My lawn was completely burned out this year. I called Green Meadow to aerate and overseed my lawn. They came by today and I was very happy with the effort they did. The lawn was aerated horizontally, vertically, and diagonally. Then they over seeded and fertilized. They were also very generous with the grass seed. Now I just have to wait (and water) until the grass comes in. I cant think of anything that could have been done better. I think they did their part very well.

Green meadow has done an excellent job not just with the lawn but also with mosquito tick and flea control. Weve been using them for years. We have used other services which have been good but they have been the best so far. We live with miles of woods behind us and regularly have racoons, opossum and skunks etc. on property, but no harmful bugs. We highly recommend them because theyve earned it.

Ryan is the best in the business. Takes such good care of my lawn!

During his recent visit, technician Ryan Small provided a wealth of information, which included taking core samples to determine thatch thickness, which wasnt excessive. He also explained the fungal damage and the prognosis for recovery now that cooler weather has arrived. With my neighbors permission we also examined an adjacent yard. I had mistakenly thought that they had not experienced damage due to their employment of a different service, but it was similar, albeit a little less extensive. We discussed a course of action should similar conditions prevail next summer. As a result, Im willing to stay with them for another year.

Dave Burdick, a technician at Green Meadow Lawn Care, LLC, who services our lawn, recently completed a service call to evaluate large areas of dead grass. He concluded that the lawn was prone to hosting fungus and recommended adding preventative fungicides to next year s lawn care program. He also observed that the lawn was dry and the soil compacted, advising us to continue watering and to consider core aeration of the soil. In short, his findings were extremely informative and helpful. Dave s report was characteristic of the thoroughly professional approach he has exhibited during his many years of service on our behalf. In addition to providing the standard application of fertilizer, pesticides, and weed treatment, he routinely goes above and beyond what is expected. He has the experience to answer nearly any question and the know-how to provide practical solutions. With each visit he carefully observes the lawns health and trajectory and provides timely recommendations. In the past he has alerted us to the presence of fungus such as Pythium Blight and advised immediate corrective action. He has also noticed problems like Patch Disease which could potentially damage the lawn. Additionally, he is very attentive to any concerns that we bring to his attention, taking especial care to avoid things like newly seeded areas and mole transducers. Dave is an extremely friendly Lawn Care Technician and one of those rare people who actually seems to enjoy his work. He goes about his tasks with a smile on his face and is always ready to greet us with a friendly wave. To summarize, he services our lawn as if it were his own and is as concerned with its appearance as we are. Granted, he may do often do his work behind the scenes , but his talent and devotion bear fruit in a lawn whose appearance is worthy of being front and center .

Nate and his crew at Green Meadow Lawn Care are excellent. We have used them for years for treatments to our lawn, flower beds and trees. They are knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. When we first started with them we had problems with various pests, invasive plants, lawn diseases, and just a dull looking yard. They have completely rectified all issues so that our yard looks like a vibrant showcase. They notify us prior to each treatment so that we know they are coming, and provide a report after their treatment of what was done, and any recommendations (watering, etc.). They are observant of what is going on with our yard so that we can address emergent issues before they become a problem. The workers come on time, are polite and clean up after themselves. They also aerate annually which has really helped with the condition of our lawn. I have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending Green Meadow Lawn Care.

My service was excellent. The technician was thorough, he moved items that were on the lawn out of the way, he made sure to look out for our pets and reminded us that we should not allow the dog on the grass for a period of time. He set up multiple markers indicating that the lawn was treated. He made sure to service areas where we had weeds and trouble areas where grass was not growing. I would highly recommend Green Meadow services to anybody looking to improve their landscaping and lawn, this company will truly add value to your home.

Have been using Green Meadow for a few years for tick and mosquito control. There is a noticeable reduction in those pests and the techs are always very professional.

I noticed a bird trapped in a cage covering a utility access on a commercial property being serviced by Green Meadow. A Green Meadow employee came over to assist me in helping the bird. He called the owner of the property and was able to unlock the cage and free the bird. I really appreciated the help. I would highly recommend Green Meadow as a landscaping company - they care about wildlife and go the extra mile to do the right thing! Thank you!

David at Green Meadow always does a great job with our tick & mosquito spray. We tend to have obstacles like pool noodles or floats and some overgrown landscaping, but he makes sure to get the job done efficiently.

