good things about John. Prior to engaging Signature, my lawn was overrun with weeds and my landscaping (including palm trees, bushes and ground cover) was anemic, and I live in a supposed maintenance free community. Since engaging him my lawn and landscaping have undergone a total turnaround (the difference between my lawn and those of my neighbors on each side, neither of whom use Signature, is quite dramatic). John is extremely knowledgeable and has always been willing to take the time to answer my (largely uninformed) questions. As I noted above, I really can not say enough good things about the service Signature (through John) delivers.

Every month, John G at Signature provides outstanding, personalized service for my entire outdoor landscape. Each visit includes a full walk around inspection to identify tree, lawn and plant bed issues. Immediate corrective action follows. Results over the past several years exceed expectation. Money well spent.

Many people have asked me who takes care of our lawn. I always tell them about Signature Home Lawn and Pest Control. Adrian is my service technician, for awhile now. He is responsible for keeping my grass green and healthy-as well as all my other foliage. If I notice any issues, Adrian is very responsive to treating my roses, bougainvillea, allamanda, palm trees, and grass. If I need an additional treatment, he doesn t hesitate to take care of my plants, flowers, and grass promptly. Being on a consistent schedule has kept our lawn looking beautiful. The other day, he was in the neighborhood and let me know my lawn was a bit distressed and needed water. The drought has affected our irrigation system. I so appreciated him taking the time to notify me of an issue with my lawn.

From palm trees and shrubs to turf - John is very knowledgeable. Some of our trees and shrubs were dropping leaves and he took the time to explain the problem and solution.
