Weston Landscape & Design in Englewood

Constantly shows up at 800am with mowers and leaf blowers when our apartment has quiet hours until 9am. You guys suck ass

We have used Weston Landscape for almost 20 years at multiple properties and they always go above and beyond to accommodate us and they take amazing care of our landscape and trees.

Calls not returned. 2 dogwood shrubs allowed to die because irrigation not being serviced. Had to call out my handyman to make irrigation repair because it was not addressed by Weston.

The mowers did a good job, but billing was a nightmare after missed mowings and mowing the wrong lawns and perpetual invoices. Id recommend a different company. Overbilled us and my client in my opinion.

Unfortunately, my experience with Westons irrigation team has been less than satisfactory. The man who winterized my system was in a hurry at the time and did not get all the water out of the piping or the spray bodies. Not surprisingly, several components froze and broke over the winter. When Weston turned the system on for me this spring, they found four leaks that had not been there the previous season. While they did a good job repairing those leaks, that is not the end of the story. There were, in fact, several more leaks that they had not found. It wasnt until the basement sump pump started running continuously that I knew we still had issues. Weston has refused to recognize their failures in this debacle and has charged me for every single repair and every trip to the property despite their negligence in properly winterizing the system and their subsequent failure to fully test the system after turning it back on. Its one thing to make mistakes; its another not to acknowledge ones mistakes.

Extremely rude and way overpriced, go somewhere else.

Call them if you love getting transferred to a different person per question. Also their pricing is much higher compared to other companies.

Weston has repeatedly exceeded my expectations in both quality and service. Not only did they build a beautiful landscape and garden for me, they take care or my irrigation, trees, and lawn. Awesome people and awesome company.

These idiots showed up at our house to spray their dangerous pesticides without being asked! Who does that?? Thank god they didn t spray since my husband stopped them in time!!!!!!

They did a great job recommending a landscape in our budget and delivering on a tight timeframe. We wish they would included wrapping the new trees as part of our deal (paid $90 extra), so I m giving 4-stars now to we see what happens with their warranty.

Literally almost got hit while walking through the parking lot while an employee was texting and driving.

Quality of work continues to get worse with each time I used them for yard cleanup or water sprinkler activation. Unexplained charges show up on invoice after techs say everything looks good in person.

We hired Weston for sprinkler troubleshooting. As a result several heads blew and gushed water, and we found a puncture in one of the line. We ended up repairing lines to 3 sprinkler head. They do not stand behind their work.

the workers are professional, considerate, and polite. I live in a complex that is undergoing landscape renovation. I have been very nervous about it as a plant enthusiast, and the workers have been very careful with my plants while working around them. they have all been superbly polite, and considerate. someone even poked an extra hole in the watering lines to irrigate my daisys. I am not the client per say, but am so grateful for these guys, I had to leave a review.

Reached out to them for an estimate on backyard work. If you re a lower budget, don t bother. They only want higher priced clientele.

Had to use this company as part of a Denver water project. Tore out our fence and half of our back yard. Our fence was dead straight when it was tore out. It was well over 20 years old. Now our fence is bent over after less than a year. Reason they used all small fence post to replace the ones they took out. I was told by the fence builder that every other one was supposed to be a larger post. So why did they only put in all small ones??? Who knows. Also. Before the project, I had a 6ft fence. When they rebuilt it, it is 5 2 in spots now. I guess they couldn t figure out how to step it up like it used to be???? Everywhere where they dug up my lines, they settled, but not just settled, like 6 to 8 inch deep holes settled. This is on top of other things that I had to correct them on during the initial install. 2 stars for the guys. They are nice and easy to talk to. They did correct things a year ago when I told them stuff. That said, I don t trust the work that they did in my yard, and I can t say that I was impressed by anything that they did. I am just waiting for my sprinkler system to break where they band aided it back together. I have been in the landscape business for 20 years. I know what I am looking at.

Hired for snow clearance for our condo complex. Found them to be overbilling on multiple occasions and often for work not completed. Damaged multiple elements on the property. Finished out the contract and would never hire again.

