Barefoot's Lawn and Landscape in Elizabethtown

The owner took our deposit and never showed up to do the job. We paid the deposit on June 30, 2022. It is now Sept. 2nd and we are still without our refund or his services. Please read the BBB reviews, as this happened to someone else as well. Apparently that customer got his money back eventually, but we are still fighting to get ours. He gave us excuses for months, and then finally said that he wouldn’t want to work for us anyway. He said he doesn’t need our money, and the deposit will be returned. I don’t believe anything this man says anymore. We don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. If you are spending an abundant amount of money, he will probably show up (who knows!) but for a small job STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

This is the best lawn maintenance company I have ever had, and I have had alot over the years. The owner is a very compassionate person. They are always on time. And the lawn looks great!

Did an amazing job especially for last second needs for ridiculously tall grass I couldn't get to with my mowers! Highly recommended.

They are wonderful. Excellent quality work. Very professional and took the time to explain to us how to care for the items installed. We have 2 different places landscaped and very pleased with the work and the price.

Very professional. Took the time to talk with me about options to fix my drainage issue. Would use them again. They were in the middle of the estimates I got but am pleased with my choice.

These guys are AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for better service. Even the small details, like cleaning up the limbs and raking my yard. I will definitely be using their service again and again.

They do good work, but were unbelievably rude and immature when we had to go with someone else due to them being a bit over our budget. Horrendous customer service..
