Zamora's Lawn Care LLC in Englewood

I don't write many reviews but wanted to warn people about this company. They set your billing up for once per week mowing, but they only show up maybe 50% of the time. I've sent many emails and texts but the owner will not reply regarding the incorrect billing. Disappointing that people are able to do business this way.

Had an appointment and they never showed up. Tried to reschedule but they never got back to me on times. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

I wouldn’t even give them one star! Do not waste your time or finances with these guys. I spoke to “Juan” said he could come out and take a look at a job. He never called me to schedule a time, nor responded to any of my follow up calls. Seems like a year ago they did the same thing to someone else in an older review. They have not improved their customer service skills. Maybe you have to be related in order to get some kind of help, or effective communication. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

I chose to call these guys because they where very close proximity to the property and had 5 stars. Three separate times they committed to mowing, twice I even reached out the day before they were to mow to help remind them still no showed. They just should have said we are not taking new business or bid a higher price

Owner Juan is great to work with and is very flexible as my schedule shifts a lot. Only thing for my lawn specifically is some small parts stay wet/soft (due to shade) and big rider mower has left tire wells. In fairness there was no way for his to team to know that. They have also provided snow removal as well which has been very helpful for when I can’t get to it. All in all great company which I would recommend highly.

Juan, the owner, is flexible in scheduling and fair in his pricing. He and his crew always do a great job and willingly accommodate last minute requests in addition to weekly lawn maintenance. They are dependable and provide a great service. Also, he even accepts payment by Zelle, which is so convenient for me personally. I highly recommend Zamora’s Lawn Care.

The staff was very proffesional and I was very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company for all of your yard or landscaping needs. Thank you Juan for excellent work and dedication you gave to my humble home!

I’m a pretty busy person and usually do not have the time to spend time to mow my lawn and I decided to contact them, and I am glad I did. Now my lawn is well taken care of and they also did tree work for me and the workers are very professional. I am very satisfied with their work.
