Working with Brandon and his team was a great experience. We found Bright Green Landscapes through a quick Google search and out of the 4 companies we called they were the only ones who called us back. They called in less than 24 hours and were at our house to quote our project the next day. Brandon was great when he came out, and allowed us to ask questions. Our project wasnt large, just normal mulch and landscaping cleanup. He gave us a few suggestions for some of the problem areas we have like the drain from the gutters washing away the mulch. They were reasonably priced and when it came time for the work, the crew was great. They were able to clean up the landscaping and all super kind. We plan to work on future outdoor projects with Bright Green as they were easy to work with.

Bright Green provided exceptional and professional level service on our property. We had several separate items to take care of, and these guys work efficiently and carefully, and were very respectful when working around our house. I have worked with a couple of other landscaping companies in the past, and after mixed experiences with those others, I dont forsee ever switching to another company again. I plan on sticking with Bright Green for the forseeable future because I know what kind of results Im going to get, and I know things are going to be done right the first time. Not even done with our project yet but theyve been great to work with!! We inquired with 2 different companies who were impossible to get quotes from, not very responsive and didnt seem to want to do the work... Thankfully we found Brandon and Bright Green Landscapes who were the complete opposite and theyve been great to work with!! We trusted Bright Green to install our new lawn and all of our landscaping (trees, plants, retaining walls, and mulch/rock). As a construction professional, I often seek three bids/proposals and then choose the contractor who I feel will be the best partner, which is usually not the person with the lowest price. That was the case with the landscaping on our new home build: Bright Green was not the lowest price BUT I truly feel they provided the best value and I could not be more pleased with the results. Their level of care, communication, professionalism exceeded my expectations (which I have to admit are high). Their entire team, from the field workers, foreman, in-house team, to the owner himself, were always very polite and followed through on their commitments. Bright Green will be our landscaper moving forward, period. If I could give a sixth star I would!

Couldnt be more grateful for the work these guys did. We recently had our lawn replaced. Two thumbs up. The team just finished a fairly large mulching job on the house we bought last summer. The previous owner had not done much yard maintenance and so this was direly needed. The team did a great job spreading the mulch evenly and tidying up. Plus the mulch did not have an off putting smell! I worked with Brandon to get the quote and the process was very efficient and the price was very competitive. Will use them again.

We recently had an in ground pool installed on the backside of our property that left our yard looking ROUGH. In order to continue with the natural woodland & pasture look that surrounds us, we wanted to keep the hardscaping to a minimum to focus on trees, native grasses & perennials, and a rock border around the pool with the intension to layer more design elements over time for a slow design approach. We met with handful of landscape companies that kept trying to sell us on super manicured masonry designs that would cost just as much, if not more, than the pool itself. Each meeting felt like we were being talked at instead of listened to. This all changed when I had Brandon at Bright Green Landscapes come to our property. He instantly got what we were wanting and was more than willing to talk costs then and there (which was UNREAL after dealing with so many companies that refused this until after we said what our budget was). We signed the contract the next day and about a week later his guys came out and had the entire job finished in two days. They graded and tilled the slope, added an inch of top soil to the 6000 sq ft area, installed 4 large evergreens, installed a chipped rock border around the pool, and seeded & blanketed the entire space incredibly fast. We will absolutely be working with them in the coming months to install the next phase that will include a few pathways, some more garden bed installs and a big fire pit area. Absolutely an amazing business! 10000% recommend.

Bright Green Landscapes was hired to edge, mulch and spray weed killer on all beds on my property. I also had a last minute request on enlarging a tree ring on one tree in my backyard. The Bright Green Team was extremely professional from the first experience. Met Brandon on site for for the estimate, which was reasonably priced for size of the job. Full clean up of weeds, debris, trimmed the bushes, edged all the beds, with a thick layer of 4 inches of premium mulch. The clean up team on site was fast, courteous and cleaned everything up. 100% recommend them, and will be using them again!

I contracted Bright Green Landscapes, to finish off a stamped concrete patio project we recently had completed. It is Summer, so I know every landscaper is busy and multiple companies were months out. Brandon was able to come out and discuss with me a variety of options that were available to me. From plantings, to stone, even border options, his suggestions helped me to envision the result. He went back and gave me a quote that day, as well as a rendering of what it could look like. We pulled the trigger and were put on the schedule. While we waited, we added an additional ask from Brandon which was to hide the utilities area of our home and he obliged quickly and again with a rendering. Time finally came to install and here is where I want to expound how professional this team is and how quick they do their work. They came out with a team of people and completed the job in a single day. Yes, you read that right a single day. Every time they needed something they were quick to ask me, and even had me sign off on where the plantings were location wise. I will be using them for multiple future projects to come. They went above and beyond and did incredible work. We had them pull out weeds and dead plants and create an area with landscaping rock, they rerouted our guter under the sidewalk to release water into the yard so we wont have icy sidewalks in the winter, they pulled out overgrown bushes and seeded the yard. Beyond this, they weedwacked grass between the cracks in the sidewalk and even brought in our garbage cans! I thought this would take all day and they were in and out in 2 hours and everything was cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend them. We will be using them again.

