Weed Man Lawn Care in Elizabethtown

Very disappointing experience with Weedman. Still awaiting a refund for a service we were charged for in June, but never received. Our yard was supposed to be fertilized, but was not. Our neighbors yard was fertilized instead. Weedman then said they would come and fertilize our yard as soon as possible. They ended up fertilizing a different yard at an unknown location. My husband called and canceled service with them. They charged us for the fertilization anyway. We requested a refund in June and have had to call numerous times since then, only to be told we are on the list and should receive our refund early the following week. The only thing we have gotten is the run around. As of today, Sept. 9th, we have yet to receive our refund. Very disappointing experience.

My experience with Weedman was horrible to say the least. My yard was supposed to be fertilized, but was not. I called and made them aware of their mistake. They fertilized my neighbors house. They then said they would come and fertilize my yard as soon as possible. They ended up fertilizing the wrong yard again. I called and canceled service with them. They charged me for the fertilization anyway. I requested a refund a month ago, and have called every week since. They always say I will recieve a check early in the week, I never do. If I could give a negative star I would!

Absolutely terrible experience. Was quoted on my lawn getting treated. They said they would be out within 7 days and they were not. Called them to see when they would be coming out to treat my lawn. They finally came out today and said that they misquoted my lawn and wanted 3x the amount to treat it. Even though on their recorded message I had told them how big my lawn is. Very poor customer service. The salesman should listen and not assume your lawn is the same size as your neighbors. It's funny that they can back out of their contract to service your lawn but you would never be able to do the same. That is why they record the contract agreement. But if they were to listen to the conversation they were told roughly how big the property is.

They gave a quote and we wound up going with someone else. They keep calling even after repeated requests not to call again. They even called today. I just want them to stop. Hopefully they read this as it is illegal to continue to call someone after we ask them to stop. These morons called again today. This makes the seventh Time we have asked them to stop calling but they keep calling. I guess the only thing that will a difference to them is to take legal action against them. They apparently think they can do whatever they want and continue to harass people that say "we aren't interested".

Turned my patchy weed filled lawn into a thick green lawn. Recommend them highly!!

Such a professional company! They showed up within a week for my first service and the gentleman was polite and knowledgeable and I started to see a different within a few treatments. Highly recommend if you want a nice looking lawn

Weed Man turned my lawn around! They came in to a horrible looking lawn and turned it around with their program! Highly recommend this company!
