Placed the order for Christmas lights on line. It was a very easy process. Bloom responded in less than 24 hrs with and install date and information about the process They came and installed the lights as promised and the crew was extremely friendly and efficient. Price was was very reasonable as compared with others. Then we were very surprised about 2 weeks later with a box of homemade cookies from Bloom. What a great follow-up and a nice touch for the holidays. This is our second year in a row using the Bloom Christmas light service.. We are planning to sign up for 2025 as well.

Weve used Bloom Lights for three Christmas seasons. The warm white lights look great on our house. Bloom is responsive to reports of burned out bulbs and quickly fixes the problem. Sometimes its just loose in the socket! This is a good value and allows our house to have lights on the second story, where I would no longer go.

Bloom did an excellent job installing our Christmas lights. They had competitive pricing and got our bid to us right away and lights installed the next week. They have bulb replacement and wonderful customer service. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Also the team that installed the sod was spectacular. Told me exactly what they were going to, and even went up and beyond on a meticulous installation and then clean up after completion.

Bloom Lawn and Lights have been very prompt and attentive to the installation and deinstallation of our Xmas lighting the past 2 yrs wee have used them. Their office has also been very accessible to our questions and addressing our concerns.

Moved in to our house 2 years ago and hired the neighbors lawn guy to take care of our house as well, bad idea. We then called a company to do it this year and after they started I noticed they had hired a different company to do the work, they then notified me they would only be doing the lawn care and no aeration, shrub pruning and leaf cleanup without an extra cost to our previously agreed upon pricing. I reached out to the Bloom team to see if they would fill in the gaps and with no hesitation they did exactly that. We will be using Bloom going forward.

Holiday Lights Pricing is reasonable and service was great. However, I requested white lights last year and received the warm white (looks yellowish). I wish they would have made it a bit more clear (recognizing the pun) because the other lighting on my house is a bright white. When I requested the bright white this year, they told me that it was an additional $75 to change colors. I explained to their CSR that I probably shouldn t be charged to change colors because of last year s mix up, and she told me there s nothing she could do. Not a bad company but seems like a bad policy. I just don t understand how my color change for a single strand of lights across the front of my house could cost them anything at all. I d still recommend the company but left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

Bloom Lawn and Lights did a landscaping project for us last summer. We had two small retaining walls done, one in the front and one in the back. They also removed a concrete patio in the back, so we were able to enlarge an area to connect with new stairs for our deck. That new area was finished with pavers instead of concrete. The crew did an amazing job and we absolutely love our new outdoor space. Mike was very helpful working with us to figure out exactly the products (colors, shape and size) we wanted to make our vision become a reality. We highly recommended this company (and their cost outbid several other companies). We couldn t be happier!!

The team at Bloom is great to work with across the board. The friendliness of their team, the professionalism of their workers, the quality of the work, and the price at which it was done were all reasons we enjoyed working with them and have contacted them for further work. We have also recommended them to friends and family after our experience. On top of installing the sod, they removed a TON of old landscaping in a single day and then graded the lawn as needed before installing the sod. Instead of keeping the remaining sod after the job was over, their guys just installed the rest of it and watered it thoroughly. Finding a company that operates like this is worth its weight in gold.

Otherwise, highly recommend as my lawn looks great drought aside.

I highly recommend Mike and his team for any yard projects. We had severe erosion on our back yard hill from years of improper storm water drainage . Mike s team installed a drainage ditch and gravel so the yard is no longer a muddy mess following heavy rainfall. They arrived on time, cleaned up and were reasonably priced. A big thumbs up!!! Employee was obviously getting frustrated by my crazy questions - such as inquiring about the cost of services, and asking for clarification on irrelevant email replies. Very unprofessional company. Bloom did a great job lighting up our large pine tree for Christmas! They were able to find the same colors as the old incandescent bulbs, but the lights are led and last longer with less energy. Installation was very professional and they took the time to hang the lights securely for wind and rain. The crew worked like artists and put their hearts into the job .

An email, a quick estimate, a contract via docusign and the lights were hung within days. They always spell out their rules and regulations for bulb replacement and it can all be done electronically. This is the first year that I have hired a company to put up Christmas lights on our home and I am so pleased that I hired Bloom Lawn and Lights for the job. They also provided me with all the info I needed about what to do if a light burned out, how to change the timer they set up for me, etc. They also did something that I think we awesome. They brought over a package of home baked cookies to my home and in the box of cookies, there was a note describing the Bloom Cookie Challenge. The challenge is to pay forward their kindness (in giving me the cookies) and I can decide how I want to pay that kindness forward. Great company and provided light hanging service at a reasonable price. I priced out buying lights (C9) for my house and there service was actually less. That put up more lights than I was going to buy, they put them up and take them down. No muss, No fuss. (You dont keep the lights they put up) A couple of things to know, and this has nothing to do with their service, I received a quote in late September and declined the service ( Im a tightwad). I received another quote Dec 9th with a 30% discount and a waiver of the first year setup fee. That brought the price down to something I could afford and felt comfortable with. Best Christmas money I ever spent. As this is a special Christmas this year as family is coming for the first time, I dont know if I would do it again, but if I do, it will be Bloom Lights. And come spring time, Ill definitely be talking to them about their lawn service as I have been having that done by another company. OH! And they even dropped off home made cookies last weekend. Not store bought, but, real, homemade ones.