We had issues with standing water and drainage in our backyard. Steve came out and described a solution that other companies never even mentioned. The work was great, and Steve was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Both Steve and Brandon were extremely responsive over text and email quickly answering all of our questions throughout the process. Bright Green is definitely a company I would recommend for any drainage work!

Brandon was a nice person to deal with and was detailed and helpful in what we could get done with our budget. While we are happy and satisfied with the work that was done, there was a bit of unprofessionalism displayed. While the crew was working on clearing out and leveling the ground, they inadvertently severed the line to our cable/internet. I understand mistakes happen, but what I was disappointed with is that they didnt bother knocking on our door and advising us of what had happened. Both my wife and I work from home and quickly noticed the internet was not working. The crew chose to bury the severed line and keep working. Had I not gone outside and questioned the man leading the crew, the mistake would have gone ignored and unfixed. They quickly admitted they had cut the line and began to repair it. No apology was given, only excuses that the cable company didnt bury the line deep enough. I later mentioned this to Brandon on the phone and he also seemed dismissive. Again, we do like the final result. We quickly paid the balance on the account once the crew left We remain a bit disappointed we never heard back from Brandon or anyone else at Bright Green on what we thought about the job. What started off as good customer service quickly got poor once the job was done and paid for.

Brandon and his very polite & clean cut crew transformed our landscaping from shabby to chic! They worked tirelessly for 10 hours removing debris, trimming, edging, planting and mulching. I wish Brandon would have taken a before and after picture because the transformation is unbelievable! My husband and I keep walking around the outside of our home in disbelief. I don t post reviews very often online but am so impressed had to here. I contacted Brightgreen landscapers after seeing so many great reviews...the reviews were spot on. Brandon from Brightgreen reached out right away after I submitted the estimate, was very attentive and patient when I asked many questions early on. We needed to put some evergreen trees on each side of our back yard for a border and for privacy, as well as a pair of magnolias in the front. Brandon went through the pros and cons of doing each, gave recommendations and was super honest - he could ve just said yes to everything we asked just to get the business but he cautioned us on certain ideas that may not work due to location to water drainage, etc. I was very impressed with that. The work was completed today, just a quick few weeks after I initially reached out. Brandon s crew showed up nice and early, got to work immediately, knocked on the door a few times just to check in, and Brandon walked me around to show the work. Very detailed oriented and I m extremely pleased with the results. It was a very fair price as well, I will use them for any landscaping needs from now on and would highly recommend.

Hired Brandon and the crew from Bright Green Landscaping to do some work on my yard this year. They did an awesome job with the core aeration and over-seeding at the start of the season. Hired them a couple of weeks later to weed the flower beds, do some spring clean up, and put in new mulch. I hired Bright Green to do professionally what I had been trying to do myself unprofessionally including adding a garden to our back yard to showcase a small statue that means the world to my family. They were very responsive from the initial contact, to coming out to meet with me, to sending over design options and pricing, and then keeping me up to date on when to expect the install to begin. The job took about a day and a half and everything looks exactly how it did in the design that was submitted to us. We are very happy with it. We had quite a bit of work to be done removing a line of several old, dying bushes. A difficult job as the roots/trunks were deep and snarled. All the old bushes were removed in one day and new healthy shrubs and plants were installed. The team also trimmed the trees in front of the house to keep them healthy and provide a more aesthetic look. Brandon worked with our budget and developed a plan that we were happy with. My electric lawnmower died last year and Brandon and Stephanie were great to work with. They were able to fit me into their route late in the season and make sure my yard looked wonderful. The crews did a great job - mowed the yard, cleaned up grass clippings. In the fall, they also took care of all the leaves. Very happy with their service and the value.

