J’s lawn service & landscaping designs in Elmendorf

These guys zeroscaped my front yard with my vision and Juan's input and it came out amazing. Took them 3 work days and a couple hours on the fourth day. There price was super reasonable. It was a family operation and they were all super kind, respectful, and good at their job. Highly recommend! Thanks guys, I love my new yard!

J’s Lawn Service did an amazing job for me! I called them about redoing an old flagstone pathway, but they also had wonderful ideas about widening and extending that pathway to make it more functional, redoing my sad little pond that I had absolutely no idea what to do with, adding some crushed granite to an area that badly needed it, and adding some river rocks to the side of my house where grass refuses to grow. I went ahead and told them to do all of it, and I’m so glad I did. Everything they did exceeded my expectations! Juan really seems to have an eye for design, and Linda is very good at staying in touch and communicating with you on everything that’s going on. This family run business seems to have a very good work ethic. They actually come when they say they will and work very hard all day. They finished my job in 3 1/2 days, which is much less time than I thought it would take. I already have plans to hire them in the spring to do some additional work for me. If you need any kind of landscaping or yard work done, give them a shot. You won’t regret it!

First contractor of any sort that has shown up when they said they would, and makes it right no matter what. Great communication and quick work. Will definitely be calling them for future work.

I have had many lawn and landscaping services over the years but none that can compare with J's!!! This is not some company who gives you a quote, does the basics and then leaves...this is a family who cares and puts their hearts (and labor) into the job. They exceeded my expectations over and over! Juan, the owner, is an "artist"...his designs for landscaping are gorgeous (and so many times I would look out and see that he added touches that I had not expected but that make the areas so beautiful!) His partner (and wife) Rosalinda stayed in touch with me throughout to keep me updated and address any questions or concerns I might have. Their son Isaac worked hard throughout the whole process (and did some extras on his own!) There is SO much more I could say but this review would end up being VERY long! If I could give them a 10 Star Review, even that would not be enough!!!

I have a 1-acre lot that we just built on and the ground is mostly clay so when it rains the yard was holding the water for weeks. JS Lawn Service came in and sloped where needed, diverted the drainage, added as much quality sod as my budget would allow and placed the sod around my home where it would look the best and help with drainage and soil errosion around my home. JS Lawn Service also helped me with an affordable front yard beautification and kept me in the budget I had set. My experience with JS Lawn Service has been nothing but positive.
