Pinnacle Pools and Lanscaper company is a phenomenal company. Very good work and expedient. The Contractor/Owner is very thorough and provides great customer service. I’m completely satisfied and would use them again as well refer them to my family and friends!!

After contacting multiple pool companies we elected to go with Terry due to his timeline and he was able provide us with a fair price which also included concrete and turf. Terry and his team were great to work with and were always available when we had questions. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely would recommend.

We needed a major remodel of our old pool and deck. After getting numerous quotes we ended up going with Terry at Pinnacle Pools. He listened to our ideas and came up with a reasonable price. Hiring Pinnacle Pools & Landscape was the best decision I made as a Maintenance Director. We had a spa replastering job that needed to be done. We knew we had jet leaks and that it would be an extensive project. Based on experience I had seen this project take several weeks even months to complete by other contractors. When Terry said he could have it all done in 2 weeks I was a bit skeptical, knowing things never go as planned. Exposed aggregate was going to have be removed and replaced in finding the jet leaks. When that time came Terry did not let it derail the project. Things kept moving according to plan and his team worked hard and nonstop to complete our project by the promised time. Terry communicated from beginning to end in a pleasant and informative manner. He responded to my many texts when I had any questions, comments or concerns. His crew was professional, friendly, and efficient. They made sure the site remained safe for not only their crew but for me and my staff and the members who attend our club. We will definitely be using Pinnacle for future repairs projects.

Hello I spoken to several pool companies didn’t have any communication skills what so ever. Finally called Pinnacle Pools spoke with Terry. Set an appointment up he came on time. He listen to what I wanted done. He answered all my questions. He explained what I should expect thur the whole process. I couldn’t ask for a better person. The work was completed within few weeks after the permit was obtained. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work, timing, and attention to details. Terry has lots of experience and personally supervises each and every task to ensure quality. I didn't have to spend much time on this large project. Terry has experienced and professional people to do each portion of the project. After the project was completed, they did a very good job of clean-up. My family and friends were impressed when they saw the final product. I am very satisfied, and highly recommend Pinnacle Pools and Landscape.

My husband and I were very dissatisfied with Terry in both in quality of work and in his professionalism. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he threatened to "friendly" wrestle my husband because he questioned the large gaps and overlaps on the artificial grass seams. Well, I suppose that happens when he uses scissors to cut the seams (evidenced with non-straight cuts on underside of artificial grass from attached pictures). In the end, the police had to be called to escort Terry from our premises after the threat. I do not want others to go through the same experience that we went through. Do your research and contact the California State License Board to see how many complaints have been filed against Pinnacle. Also search on California Court Case No 22CV1203, where Pinnacle lost.
