Trinity Lawn & Landscape in Elfers

We have went through at least seven landscapers before finding Trinity lawn and landscaping. They do a great job and they show, up also great communication.

It was a slow start for them getting set up and staff but we have been using them since they took it over and are doing very well with the lawn service and crews. We have also used them for tree trimming and debris cleanup and they did a great job! I highly recommend!

Weve had Trinity Lawn & Landscape mowing our lawn for years and been very pleased. Just had them come in and clear up some hurricane damage along with other deferred maintenance, including overgrown plant removal, palm tree trimming and stump grinding. Could not have been happier with the result.

Im so impressed and appreciative of the job Trinity Lawn does! My lawn is the envy of the block! Today, (10/23) the mower was acting up, and he did the backyard with a weedwacker!! These guys are amazing!!!

We made the mistake of leaving this company for issues unrelated to the quality of their service. WERE BACK! Our lawn has gone from the eyesore of the block to a picture- perfect yard. They do it all and for less than my previous service. Highly recommend them.

Rude and unresponsive owner

Extremely unprofessional work environment, they butchered shrubs.

We had Trinity Lawn and Landscape out to do tree, palm and hedge trimming, as well as a removal of a dead palm. They did an outstanding job for us! So professional and when they left, you would never have known we had so much work done. They cleaned up better than any other company I ve used. I highly recommend them for any and all of your landscaping needs!

Communication is very poor. Totally missed mowing last week and no reason. After 2 weeks of not mowing they came today and broke a sprinkler that is beyond our repair and never answered when we called about it. My husband has had to put a large marker in our backyard as they always are hitting this one. Have seen workers fighting when here as well. So disappointing. Feel like our stuff is not respected. Not first time any of the above has occurred.

No communication, they don t care

We have been using Trinity Lawn & Landscape for almost a year. The services provided are thorough and at a reasonable rate. The crew are respectful and friendly, and they are always willing to answer questions. Working with Matt, we recently requested landscaping services. We had an overhaul of our front yard new palm tree, new mulch, and new plants. Matt was very helpful and informative. We are very happy with the results. The price for the project was reasonable and the work was completed in 2 days by a dedicated team. We would highly recommend them for lawn and landscaping needs!

We hired Trinity to do a landscaping project for us. They were so professional, responsive, and delivered when they said they would. They did great work.

Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job on my yard. I only planned to do some landscaping but after getting the quote and seeing what the proposal for the whole yard was, Im glad I moved forward. Ive gotten alot of compliments and would definitely recommend them for any related projects. I will use their services again soon.

Great genuine people, trying to grow a genuine business. Worked with me as best as possible to do my backyard project quuckly before listing the home for sale. They came right away when they had a cancelation, and did a fantastic job. Trimmed my palms great, hauled some yard waste I had accumulated. Even pushed back the overgrown grass so much I discovered pavement I didnt even know I had.

Our landscaping needed a refresh, Matt and his crew did a great job! We love our new look.

Keep looking Do not hire this company. They have repeatedly damaged my mailbox by placing equipment against it. Sent them pictures of their equipment on it and they refuse to pay to have it replaced. Damaged sprinklers and won t repair them. They repeatedly miss cutting sections of the lawn and trimming the grass under trees. They do not consistently edge the lawn either. Very poor quality and service for the price they expect you to pay. I cancelled services to end at the end of the month (2weeks left) but since you have to prepay the month they have your money. They didn t show up to cut my lawn this week even though I am prepaid. So unprofessional. If you are reading reviews to get an accurate understanding of what you are paying for, here you go!

As a customer of several months now I am continually impressed at the quality of work, the communication and collaboration with me, and the kindness and customer orientation of the field crew. I switched to this firm after seeing their work product over several years. They maintain my lawn, shrubs and flower beds. Additionally, they did new beds and concrete curbing around my pool cage and 60+ new plantings. Matt, Jon, Tom and the rest of the team are respectful, conscientious and professional!

I inquired online regarding some long overdue maintenance of the yard. Within the same day, Nicole had responded to me via email and we set up a time for the free inspection and estimate. An employee was out 2 days after that email, and was incredibly kind! He answered all my questions, addressed any issues he saw with the yard, and I had an estimate the next business day. We set up an appointment, the workers came out, did their job, and left without any issues. The next day, I had an invoice in my inbox. The lawn looks way better than it did when we moved in! I am highly impressed with the professionalism and kindness of everyone at Trinity Lawn and will certainly be looking to use them again!

We have 4 very large palm trees around the pool and lanai, with only 6ft of clearance between lanai and fence. The gentleman showed and were professional, courteous, and did a vantastic job. They inquired during the process in regards to our opinion of how our trees looked and if we approved of the cuts. Upon completion we were able to put our landscaping statues back without further clean-up. A+

workers were rude

Called to set up a one time appointment because my lawn mower motor went out. Woman who answered the phone stated, We do not have time for that, its our busy season. Have a nice day. And hung up on me. I didnt even get the chance to ask about setting up a contract. Poor customer service . Very disappointed.

Horrible company to do business with and they love to threaten their customers with threats to send you to collections when they fail to send you a bill and when they finally get around to it will threaten you. Stay far away from these characters.

I have to give 1 star because cant give them 0 star. Their mowers cut my TV cable line and btoke main water line this morning on 06/14/2019. They didnt had courtesy to tell us and just shut down main water line. We have been without water for whole day and when Pinellas County Utilities guys showed up they showed us what these mowing company guys did. They are completely unprofessional when I called them and right away denied to take responsibility of the damages they did. They guy on the phone name was David and Angela both were rude. I cancelled my monthly service right away. I am going to send my repair bills to them and probably file small debt claim in court as well. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE JUST CROOK AND THUGS..

Owner is rude workers are careless damage corners of the house, sprinklers are snapped off from being run over. They worked Tuesday night and then not thirty minutes after the lawn was cut three heads were snapped off.

I have gone through 5 lawn companies over the last couple of years. I switched to Trinity Lawn about 5 months ago because all my neighbors use their service and highly recommended them. I am so glad I went with them. They go above and beyond any lawn service I have ever used.

Completely destroyed my backyard and all I get is a, we are sorry. That was with pictures being sent to them showing the 4 inch deep markings in the lawn from their equipment! Not the first issue either. Sent something less than 1 month ago to them about the destruction of our front yard and got a, we will be more careful. Needless to say, service has been cancelled and I will make sure I let everyone know to NEVER use this company!
