Gorgeous flower bowl delivered to my 87 year old Aunt today. First time using this florist. Very elegant. She was happily surprised. It made her day.

The sunflowers arrived with zero complications and were beautiful. My friend said the wrapping was so pretty that she didn t even want to unwrap them.

I can t say enough good things about this place. Beautiful arrangements, top notch service, they will go above and beyond to make someone s day special. I ve used them for a variety of events, and every time they re great. Most recently, I ordered an arrangement for my grammas 94th bday. I was devastated to not be able to be there and in the comments, I jokingly mentioned how much she d love to have someone sing her happy birthday and they showed up with a guitar to sing happy birthday to her! It made her day and it s been a month and my family is still talking about it. It s so lovely to know people like this are out there spreading joy. And the arrangement they sent her was perfection.

Today my sister retired from Aerospace after over 40 years!!! I wanted to send her something to put a smile on her face before she walked out of the doors for the last time! They were absolutely amazing!!!! I ordered from Texas for a birthday present for a friend where they are located and they were easy to use and personal. They sent me a photo of the plant prior to delivery!

The Rest in Peace wreath was absolutely perfect and looked just like the picture. The flowers were so fresh. It arrived on time. It was presented on a sturdy light colored wooden frame. The price was reasonable and I feel like I got my moneys worth. Moreover, it was a wonderful tribute to my sweet Aunt and I was proud to have my name attached to it.

Hands down the best customer service experience that I have ever had with a florist. Marisa is remarkably accommodating and her flower arrangements are gorgeous. This is the only florist you need to consider. I had problems with my delivery address, being Canadian Im not good with American zip-codes, and Marisa texted me and kept me in the loop and was so helpful every step of the way.

Thanks for the beautiful flowers, really made our anniversary extra special! I just walked in and the arrangement was ready in about ten minutes. This shop is located on Richmond now btw, next to the antique shop across from the 99 cent store. The flower shop has a nice, spa-like feel to it. Will definitely be back!

They have an online ordering system which is terrific and easy I ended up making a mistake and what I ordered and I was able to call in the morning and get it fixed in enough time for me to pick it up by the time I needed it

Natural Simplicity always does a great job. Flowers are always beautiful and they have consistently good customer service. We use them whenever we need to send floral arrangements in the South Bay. And we like supporting local El Segundo businesses.

Arrived on time (very early actually) as requested. Im really glad they could fit in the request on such a busy day as Valentines Day. They even came in a vase and with a lot more decoration than the picture. I thought they would come in paper. Great experience.

Couldnt be more happy with Natural Simplicity! Theyve always been my favorite florist, and hard to imagine that they could get any better, but their quality is superb and their on-line convenience is outstanding! I placed an order at 7:00 am and by noon, the gift was delivered. Moreover, prior to receiving notice that the bouquet was ready for delivery, they sent an actual photo of the bouquet so we knew exactly what our loved one was receiving. Pretty fantastic idea because I often find myself wondering if the bouquet looks like the one pictured on the website when placing an order. Natural Simplicity deserves all of the praise for being a top notch florist in the area! Thank you, NS!!!

I spent a couple of hours looking for the perfect floral arrangement for a very special co-worker. I almost ordered from one of those online floral sites. But they upset me because they were going to charge me some huge, ridiculous service fee. Im so glad that this other site upset me because I discovered Natural Simplicity. They have a beautiful website with gorgeous images of floral arrangements. I went to floristry school for a few years and Ive been arranging flowers as a hobby. So, I know the elements for a beautiful floral design and they hit it right on the money. I got an email confirmation that my floral arrangement was delivered. I was pleasantly surprised that they sent the confirmation which I thoroughly appreciated. I was keeping my fingers crossed that this arrangement would be delivered some time early during the day. Well guess what? It was delivered by 11am and it was Administrative Professionals Day so I didnt expect an early delivery. And the delivery was free! I was nervous about the arrangement because I had no idea if it would be similar to the image that I chose. WOW. My coworker sent me a pic and I was SO relieved and happy! It looked 10x better than the image online. The foliage and flowers looked so fresh. My coworker was so happy which made me even happier. I would definitely order from this florist again! I meant to call and confirm that they were going to deliver the arrangement but before I even thought of it, the perfect arrangement was delivered!

This place has AMAZING service. Not only do they deliver the flowers to your door, but they are also very pleasant people to work with. The lady that was working there the day i came in was very kind and patient with me till i figured out which set of flowers i wanted delivered to my mom. She was ecstatic when she got the set of flowers as a delivery and the smile on her face was all due to Natural Simplicity. They do a great job satisfying their customers and i highly recommend.

Called in the morning for a same day delivery very nice helpful person took care of everything. Asked her to use her own judgment on what to make for me, giving her only a few guidelines. A few hours later I received word that the arrangement had been delivered with a picture. It was so beautiful, more than I even imagined. So unique and colorful. Just gorgeous. I love flowers. I REALLY love receiving them. Yesterday, I received a beautiful, delicate arrangement of flowers delivered by Natural Simplicity. The sweetly intoxicating purples, accented with orchid flowers delighted my visual and olfactory senses. The flowers were presented in a container wrapped in fabric that resembled one of my California weather scarves. This arrangement was exquisitely beautiful. It strongly rivaled floral arrangements seen in luxury spas and hotels.

Every time I send my wife flowers from this place Im amazed at the arrangements they do. Very nice every time. I like the fact that they are reasonably priced and have really good customer service. They do listen to your needs and do a better job and making the perfect arrangement.
