Fantastic work and customer service. 48 hours from my first call to my problem being diagnosed and fixed. Had another sprinkler company charge me more money to tell me I had a well problem and there was nothing that could be done. Great work, fair pricing, excellent customer service.
Jeff is a stand up guy. Always respectful to our property/home and is top notch with his services. We primarily use him for spring start up/fall blow out services and is efficient and reasonably priced. He won't hesitate to go above and beyond if he encounters any variables outside the scope of his visit. Will continue to use his company for all of our irrigation needs.

I highly recommend Beaver's Edge. I've used Jeff's service for my irrigation system since I moved in 7 years ago. He does good work and makes sure you are satisfied with the job. Even when it's an unexpected need, he'll figure out how to squeeze you in to get the work done.
The service we received from Beavers Edge was professional, efficient, specific to our needs, and completed in a timely manner. Jeff took the time to listen with compassion, answered each of our questions, took adequate time to teach us how the system worked (even returning for a second instruction) and honored all his promises. We will definitely be calling for an expansion next year (which he kindly did the prep work for). What a wonderful human being. I will be using Beavers Edge for my business as well.
I needed badly leaking valves replaced on my 60 year old irrigation system so I called Beaver’s Edge, even as a new customer they were able to come out right away during the busy season. Jeff quoted to replace the bad valves with new manual valves or to upgrade to an automatic system with an electronic timer. I opted for the automatic system and he was able to install that same week. I appreciate Jeff and his crew’s hard work and prompt service and plan to call him for any future repairs.
We love our experience with Jeff! We've been using him for a variety of services for over 2 years and we have never been disappointed. Jeff is a normal guy who knows what he's doing, is honest with his quotes, and is friendly with our children. There have been times we thought we needed extensive work done and Jeff finds a cheaper solution for our family. He also is flexible in what we need and is prompt in response time. Bonus: He let our four-year old son dump his trailer filled with mulch and it was all our little boy talked about for a week. We really like The Beaver's Edge and highly recommend Jeff and his services!
Hardworking crew! They resurrected an irrigation system that hadn't been turned on in over 5 years. Fixed it quickly and efficiently. & I mean quick. 1 zone had 51 sprinklers on it so I'm not talking about a small residential system. This is a commercial system. I would highly recommend this crew! They have Austin Hardware & Supply CO as a customer for life.

Great Service, I called him a few years ago and he came right out and has done a great job! Very dependable!!
I just needed him to move a couple of heads which he did. I left my wife in charge the day he did the service. I told her to make sure things were right. Before giving them the money. When I checked the next day they left a mess in our yard and our neighbors yard. Our heads were always buried in the ground so that s what I thought they were going to do when I had them move them. They put some kind of extension to the heads without our knowledge and they stuck up about an inch and a half out of the ground when they went back down. My wife ran over one of the heads when she mowed. I called Jeff back out to lower it. He never got out of his vehicle and sent the same two kids out to fix it. They put it in backwards so I had to dig the head back up myself.only will adjust 90 degrees. They had it shooting into the neighbors yard. I have to call another company to fix the other heads. I had back surgery so it s hard for me to fix all of the heads. There is other things they didn t do right but I m not getting into that. They were unorganized when they came over there truck was a mess. Jeff told me his helping workers were new and they are going to make mistakes. But Jeff never checked there work. Even after they came back to fix a head he never left his vehicle. Stay clear of this company. Every head they moved they made a mess. I don t ever want them in my yard again.

We have had them fix sprinklers that were broke, adjust them when grass was dying, fix wiring problems. We have recommended them to numerous family members and will continue to do so. They do an excellent job and they have always responded to my text messages or phone calls right away! Keep up the good work Jeff!!

I had a lot of nasty overgrowth including poison ivy in my backyard. Jeff and his crew did a great job clearing all of it out. They really went above and beyond. Jeff is very easy to work with, he explains everything well and they do a thorough job. I will use them again probably in the fall.
