I have decided not to do business with these guys. I had an estimate done with Jessie a few weeks ago, but I never heard back from her. I reached out a couple of times but no response. She has some kind of negative vibes and not sincere or welcoming. On the positive note. I m glad they showed their true colors from the beginning. Dodged a bullet!

Disappointed with the scoop of potting soil I got. Very small scoop for price.

We spent literally a small fortune on landscaping. Six plants didnt come back, because when they planted them they just pulled them out of the pot and stuck them in the dirt. They did not honor a warranty for a season. When dug up they were packed just as if they were still in a pot so the roots never took hold. After over 20k in landscaping, and to not honor 6 plants...smh.i have pictures

Trust me I would of given no stars, we ordered a dump truck full of dirt n the driver dumped in our driveway, we ordered that to unload at end of driveway, nope it s in our driveway and blocking our way out, common sense would of said STOP AND CALL THE PERSON WHO ORDERED N TOLD THE CUSTOMER N DELIVER ANOTHER TIME WHEN THEY THINK THEY CAN DUMP! Dixie yard work has equipment to come n push off our driveway! But they sure like to charge over $500 to deliver

Nice people but they have been out of bulk natural cedar FOR WEEKS in the spring time. Going on four weeks so far.

Young girl was very rude and couldnt do nothing to help a problem we called on the phone asking about a fire pit chimney that was clay. I was from Indiana 1.5 hours away. The young girl never said the stand was sold separately and you have to ship on your own ( no box or covering at all) so I ask about maybe a burlap bag to lay down in the back of the pickuo which I see laying around everywhere and she says they have none. She was very rude . I wont be going back there again.

If you are military (active or retired) stay away from this place. I find it funny how contractors act professional until contracts are signed and deposits are made. By the way, most of these businesses use deposits as interest free loans! This is especially true if no work has been performed! Also, they will use weather (which is a factor) as a tool to exploit contracts to cover up poorly managed staff! and schedules! My advice to potential buyers, other than don t use this place, request a tenative start date and have it written in the contract so that you are in control as the consumer. *I would have moved forward with the installation, but the owner (Brandon) said I was not a good fit. I m not sure how to interpret that .certainly hope it was not for me asking questions about a paid service! Thanks Brandon! Don t respond with some generic garbage! I hope everyone seeing this takes a look at your negative reviews and make responsible choices.

Customer service is nonexistent. I wanted a pergola built with a low calf high fence. I would have to have trees removed and stumps grinder. I continuously called to let Jessie know when this was accomplished. I left messages, but never received a return call. I went in to the business to talk about a start date and to find out why my calls were not returned. Young lady at register gave me numerous excuses for the absence of management. Jessie finally appeared and was very rude. She explained that I had not signed a contract,so materials had not Ben ordered. We once again reviewed me contract and eliminated some items, as they were very expensive. I was then told I had to pay a cash only deposit. I never asked for a discount. I can afford the original price she quoted, just choose to have that portion done separately for less. I was given a start date of Oct 30th.. 30 October approaches,weather was great up until the weekend prio to the start date. I did not receive a call the weekend prior nor on the start date. I called to inquire and was told the weather was the reason for the delay. I had called a couple weeks prior to inquire about the fence order and was told the fence was in. Jessie now says the order was not in, but construction of the Pergola could begin. She told me she would check the schedule and call me back. She did not call back, so I went in to business to find she had left for the day. I left a message for management or the owner,and requested a return call. The next day two hours after start of business I decided to visit again. I asked for the manager or the owner. Neither were in, but Jessie did step up lot let me know she is married to the owner. I was not going to deal with her any more. I requested a refund. Jessie proceeded to get my refund. She came back and counted out the quantity of bills she was giving me, not the cash value. She offered to put it in an envelope for me. I accepted, but wanted to recount myself. She had shorted me by $700. Luckily I recounted before leaving. Not sure how she could be off by several hundred or was it intentional. I will never deal with them again.