Green Meadow in general, and Dave specifically, does a great job trying to keep our difficult, rocky, and sloped yard looking good. The office always call to advise when they are scheduled to service the lawn, and the team (Dave in my instance) always insures good coverage, treats unwanted growth, and cleans up any peripheral fertilizer from driveway.

Green Meadow seeded our lawn last fall and it came in great except in a few spots where monsoon rains shortly after seeding washed some of the seed away. So today they were back to re-seed the areas that had gotten washed out and to give the whole lawn nutrients, all part of the original seeding program. Very thorough and friendly.

Green Meadow is the best in town. I have used other lawn fertilization companies, and no one compares to Green Meadow. They start early enough in the season to ensure pre-emergent treatments are done on time, and are adept at treating any problem areas during the season that do crop up (nutsedge, clover, etc). Dave S. reached out to me as requested, provided clear estimates and got me on the plan. The lawn Specialist, Fred arrived on time and the application was done very professionally, covering each corner with proper equipment. Initially, my front yard was covered with Dandelions and backyard had a lot of Crabgrass. On the evening of the very first application - they were all gone. I have had a bad experience with one of the popular lawn service providers before, and I am happy I switched to Green Meadows. Ive been using green meadow for about a year and a half now. The tranformation of my lawn in that time period is nothing short of amazing. It had bare patches and certain weeds I just couldnt kill. Now it is just thick, green, weed free grass. Fred does an excellent job servicing my lawn. He is attentive and cares. Also, when I call because I notice something, they come right back out and take care of it. They dont just leave you hanging. These are the guys for the job if youre looking to have a beautiful lawn. We have been using Green Meadow for about three years now, after spending a few years with a different local lawn care company. Our lawn never really improved with the other company, but within our first year with Green Meadow we saw a huge improvement. Here we are three years later, and my lawn is now thick and emerald green! When ever I call with questions, I get a call back within two hours. All of the technicians that come out are very knowledgeable and are quick to pick up on concerns so we can address it before it becomes a bigger problem. We are very happy with the quality of their service and would highly recommend them. Give them a chance .You won t be sorry!

I m a new customer. So, far, so good. My grass are green and think, I m very happy !

I had them come out on Oct 7th to kill the grubs and then a week later aerate and over seed the lawn. Now Oct 31st, I just walked outside and saw new grass growing where there hasnt been grass in 10 years in front of the ramp into the shed. The other few spots where the grubs were are now turning green also. Here are photos from Aug 2022 during the dry spill, and Oct 2023 with a fire pit pic from yesterday Nov 2 2023. Shows the benefits of having them taking care of fertilizing the lawn. Here in Tolland, the soil is not the best for lawns.

I had to replace the foundation for my house, and my yard was a complete dirt pit when it was all over. The lawn was Hydro seeded, but it didn t take very well. Green Meadow came in and did a complete overseeding with their blue seed, and the results were outstanding. I hired them to care for my lawn year-round, and I have never regretted it. My lawn looks better now than it has in 28 years. Fred Caswell is my technician, and he pays attention to the details. Many thanks to the Green Meadow team!

I had a totally dirt front lawn after paying another so-called lawn care company a lot of money to bring in topsoil, level and seed the new topsoil. It stayed dirt and was a TOTAL waste of hundreds of dollars. Our friends recommended Green Meadow after I asked them who does their lawn. Their lawn looks like a golf course its so perfect! Dave Schwarm came over to give me an estimate the day after I called Green Meadow. This was this past May (2023). He said we probably wouldnt notice a drastic inprovement until spring of 2024 so I didnt expect to. However, after only 4 applications, our front lawn is already full and looks great! The rest of our 2 acres (the side and back yards) look amazing already, too! I cant recommend Green Valley enough!

On Sept 28th I had my lawn triple aerated and seeded by Chris and his teammate at Green Meadow. He was so willing to answer all my questions and offered helpful suggestions even beyond what I was expecting (such as showing me the label from the seed mix they use). They then did such a thorough job covering all areas of my lawn and filling in the bare spots. Im hoping to soon see blades of healthy green grass thickening my lawn. Chris was back today (Nov 21st) for my second fertilization after the seeding. He again took time to talk with me about the progress of the new grass, how the fertilizer would work the the forecast heavy rain and why it was good to fertilize this late in the year. Chris really assures me of the quality service that Green Meadow provides. Hes a real top notch employee! Id be happy to have him service my lawn and/or recommend him and Green Meadow to a friend.