I was late in getting my lights out this year so I called up Bloom and within 24 hours, I had my quote, paid for the lights and they were up. Two days later, a box of cookies showed up at my door. Completely impressed with their service and turnaround time.

Put the lights up, set the timer, replace any bulbs that burn out, and store our lights for the off season. The staff are super friendly and crews are respectful to our property. They reach out early every year and we get to pick our install window and corresponding install price... meaning early agreement and early install is priced the best. Blooms came to my property and did a complete cleanup of my lawn. Removed dead bushes and small trees, trimmed all the bushes, removed twigs and branches, etc. They were very professional and did excellent work! Their rates were very reasonable and I was extremely happy with their work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any lawn care you need!

First time writing a review. We switched lawn care as well as plantings, mulch and weekly clean-ups. The reviews of the company were great so we were excited. However, four plus weeks later are landscaping is half finished- haven t been back to install new plants, no mulch (which was coming 2 weeks ago) and worst no call back. We have emailed, called and nothing. The woman in their office, the couple of times early on that took our call, was polite but then they go dark. Had them place a bid on landscaping. The guy that came had all bad things to say about existing patio which was just completed. We called them for a different job. They also took several weeks to get back with the bid.

They showed up every week and did a great job mowing and weed whacking. If inclimate weather they were always rescheduled and the company was great about sending emails. Many other services are offered during all seasons at reasonable rates and we are notified by email about this but no hard sell. Very nice and personable to deal with.

Very poor customer service, specifically from Tanna. Service ended up being nearly double what we were quoted. Would not recommend!

Our side yard is about a half acre and it has places that resemble the Great Lakes region. Due to the wetness the grass had grown ridiculously long. Bloom workers came out on a plea from us and they worked magic. Quickly and professionally they found a way to mow around the swampy places without leaving any ruts! They handled the rest of the property just as beautifully as theyd done our problematic swamp. We cannot thank not only the crew but the office staff as well for their care and responsiveness. We had a great experience with the crew that came out today to replace some of last years plantings that took a beating over the winter. Every crew member was professional, courteous, and helpful. They were patient in answering our questions and providing us information and advice on our landscaping. They cleaned up our driveway, sidewalks and the top of our retaining wall nicely, too. Based on this experience, and my discussions with the owner, Nick Miller, were asking Bloom to provide additional services to preserve the beauty/health of our new plantings and protect our landscaping investment.

The Bloom Lawn and Landscape team did an awesome job on our landscaping. Nick is a great guy to work with and is very professional and kind. We are happy to do more business with him and his team in the future! For part of our project, the team completely tore out and replanted our front flower beds with flowers, bushes and small trees that are easy to maintain and look nice. We let them plan and design what they think would work best and we are very happy with how it turned out. It gave the front of our house a completely new, fresh look! The team also did a large row of trees on our back property line to provide the yard with more privacy. They planted 15 large pines, all over 10 ft...it was a large project that took almost an entire week. The team made sure to take care of our yard while using their heavy equipment and we appreciate that! Overall, we had a great experience and will continue to use their landscaping company as well as their Christmas lights this winter.

I ve been using Bloom for about two years now. My grass always looks immaculate, and my plants and mulch always look perfect! I needed a tree in my front yard to replace a tree my builder put in that just didn t seem to fit the space properly. I had a million ideas, and sent a million emails!! My emails were always answered within a few hours and I was never made to feel like I was bothersome. We found the perfect tree and it looks WONDERFUL!!! Bloom Lawn & Landscape recently gave the front of our home a facelift & it turned out phenomenal! The retaining wall & new landscaping is better than we could have imagined. For our job, we initially thought wed also need to replace the brown and thin yard with sod. Instead, we went with Nicks recommendation to reseed it. To our surprise, it has turned out beautiful and green. We also recommend their lawn treatment program. Nick and all of his employees were a pleasure to work with every step of the way! The crew assigned to our job worked so hard and they made sure we were happy with everything. We highly recommend Bloom & plan to use them for other areas of our home in the future.

Bloom did an excellent job with our new retaining wall for a bedding area. Even with the delays from weather slowing down the final completion the project turned out great. The crew meet every need and the finished product was perfect. The staff (Allissa in particular) was outstanding in keeping everything going and providing information. We will utilize Bloom and recommend them for any future projects. Good pricing and excellent work who could ask for more!

Workers tore up our yard with their equipment. They should have stopped when they first realized it was too wet to mow. Bloom did nothing to try to fix the mess they made of our yard and they charged us for the service. Disgusting customer service and disregard for our property! In response: I have the correct Bloom. Service was done on 7/5 in the am. We immediately emailed the office to let them know and then later sent a photo of one of the damaged areas. No one offered to come out and take a look or fix anything.

Our property is adjacent to their business. Due to builder and city drainage issues we have been in contact with the owner Nick. His administrative assistant has been excellent with follow up and scheduling a meeting with Nick. Nick has been cooperative, empathetic and accommodating towards the issue we are having. We feel he is trustworthy and if we would need landscaping, we would seriously consider Blooms Lawn and Landscape because of our interactions with the owner and staff.

Bloom is wonderful...like other reviews mention, the staff is professional, and hardworking. They recently designed and executed a plan for a major area in my back yard from pretty awful into a pleasing garden area. I smile every time I look out. My highest recommendation.

I am very satisfied with all work I have had done. My yard is in the process of getting work done by Bloom. It was not in the best shape and Bloom is working on getting it in better shape. They just put in Sod in back yard because there was not much grass. Also repurposed some blocks I had, put around my plants.
