Greenfeet Lawncare in Emo

Green Feet has a very convoluted way of doing Business. it appears they have a “Reps” franchise model for each area which takes weeks to get an appointment. Made app 2 weeks ago and their Southside Dublin rep arrived 5 hours late without a call.

After researching numerous lawn companies to help get a lawn going in my backyard, Greenfeet assured me that they could do it. They pretreated the soil, aerated, and power-seeded last fall. The lawn looked great a few months after seeding. 

Fast forward to this year: the lawn that they planted almost completely dead. I followed all watering instructions that they gave me. In addition, the weed control that they put on the rest of the lawn did absolutely nothing.

When asked about it, they stated that the garden could not grow grass because of rocks in the soil. There are a few small rocks, but they assured me at the beginning that that would not be a problem at all. I had this on an email and sent it to them. If they had told me this in the beginning, then I would not have gone with them. They then stopped making any sort of contact with me after I started asking questions about this. I finally had to cut ties with them as they refused to work on the lawn or even contact me anymore.

So after spending so much money trying to get a nice lawn over the past year, I still have weeds in the existing lawn and the new lawn is slowly becoming nonexistent. Please be careful if you hire these guys. I was taken advantage of!!!!

I have been been in competetion with the guy across the road from me for the nicest gardens on the street for the last 15 years. Hes always used the same lawn specialists and i have always done my own. Recently he decided to change companys , for whatever reason i dont know. But he decided to use Greenfeet Lawncare to try get the upper hand on me , so i thought id get one up on him like (i always do) and get them to do my garden too , even though they were VERY overpriced. It has a HUGE mistake ! My precious garden has not looked this bad ever. I only requested the simple task of treating my garden and cutting it. The cut it too short first of all in the hottest time of the year and now its all dehydrated and dying in patches. Im pritty sure the man that came to my house was intoxicated. I phoned them up and their response was it was down to my own lack of watering of the grass and hung up the phone. They wont answer any of my calls anymore either ! Very unprofessional

After many years of maintaining my garden myself and up keeping of my grass I’ve got to a stage where I’m not capable of doing my upkeep on my garden. Called this company and the price of the up keeping was quite steep but I needed my garden to be cared for. This was not the case. My grass was cut too short during the hot season and got scorched from the heat and sun damage. I called them up highlighting this issue and I was told you haven’t watered your grass so it was my fault. Very unprofessional and ignorant on the phone WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Diarmuid and Shay were both very hard working and decent, easy to deal with and did a great job on our bomb-site of a garden. Shay never stops from the moment he arrives on site, and the finished result was so much better than we could have hoped for. They're hard to get a hold of because they're so busy, but definitely worth holding out for them as they do a great job. Photos to follow when lawn has fully grown in....

A superb company, cannot believe how my lawn has been transformed, my lawn is like a golf fairway now. If your not happy with the weeds and moss in your lawn then contact Greenfeet and you won’t believe the results. I cannot recommend Greenfeet enough, 5 stars 👍

Fantastic service . Anthony is one of those rare people who knows exactly what he is doing and gets it done fast snd brilliantly with unrelenting good humour. He is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for snd he is worth every penny . If you want a fantastic lawn and landscaping help or advice look no further . He doesn’t lie or oversell himself . He comes when he says he will and he gets done in a day what others would take a week to do . I couldn’t recommend him more highly

Greenfeet are simply fantastic. My lawn looks amazing and my friends are always commenting on it. When I first asked for a Free consultation, Tom from Green arrived and his advice saved me a fortune and a lot of heartache….. I was going to dig up my lawn for the second time! Following Tom's advice within weeks I had a fabulous lawn. What I also like about Green Feet is the price…. they come 4 times a year to feed my lawn and they provide the feed. I couldn't actually buy the feed myself for the same price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A very satisfied customer!