Signed up for their 5 step program. In between 2 of the steps I noticed some weeds growing on my lawn. Contacted them with my concerns and they were back out respraying for weed control in a matter of a couple days at no charge. You cant ask for more than that. Great service at a fair price!

We had a serious weed problem with our front yard and the little bit of grass we had was dying off. We called Green Meadow in early spring and set up a program based on Dave Schwarms recommendation. Their team began the work of killing the weeds and fostering the grass that was still there with fertilizer. We could see progress, but were a little unsure of the aeration and over the over seeding doing the trick. There were still areas of concern. At about the 2/3 point of the service agreement I called the owner Nathan and told him about my concerns. He was confident that our lawn tech was going to deliver satisfactory results and asked us to wait till the service was finished and proceed from there. Our conversation was pleasant and I appreciated the time and concern he had for our questions. I still had my doubts but I took Nathan and Dave at their word. I am happy to report that they were accurate and the services they preformed delivered excellent results. We now have a front lawn that is lush, green and weed free. I am most pleased with the professionalism displayed by everyone we dealt with in the company. Our service tech did an outstanding job and Dave and Nathans confidence in their ability to deliver was spot on. After my first year of using their seeding and fertilizer program my lawn is looking great. Upon renewing this year I contacted Dave in Sales to take advantage of an offer that was expiring over the weekend. The office was closed for the weekend so I decided to email him hoping that when he returned Monday he could help. Green Meadow is doing a great job servicing my property. In the fall their people use blowers to move the leaves that are too dense prior to applying fertilizer to ensure it gets to the ground. I have never seen any other company do this and that is why I am very happy with my decision this year to go with Green Meadow!.

We have just been living here for about 3 years and the owner that I bought the property from had lived there for about 7 years. In that time, the only thing he did was mow. He did not treat the lawn and the result was we inherited 100% crabgrass. Ive been told by some of the neighbors that the original owners of the property had meticulously cared for the lawn since the 80s and had an irrigation system installed and that the property was considered the jewel of the neighborhood. Well needless to say, I wanted to restore that integrity. I began treating the grass for the first couple of years and restoring the irrigation system to being fully operational since it wasnt utilized by the previous owner. I started to get some positive results and started to see grass come up, mostly fine fescue, some ryegrass and very little Kentucky Bluegrass. There was still lots of weeds, like nutsedge and others that I dont have knowledge what they are called and bare spots in places. I was not getting the results I wanted fast enough. I called Green Meadow (around the beginning of May 2021) first to get an estimate on what it would cost to reseed the front lawn. Im not sure who I spoke to on the phone but they were very pleasant and after I explained what I would like to have done, they quickly came up with an estimate that was very reasonably priced, so I gave them the go ahead with the seasonal lawn care service they provided and talked about having the triple core aeration service and having that done this year. They told me that they would perform that in late August and prepared me for what I would need to do before they came to perform the service. There was at some point during the summer that I had some concerns about part of the service which they use Round-up, so I called Dave Schwarm and he came out to my house and we had a discussion about the product and he helped to alleviate my fears with the knowledge he had that there are much more harmful chemicals out there and he told me that he would not utilize a product if it was going to be harmful to his customers. I put faith in him and the company because you can tell by speaking with him that hes a very intelligent person and that he cares about what he does. As you can see from the pictures that I provided (The first three pictures are the before), Im ecstatic about the results. And all the neighbors have given high praise also.

I wish I had a before and after picture from last year to this year. Green meadows is an excellent lawn company that employs professional lawn care technicians. The first day they showed up my green meadows lawn care technician took the time to not only wrap up my hose but he picked up all my dogs toys as well. My lawn was a mess. It was burnt, patchy, and I had some sort of insect infestation. They first came out around this time last year. Well one year later I went from one of the worst lawns in my neighborhood to one of the best. Also three of my neighbors hired them once they saw what a difference they made on my lawn. Overall Green Meadows is hands down the best lawn care company in my area. If you are looking to get serious about your lawn they are the company to call. You will not be disappointed.