We were looking to have some landscaping done and called Bright Green Landscapes. Stephanie was so friendly, and personable. She set us up right away with an appointment to meet with Brandon. Brandon came over talked to us about our ideas, gave some very helpful reading material on different plant options. He asked is to review some plant choices and let him know what we wish to see in our yard. I sent him my list of plants and he designed the landscaping EXACTLY how I had asked, with the first shot. It was amazing, it was like he was reading my mind. His crew came out did the work in one day, they were clean, friendly and it looks amazing. They also laid fresh topsoil and sod on one side of the house, since we had some pretty significant dead grass there, it is just pristine now. They buried our down spouts, cleaned up, laid fresh sod, you cant even tell they dug a hole to bury it! I can go on and on. My wife and I hired Bright Green Landscaping to install some new flower beds around our house and update the existing ones, including installing a stone border around those in the front yard. We received quotes from a few places and they were comparable, but Brandon was far and away the most responsive to our questions, seemed the most knowledgeable, and was willing to work with us when we had budget concerns. Ive hired landscapers before at our old house, and my experience then was that the boss only shows up at the beginning to take your money, and at the end to make sure youre happy. Not the case here. Bright Green was at my house for nearly 2 full days, and Brandon showed up multiple times a day to check on the progress and answer any questions I had. He walked me through the yard on multiple occasions pointing out slight deviations to the plans and giving plant-keeping advice. My wife and I are very happy. The stone edging looks fantastic. Several neighbors have already complemented the landscaping. Unfortunately, the weather hasnt been too kind. Since Bright Green completed the landscaping, weve had a solid 2 weeks of high 80s - 90s temperature, with only a single day of rain in that span. Ive done my best to water but some of the plants still look distressed. Ill wait for the weather to cool and reassess before testing the 1-year warranty on the plants. Given my experience with Bright Green so far, I expect no hassles, but will update this review if the experience is less than excellent.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Bright Green Landscapes! Like many other houses in our neighborhood, our boxwoods did not survive the harsh winter. We hopefully waited months for them to come back, and finally decided it was time to remove and give our yard a fresh look. Brandon listened to our goals (colorful, low maintenance, avoid plants that attract bees) and came up with a really nice design that fell within our budget. It was a relatively small job, but Brandon still made us feel like we were just as important as his larger clients. The final installation looks beautiful. We are very impressed with Bright Green Landscapes. They are easy to work with, competitively priced and provide great service. Brandon came out to our house twice to meet with us and help us select new plants to replace our existing landscaping. We replaced all the plants at the front, sides and back of our house. He provided us with a detailed quote and a computer mock up so that we could see how it would look before installation. When it came time for installation, he called to inform us that the boxwood size quoted didnt look great at the supplier. He said he would reduce our quote to compensate for the smaller size he was going to install. We really appreciated his honesty with us. We love the variety that he provided with different colors, flowers and shapes. It really turned out great. He gave us clear care and season ending instructions to ensure that our plants looked great in the years to come. Brandon and his crew went above and beyond what we expected! We needed a french drain to help get water away from our home, big stumps to be removed, a patio to be pressure washed, and we wanted sod to get rid of the mud pit of a backyard we had before. I ve called this company 4 times. 3 times I left a message and no one called back. The 4th time I spoke with someone who said she would need to get back to me because she didn t know if they had any resources to add us to their mowing schedule. She has never called me back. So, I guess they don t need any additional business. I d love to change this rating because their ratings suggest they do good work but can t do so based on the 4 calls I ve put in to them. UPDATE: I did not receive a call at 3:58 pm on Thursday as is suggested. I know this because with smart phones, you can see historical calls and there is nothing even close to the time you suggest. So, the only conclusion is that Bright Green did not take down my number correctly, or never called back. In any event, Im upset because I really thought, based on your reviews, we could have begun a decent partnership with mowing services that might have grown into full service landscape maintenance.

Excellent work! I originally called Bright Green to get an estimate for seeding some large bare patches under the eleven column maple trees on my property. I had already gotten several estimates from other landscapers and all had told me that any grass I plant was just going to die the next year. Brandon, the owner, basically told me the same thing but went on to suggest that I add to and connect all of the mulch beds so I wouldnt have to reseed every year. I had not thought of his solution so I was extremely pleased with the results. The crew was on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterword. I will definitely be using Bright Green again in the future.

Brandon came out to quote the job I needed done within 48hours of my email and got me a quote with the day. I agreed to the pricing which had some additional charges if the guys couldn t use machinery (thus by hand). Not only could they not use the machinery but Brandon didnt charge for the manual labor upcharge!! AND Brandon overestimated the amount of back fill top soil he would need so discounted my bill $100!!! Brandon was also very accessible via email leading up to my job... all the rain we had pushed us back about a week and he let me know. They just finished the job today and we couldn t be happier, I got exactly as I wanted and the guys were neat and cleaned up th whole area leaving it like they found it! The job was removing a mulch bed and regrading the surface to the back of our lot as well as tearing up and replacing some bad paver edging that another company installed wrong. Great company to work with!

