I contracted EOS for backyard landscaping, hardscaping and enclosed patio for my daughter’s wedding with a year timeline. They took the 30% deposit and was no where to be seen for 4 months evading phone calls. They stated so late and worked so sporadically that they were not finished on time. I won’t even go into the workmanship quality and how they ignored my asks if suited them to cut corners. When I tried to sever the contract, they threatened me with a legal intent to sue unless I paid in full and have them finish. But in the end, they continued a schedule of no shows. They never finished my job completely but collected 98% of fees. I’m happy to share my experience and show anyone the “quality” of their work. Similar experience as S. Jaso, another reviewer. I considered legal actions but decided they had wasted enough of my life — still makes my stomach churn thinking about this. EOS will promise the moon and charge as much but they neither deliver nor care about their customers. Do not engage.

Our HOA has been using EOS for all of our landscaping work and snow removal for many years. Their services are excellent. Our community always looks fantastic. The management and staff are very reliable and when they make a promise they keep it. I always feel like a valued client and like they treat me as a friend not just another account. Thank you EOS - you are the best.

These guys are on point. Very thorough professional and excellent customer service from the administrative office staff and landscapers. I've used these guys to do some landscaping and tree removals that were leaning. They knocked them out and double checked the next day to ensure that the job was completely thoroughly. I will use EOS for all of my future yard and property projects. I highly recommend you won't be dissatisfied.

I highly recommend this company. The crew was prompt, professional and did a great job. Scheduling and getting an estimate for the work was also prompt and professional. If you need work done and don't want hassles or excuses go with eos !!

EOS was engaged to complete a hardscape and landscape project at my home. Some items were not completed properly and were in need of additional attention. After numerous attempts to schedule acknowledged customer service work, these have remained incomplete for approximately 2 years. EOS repeatedly indicates that a crew will be coming to the property within a week or two, but NEVER posts. This has been an exercise in frustration which will ultimately be costly to have the items corrected by another, reputable and dependable company. Think long and hard before engaging this company's services. 11.18.21 updated to review: contrary to what the company response indicates, corrective work is still not completed.

EOS did a fantastic job on a gravel/stone project under my deck. Great communication throughout the project from quote to finished work, and the result looks nice—-it really cleaned up a dark and muddy space. The team even came back to touch up some areas around the work site with grass seed. I’d definitely recommend them!

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our house. The landscaping and fire-pit installation went great and the work was done quickly. There were regular check-ins on the work being conducted and we were kept abreast on all matters pertaining to the job. We would highly recommend this company for any work that is needed.