I cant say enough great things about our design experience with Weston Landscape. We used Callie to provide us with design services and the project turned out better than I could have imagined. After we bought our home we put off installing our landscape because we had ideas of what we wanted it to look like but no actually plans. None of the four landscape installers we met were capable or interested in hearing our vision, give us feedback, and ideas as a designer. Turns out, most installers are lacking in the design area. They can plant sod, a few trees, and bushes but thats about it. Thats where the amazing Callie comes in! She took all my ideas and turned them into a plan with plant themes, hardscapes, a flow through the property, and took our feedback and made adjustments as requested. I honestly cant say enough great things. Well probably upgrade to another home at some point and when we do we will be calling Weston Landscape. Thank you Callie!

I did not hire them, my neighbor did, and they walked all over the fresh landscaping we did and broke cacti we had just planted.

They sent someone out quickly and fixed the problem quickly as well. Will be using this company again

Weston Landscape did a PHENOMENAL job with our landscaping. We were lucky enough to purchase a house that came with $75K+ in outdoor landscaping, thanks to the previous owners. Its the best Colorado natural landscaping Ive seen and we plan on using them for some updates and additional work when the timing is right! Their photos speak for themselves!

Weston installed 5 huge trees for us and helped us bring back what we thought was dying vegetation. Awesome people! Awesome work! And soooo considerate to schedules and our dogs!

Talk about road rage! Their driver was weaving in and out of traffic with his large trailer and then honking whenever other cars pulled in front of him.....

Loves to drive slow in the passing lane on the highway. Acts like a child when you signal them to move over.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Because of them, our lawn is dead. After they turned on our sprinklers, we had to call them out multiple times to repair leaks. After getting a $3000 water bill, had to call them out again. Took weeks to come. Just paid them to turn off my sprinkler system. I will never use them again.

We have had a Weston crew in our apartment community for a few weeks and they have been nothing but professional and polite to the residents here. They never start working before city quiet hours expire and they leave a generally clean worksite. My only complaint is that they dont fully optimize the area theyre given at the end of the day, meaning we sometimes lose parking spots when their equipment could have easily gone ten feet to the right in the grass. Otherwise no complaints.

Update: They did contact me thru Facebook and said they would waive the fee and that they were just trying to help me out with securing the dogs - they def handled it poorly but did step up eventually I called Weston to come look at our fence where the dirt was shifting and pushing the bottom of fence out. Marnie came out and looked at it, was really nice. She said it would be time and materials and then set up Scooter to come out. He came and looked at it said yeah he had some ideas to fix. I went back inside leaving him to do the work. 10-15 mins later he came and got me. Went out and he said he couldnt fix it, hes an irrigation guy, not a fence guy. He did put in a 2x4 and shift the rocks and boards I had out there previously. He said I needed to call a fence guy and re-iterated that he was not a fence guy but a irrigation guy. He was nice and pleasant, I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. Then yesterday I get a bill in the mail for $80. $80 for 15 mins of work and a 2x4. I left a vm at company saying that seemed way too high for what was done. I spoke to Heidi, again, she was nice, she said Scooter had submitted the paperwork and I told her what was done and she said shed take care of it. I had also called in this morning because I wanted to get it straightened out and apparently my vms went to 2 separate lines. So then a Weston called me (Im sorry I can only remember her last name because it was the company name). She told me how there is overhead and fuel, material costs and stuff. I said I still felt $80 was too high. I was THEN told there was a minimum of $80 charge. Had someone told me there was a minimum charge I would have gone a different direction, especially when the man they sent out was not capable of a proper repair. She did take $20 off. I will be sending check today. But I still feel taken advantage of, everyone was very nice and pleasant and then a F U bill comes. I feel they should have definitely told me about the minimum bill and sent out someone to do a complete job. As for me I realize that this is a capitalistic country and companies are really all about their profit margin and I should have gotten something in writing prior to anything being done. Dont make my mistake and not get everything spelled out. I have pics but dont know how to upload them to show you what $80 ($60) will get you.

DO NOT USE! They removed a tree and branches in my neighbors yard and destroyed our plants in the process. Throughout two days this crew dropped large branches time and time again onto the flowers/plants in our yard, leaving them trampled. They took no care before starting the job to catch items from destroying our yard. They would then periodically jump the fence into our yard to pick up larger branches, but left a mess in their wake. When I asked them to stop doing it, the crew blew me off and said it wasnt their concern. Similarly, Ryan Weston showed no remorse after the fact. Edited 9/6/17 - after I wrote the above review, they left plants on our doorstep to replace some of the ones they crushed.
