They mow for us every week. We have been with them for the last 3 years. They come consistently every week. During dry spells, they check with us if skipping a week is needed for the lawn to recover. They are very quick (which is great when you work from home) but do beautiful work in that short time. They leave beautiful lines, edge everything to perfection & blow all clippings from the driveway & walkways. We couldn’t ask for better service.
I tried to hire 2 other landscaping companies prior to hiring Premier. Unlike the previous companies, Premier showed up on time to view my property and go over what I wanted done. I had a written estimate within a week. The start date was up in the air. I was given a time frame, but it was dependent on weather and how their other jobs went. A bit frustrating, but understandable. The work crew showed up on time. They were personal and professional. Also, the foreman was highly communicative and really hands on. The project took longer than expected. Due to this, the final bill was higher than expected even though I kept telling the foreman I needed to stay within budget. Thankfully the owner worked with me on the final bill, and came close to the original budget. That is the mark of professional company to me. Yes, I would hire them again, and again!
Brian was amazing and prompt to deal with. I reached out to him on a Tuesday night for a dumpster rental for the Chemung fire department and he was prompt to get right back to me and get a dumpster to me that week! He was always right there to answer any questions we had! And he was way cheaper than the competition in the area!
We had a tree removed at our home, Brian and his team came out to level ground, place soil and seed. We had beautiful thick green grass in no time! They showed up when they said they would be here also. We highly recommend Premier!! Great job guys!***** Chris and Tracy Silvers! 😃😃😃
My husband and I had such a great experience working with Premier. When every other landscaping service in the area refused to take on our property and help us with our landscaping needs (and I mean 6 other companies), Premier promptly came out to our home, evaluated our space, listened to our ideas and provided a timely estimate and approximate completion date. Tyler understood what we wanted and made our plans (and curb appeal!) come to life. I am so pleased with their services and look forward to doing business with them again!
We contracted Brain and his crew to remove our old overgrown landscaping and replace it with grass and a new layout. They were responsive to all feedback and corrected the few minor issues that are normal for any project. Will update in a few weeks, once everything takes root! Very happy so far and would recommend to others. Update: Service after installation remains great. They have been by several times to check on the progress and fix issues that have arisen. Thanks!
Originally hired Premiere Landscaping to replace steps, landscaping, and recapping stones on a retaining wall. We came home to find that the company selected cap stones without consulting my husband and I. We didn’t like them so we asked to change them out with a stone we selected. They did and did a decent job on our steps so we asked premiere to quote us to install a stone patio and outdoor bar and that is where the nightmare started. Three years later we have a stone bar that will need to be completely redone because of the negligent job they did, they cut corners and again made design decisions without getting our input. The owner hired, fired, and rehired his crew that did the job and continually asked for money for a job that wasn’t even a quarter complete. The company partially stained a pressure treated wood pergola that should have sat a year causing warping to occur, partially because it took a year to get them to finish staining the bottom of the prematurely stained pergola and the top of it still sits not stained. After months of asking for work to be completed you finally lose steam and give up, I think the worst part was how unprofessional the owner was with my husband when we raised our concerns. He told us that he lost a ton of money on this project (that he quoted) and would not put another dime into the project. He also left his premiere landscaping trailer in our yard for a whole winter without asking my husband or myself if he could, we didn’t bill for the space or free advertising. I could go on and on but instead end with this, buyer beware is where I will leave it. I wish I knew all the stories of the unprofessionalism that have come to light after the fact. There is no recourse that my husband and I can take that is worth the time and lawyer fees so telling our story to hopefully prevent someone else from having the same negative experience is the least we can do.

Backfill directly against plywood with no water barrier. Real nice. I only discovered this after we started having water issues. Of course I had to fix this myself. Would they stand by their work? Nope. Won t even respond. Cut corners, get their money, and they re gone!

Rented a dumpster from these guys super straight forward. Was worried about hidden fees after pick up like the usual local places. After they picked up our FULL dumpster they sent us a bill for just $30, DEAL! Hands down the best bang for buck and trust me, I priced out almost every place available for roll off dumpster rental.