Great place to get all of your lawn care, dirt, rock, pools, fountains, lawn decor, anything you could ever need for the outside of your home. They are extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and hardworking, not to mention very friendly and warm! They treat people like family!!

Good prices. Always go to them for all spring mulch and gravel. Asked if they would part with a rusted fire ring in the trash, they said theyd charge me $40. After Ive spent thousands of dollars here. Lmbo. Probably wont go back. Was taken back by charging for trash.

A great local landscaping supply store with everything you need from rock, mulch, stone, plants, fire pits, etc. Its a one-stop shop where youll find helpful employees to assist with all your yard decorating/landscaping needs. The prices are fair and the selection huge.

The quality of work was great, we will see how it holds up over time. The price was outrageous and it took forever to get the project done. The workers that were on the job were super friendly and extremely helpful, but the project manager was just so-so. I would probably use them again, but would definitely do more comparison shopping first.

Terribly disappointed with what we spent hard earned money on. Doubly disappointed in the terrible customer service. Do not spend your money on their conditioned dirt. They confidently tell customers this dirt has no rocks, roots, grass, etc. Ours is full of grass, weeds, and rock. Go elsewhere and spend less $. Oh yeah, their delivery driver was terrible as well. In a wide open yard he missed the dump site by over 20.

Better customer service is needed. In the store I asked about some stones. After returning inside the store, she was planting some flowers in a display. I had decided on what I wanted to purchase. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance.she looked up at me (like I was interrupting her, added with the body language!!!) and asked do I need anything else? I told her of my decision. Upon ringing up my bill, she never cleaned the potting soil from her hands when I gave her my card. But, the young man that filled my order outside was very friendly. I believe in good custome service, and this being my first visit, I didnt like that particular service. But Ill go back, very good products, next time Ill address any issues.

Went to their store a few weeks ago and was met by an employee that after hearing about our project plans, agreed to come to our home, give us an estimate and order the materials. He sent me an estimate, which we agreed upon and stopped by the store the next day to pay. He met my husband when he pulled up. We made the check to him-he explained that he d get us a good deal on our materials if it went through his account with the store. Their trucks made drop offs of rock and the employee began his work. However, he showed up infrequently and was weeks past his original date of completion. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, Tracy, she seemed dumbfounded that all this was going on around her and she didn t know as she stated to me that this employee was not allowed to take jobs and did not pay them for our materials. She told me straight up that she would be out the next day and they would make this right with us. By the next day, she said they would NOT be out to fix anything. I wrote this incident up as a rant on my Facebook page. Evidently, Tracy read my rant against the company and informed me that they would not bring the rest of the materials owed to us as a direct response to my Facebook posting! We are currently looking into legal options. We will NEVER frequent this business again!

They are very friendly. An i will go there again. As a veteran, will help you any way that they can.

My new drain - cup and bucket! Every time it rains, I have to remove the trapped water with the cup and bucket. I fill this bucket many, many times to get rid of the trapped water. I just finished scooping out 10 of the 5 gallon buckets of water. The water is supposed to run out the drain tube that runs to a ditch. Dixie Yard Works came out, found the problem and have a plan to fix it. Thank you!

Love this place! All kinds of different rock, stones,etc. And for decent prices. They will deliver, though Ive never had them so unsure of cost for that. They do landscaping and from what Ive seen it looks like a great job, again dont know cost. My favorite thing though is being able to go around and pick for yourself.

This is the second time we have requested their services and they have outdone themselves once again! Brandon, Efrain and their crew are amazing. They added Jessie to the mix and she is definitely an asset to the team. She designed our layout which was just beautiful. The end result was perfection! The patio that was created by Brandon, Efrain and their crew was so so so perfect and exactly what we wanted. They also replaced our mulch with slate rocks, they planted trees and other adorable plants to make our yard just beautiful. They made and installed a bubbling boulder which exceeded our expectations!!! Couldnt have even imagined we would get that kind of service. Thank you all so much, and dont worry...we are not done yet!!!
