Will not respond or treat lawn after signing up.

There are a lot of lawn care, weed, and fertilization companies in Buffalo who service the Southtowns and surrounding areas. Steer clear of Seasonal Lawncare. We used them for two seasons. The quality of result was average or slightly below, which would have earned three stars. I had far better results using the Scotts system, but chose a service for convenience. The reason for the one star review is because of service and communication. Theyre supposed to call or text before coming for an application. This happened inconsistently. On one such instance, I had the roof panels for my brand new Jeep resting against the inside of our fence - very obviously in sight. The tech sprayed all over the inside of the panels, covering them with what was applied and staining them. I had to call FOUR times to speak with the Operations Manager - this individual does not return calls. After he flippantly dismissed me citing the contract, that, according to him, makes them liable for nothing, I had to argue to the have the problem addressed. Two weeks later, someone was sent to look at the damage and could not clean them onsite and plans were made for them to come back to take the panels with them. The next day they informed me they wouldt be able to do the work and I was told I would hear from the Operations Manager the following day. FOUR WEEKS of calls and texts went unanswered. I finally received a text with another contact to to call to arrange the cleaning. I never heard back. I called last week to ensure services were cancelled for this year. I was told I had to send a text as its company policy. I did so and asked for confirmation. Im yet to receive it. Absolutely unprofessional end to end. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere rather than have the same experience I did with Seasonal Lawncare.

My neighbors get this service. I am down slope and wind of the sprayed properties. Ive seen them out spraying when its very windy and when they claim they wouldnt. This year they sent two flyers for their spraying; one had specific dates and the other said all season. Today theyve arrived a day before the flyer with specific dates stated that they would and before 7:30am. Thankfully my child doesnt stand outside for a school bus. Proper notification is not only a matter of basic courtesy but also a crucial aspect of responsible pesticide usage.

Bill does a great job. We have a dog and he picks up all the dog toys before he sprays. Also he warns us to NOT let the dog walk on the grass till it is dry.

Was very happy with Seasonal Lawncare for 2023. Most of the weeds in my yard were completely gone. I did notice some clover after a couple treatments, but the company was very responsive and willing to come out for another treatment to take care of the issue.

I have them do lawn service and mosquito control and both are excellent investments. The technicians are friendly and do a very good job. I would give them 5 stars, but nothing is perfect, so 4 stars it is.

We are so happy with their weed control and fertilizer treatment program. They show up when they say they will, and the results are much better than when I used to apply my own fertilizer for the same cost of the bags from the big box store.

Lawn especially the front has been problematic. Mike did aeration, fertilizer and seeding. Mike took time to investigate lawn brown areas where grass not growing. He determined we have a red ant insect problem and recommended insecticide to fix it. Hope this cures our dead grass area. Customer service is attentive.

We had problems with Japanese beetles eating our perennials. Seasonal did the grub control treatment last fall and we had the most beautiful garden this year, minus the beetles.

Recently canceled my service after YEARS of faithful service, due to rude customer service and late with lawn spraying, and partially completing service. They have been lazy with the service provided over this last year. I can definitely take care of my own lawn or go to a lawn service service that actually cares about the service they provide!

they were on time said what they were going to do and did it . the billing invoices were correct .i felt i got what i paid for not like the other company i had felt like they were not TRUE with what i paid for and they owe me about 4 more applications before i fired them maybe they were GREEN at doing this but i am happy with Seasonal Lawn Care on my third year with them

7/18/19 I am still having trouble getting our prepaid service done. Doug will not return my calls. No one communicates. Can some one call me that cares? This is a frustrating company to work with. I have been trying to schedule an over seed for our lawn for three weeks that we paid for in advance with our hydroseeding. It is about 32,000 square feet. Always some reason it didnt happen but no extra effort to get it done. Schedule and rescheduling was left to us with no return calls or communications. When you try to escalate the manager or owner doesnt take customer calls. The Landscaping company is a different company so they dont communicate or work together. I have left two call again today. I will keep the post updated so you can see how it will be handled. With a myriad of lawn care companies this may be one to avoid the frustration. Bob

This will be my third year using Seasonal Lawn Care. Over these three years they have used a quality product, and have been prompt with their service. Great lawn care services! Each lawn specialist left a detailed receipt and put up proper signage in various areas around the yard. Weed control treatment kept the unwanted growth at bay and my lawn has never looked better!

Stay away. These people do not return calls and just send you bills when it s supposed to be covered. My lawn looks terrible from their hydroseeding and have weeds all over the place. A neighbor used a different company and they have virtually no weeds!