We used Bright Green as our weekly lawn service and they did a great job. Additionally, if the weather looked bad that week, they would contact us and give us a general time when they could mow. Last month, my wife and I put our house up for sale. We needed Bright Green to back fill an area where an above ground pool had been. Not only did they bring in about ten truckloads of dirt they sculpted the pitch, placed grass seed down and covered it with straw. They completed the work in one day. Bright Green is an excellent company both in reliability and quality of workmanship. Whenever I had a question, they would always contact me back. What a wonderful team of people. Brandon was very communicative. The weather wasnt the best, but he was more then willing to work around it. He set proper expectations and provided a fair quote for the work. Brian and Gabriel showed up in the morning and got straight to work. The did a great job with the entire yard. Great company to work with! Brandon came out and personally looked over our yard to come up with a reasonable estimate for lawn care as well as Spring clean up. The team does a great job and is quick. They are able to do a better job in a quarter of the time than me... before I broke my hip! The lawn is mowed, edges trimmed and all cleaned up quickly and efficiently. The Spring cleanup made the house look crisp and clean and ready for the flowers to bloom. Beds were cleared out, bushes were trimmed and weeds pulled. They respond quickly to questions and actually listen to your requests and concerns. We are more than happy with the services provided and the pricing is reasonable!

Update!!!!!! April 2016 - We used Bright Green Landscapes all of last year and we had them out again this year to do our yard clean up again. We had originally only hired them for the cleanup but after seeing what a great job they did, we added weekly lawn care and we could not be happier. Just had Bright Green Landscapes come out to edge and mulch our yard, and the result was fantastic. The areas had been neglected last year so they had their work cut out for them. These guys really did an incredible job. I recently moved in my house and the place was a mess. Everything was over grown with weeds everywhere. The transformation was way beyond my expectations. I sought the snow removal services of Bright Green Landscaping for my parents. My interactions with Brandon since initial contact have always been pleasant. He is prompt and thorough at providing estimates. He also always takes the time to answer concerns or questions that arise. I no longer worry about my parents being able to dig themselves out of a snowstorm, or slipping and falling while trying to clear the driveway and walkways. The removal is kept up during a big storm to ensure they can always get out of the driveway. They also do a nice job of cleaning the heavy snow at the foot of the driveway usually dumped by plows, I am extremely happy with the services they provide.

After several years of sub-par lawn service from a couple other companies, my yard is in pretty dire straights. This year, I finally decided to search for a new local, competent lawn service. After searching and reading reviews on several services, I found Bright Green Landscapes. I submitted an online request for a free estimate, and Brandon, the owner, called me back the same day. Brandon took his time on the phone with me going over all my options and explaining his companys services. He was very patient with all my questions and very professional with all his answers. I have since contracted with him to provide spring clean-up services and our weekly lawn maintenance. BGL just finished our spring clean-up a couple days ago and did a wonderful job! The weekly lawn maintenance doesnt start for a couple more weeks, but in the meantime, we are also contracting their services for mulching our landscape. Brandon is also working with BGLs partner company (Tee Time) to put together a plan to rejuvenate our lawn with their aerating, over-seeding, and organic fertilization program. BGLs pricing for regular lawn maintenance service is very competitive with other companies I have used in the past and have researched recently. Where their pricing has really been great so far is with additional services such as spring clean-up and mulching. BGL provided our spring clean-up at significant savings over what we were quoted by our former lawn service. And the pricing on the mulching services they will be providing is very friendly to my budget! In all the correspondence I have had with BGL so far, they have been very quick in responding to my requests and answering all my questions. Brandon has been very professional and more than patient with my frequent requests for additional information and changes to quoted services. If this relationship and service continues to be as exceptional as it has been so far, I have confidence that I will soon have a yard I can be quite proud of!

Nothing but good things to say about Brandon & the whole crew at Bright Green Landscapes. We took down our pool & they helped haul away all the wood from the decking, took down some wood posts, moved & brought in more dirt & seeded the area. They took out an overgrown weed garden, trimmed trees, mulched all the flower beds & even found the lighter color mulch we were hoping for but didn t think we d be able to get. They cut down large overgrown bushes from several areas, mulched & even did some extras for us to make it look nice as we can not plant until next year when the small stumps/roots have died. It was much appreciated & a really nice thing to do. They mow our lawn weekly & it always looks nice. Can t wait to hire them next year for planting & get Brandon s suggestions of what will look awesome. It s nice to hire people who actually take pride in their work, follow through & do a great job. They predicted the job to be completed in 2 - 3 weeks. They finished in exactly 2 weeks. They asked questions along the way to make sure my interpretation of what they were doing was correct (it was). I was initially concerned as I couldnt find many references regarding their patio work but every reference pertaining to their landscaping service was superiors.
