I paid a man before to do some yard work on dead and fallen trees, he put it all on a pile and never came back to remove them and they sat there for a month or so. I was very happy when I came home To them all being gone! Thank you so much!
The owner, sorry I was neglectful in not getting his name, addressed all my concerns. I'd had a bad experience before and he made me feel comfortable in accepting their estimate. Hunter did the work and did a great job. He was a lovely respectful young man that worked hard and did all the jobs I had requested. Fast, friendly and well priced. We got estimates from six companies. A few where close but Augusta had the best price. they got us right on the schedule and the grass was done the next day. i didn't know they had arrived and i let my puppies out and my puppies quickly found Wilkes and T. J. in the yard they where very kind to the dogs picked them up and petted them. They did an excellent job on the yard and we are all happy with the work.
A great, professional organization. I've had excellent interaction with them. So glad that a company like this exists. And sad that it's so unusual. Hunter power washed the house and driveway yesterday and did a fantastic job. Looking forward to the spring clean up and mulching. Know it will be another good experience.
The Augusta crew brings the "big boy" tools and masterfully puts them to work, expertly and efficiently. They consistently exceed our expectations. What they do in 2 hours would take us 2 weeks or more to do, so it's an investment in our property and time.

We booked Augusta Lawn Care to perform weeding, bush trimming and mulching in our garden beds. After they sent the estimate, I had someone come out and walk the property with me to ensure they had included everything in their estimate, because it was considerably lower than other estimates we received. After the service was completed, I realize that the estimate is written just vaguely enough (even with the walk through with me where I thought we had come to an understanding of what we were looking for) that they can get away with doing the bare minimum and don't seem to take pride in their work. They removed two large weeds and "sprayed" the rest, but then just dumped all of the mulch on top of the weeds still in the garden beds. If the weeds never reappear I will happily change my rating, but I have a feeling we'll see them start to pop up again in a couple of weeks. The mulch does look nice, but in some places it seems like they mulched and then trimmed the bushes with the amount of debris left behind on top of the mulch. Overall, did they technically do what was on the estimate, yes, at the very lowest level of what that covered. We found the work in general to be mediocre and a bit sloppy. 9/7/22 Edit: we’re seeing weeds pop up already, and they’re onions, so for every one weed that pokes through the mulch there’s about 30 bulbs below the ground.
Started our winter program with Augusta Lawn today and our yard had been neglected by us. Today they removed leaves, did edging and bed cleanup. They will come twice a month til April, including snow removal, gutter clean, bushes trimmed. I am amazed at the difference in our lawn in just the first day.
The young men were polite, efficient and thorough. We are very pleased and will be pleased to make you our choice for future needs.

Wonderful employee, Kevin, came out on his own to mow and trim for me the first time ever. My service was pushed a day later than originally scheduled but he made sure that it was completed the next day before he went home. It was a late day for him, but I was pleased with his work.

Kevin and his workers cleared a field for us that contained barb wire fencing, lots of brush and trees. They also created two paths for us. They were very efficient and did a super job. We already have spoken to Kevin about more work. I highly recommend them!

It looked really nice when they did it, but a couple weeks later all the weeds have grown back up in the flower beds and you cant tell it was done.

It was so wonderful to see the mowers come because I really wanted my yard to look good and be able to keep up with the neighbors, and personally they always did a great job and I think I told them so every time I was home and could tell them. Also great to come home and see how good it looked. I think the neighbors did theirs to keep up with my yard! Particularly when it was mowed diagnally . I must say I truly appreciated that.

Kevin and team came yesterday to deliver and spread mulch around my house. They did a great job at a reasonable price. They also edged all the beds for me. Additionally and I did not see that until today they edged around my pond and waterfall. Not part of the job but definitely good customer service. I have no hesitation in calling Groundserv for future work.

I have GroundServ do the regular mowing/edging/weeding, and I am SO IMPRESSED with the quality of work. The yard constantly looks crisp and immaculately edged. The beds are clean. And the service trips are always perfectly spaced - not too much, not too little. I can t recommend Kevin enough. Everything about their service is commendable. I m looking forward to having them mulch and trim all the landscaping early next spring!

Kevin does everything for us. He mows two lawns every year. Then in fall he cleans years and picks up all leaves . He will after that clean all gutters on the houses. In the spring he power washes both homes. We keep him busy. Great to work with.