I live next door to a customer of these people and every time they come they are noisy Im complaining about the noise at o dark early in the morning and now theyre out there blowing the leaves on my lawn after Ive already done them And when I said something to him he told me he didnt love leave on my lawn after I stood at the window and watched him do it
Premier snow removal. Cortland NY Starbucks. Snowplow truck driver is knocking the 8ft fence down into my property. This year the fence is caving 16 to 30 feet. I was patient last year but now the company PREMEIR is aware. Premier does lawn care for rental properties next to me; past summers Ive had to ask then TELL them to not park their truck/trailers in front of my driveway. Rude & nasty!
We hired Premier this summer to do a few jobs and the one they subcontracted out was done best. The other one to remove a 4ft x 8ft raised vegetable bed and a 15ft x 5ft flower bed was a total disaster. Area was tamped down with machine that made ground hard as a rock and even though the contract stated topsoil and grass seed would be planted there was no way it would have grown. But they didnt use topsoil and we were left with a solid surface weve hired other companies in the past and never had any issues! Just dont require landscaper often. Randy Parker and Greenpoint have done wonderful work and we should have went with one of them this time. Also threatened by Brian if we didnt pay immediately and had to contact an attorney! Check out his reputation in other areas please before you hire. We paid the day work was completed against legal advice!
about an inch away from heating our vehicle in the snow. your employee then proceeded to yell at us after honking the horn and as we left continued to yell at us. whoever plowed the snow at dollar general in pine valley on 12-5-22 is very unprofessional. disappointing to see businesses gone down hill due to employees.

Premier owner put there stuff through training on all equipment before going out to do contracts. Wish more business will do this more often.
They dont return my phone calls to even get an estimate. Update, they called me and sent estimate by email. They had my email wrong so thats why I didnt hear from them. They were very polite and apologetic.
Apparently these are the people who clear the snow from the parking lots for Barnes and Nobel/TJ Max etc. and for the TOPS supermarket parking lot. Well its the worst snow clearing job Ive ever seen. The lot is full of slush and ice and its now 4 days since the storm. My feet got soaked going down there and I was splashed by cars driving by thru the slush. When I asked the store owner who did the snow clearing he told me it was these guys. He also told me he has complained to the landlord about the job they do for years and nothing ever gets done about it. Therefore I would not hire these folks to do anything if that is an example of their work.
Fantastic job everytime. Spring and summer months my yard looks like a million bucks. Winter months theyre always right here when I need to get plowed out my driveway. I have always had a wonderful experience with Premier Landscaping. From the politeness and professionalism of the employees and management to the wonderful landscaping they do. Our new home needed a little TLC in the flower bed so we called Premier Landscaping and they got us on the schedule in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I will go to them for all of my landscaping needs. Highly recommended!

Premier Landscaping s Fall Clean-Up was worth the results! I came home to a clean, debris and leaf-free yard that will carry me through till spring. Gutters cleaned, shrubs pruned and brush removed. They even edged my sidewalks, which had never been done, and such a difference in curb appeal! Quick to schedule, easy to work with and fantastic results gets five stars!
The after math of a record breaking snow storm in Erie, PA left feet and feet of icy snow on each side of every street. I tried to brake and slid right into an icy mound. My car was stuck and nothing was working. It was starting to get darker and colder outside (it was already 11 degrees out). Brian and Gary stopped without hesitation. They shoveled, pushed and then pulled my car out with their truck. I never would have made it home without them. I am so thankful. Brian and Gary, thank you so very much for being so kind, stopping and helping me. I highly recommend Premier Landscaping, their genuine nature was truly amazing. They didnt have to but they stopped to help anyway. Beyond thankful!
I did a lot of calling around to find the best prices for my lawn care in the fall and Brian from Premier gave me the best quote. Him and his crew did an excellent job. I am now having Premier Landscaping and Property Maintenance plow my drive way this winter. I will be referring him to everyone I know. The professionalism him and his crew portray is absolutely top notch!!!
I will begin by saying that I do not like to write negative reviews on anyone. I am all about supporting small businesses in my community, however, I dont want anyone to have the terrible experience that we have had. This company was hired to do some excavation work on our property and a small patio. At first, we were pretty happy with the work, despite a few mishaps with running the excavator. The real problem came with the clean up. Our yard was destroyed and even though the owner promised to come back and fix all of the very deep ruts in our yard, he never fulfilled his promise. When he was contacted about it, he said it wasnt his problem and he hung up on me. After seeing my post on social media about the issue, I received several harassing text messages from the owner asking me to take my post down. He agreed that he would come back the next day to fix the yard if I agreed to remove my post. I kept my end of the agreement, but he did not. Now I am left to hire a professional to get repairs done. Unfortunately, I would steer clear of this company if you are looking for professional work.
I was the landlord for premier landscaping in its earliest days when it was just an idea. I have watched the company grow and employ industry best practices for all of its customers. The leadership of the company is dedicated to safety and operates their fleet of up to date professional Equiptment with the customer first in mind. Over the last few years Premier has done a couple large brick paver projects, a stone patio, stone wall with fire pit, seeding, planting, and other things in my yard. All of the work was above our expectations and all of the owners and staff are not only very professional but very personal to work with. They really care that they leave a more than satisfied
