I shopped around a few places and decided to go with these guys after an amazing interaction with the front desk team and owner. They worked with me a great deal with deciding on what turf would meet my needs and even compared and matched prices to other local companies. I will definitely be using them for more upcoming projects.
There are lots of turf companies in El Paso, but this company holds up to their name! From the beginning phases of design, to their quoting process, to adhering to their time lines of the job, to the quality of turf, to their attention to detail and the end result....all SUPERIOR! I even added and changed some things in the middle of the project and all I heard was "YES, we can do that". Their office staff, their project manager, their installer and the owner all answered my many questions and requests. I also have hired them to do a "turf refresh" where they brush/fluff and clean the turf because I've had the turf for a year and half. These pictures are what my turf looks like after 2 years since the project!! They also installed the rock you see in the pictures. Looks and feels brand new!! No blades of grass lying down or falling out due to the quality of the turf. You may find a company willing to do your project for super cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'd say Superior is in the middle in terms of price per square foot out of all the quotes I got. Don't get your project done by anyone else except Superior Green Turf.

It has been a month since I’ve had my artificial grass installed. We are still extremely happy with it! We got Monterey Pro installed. My children love it. My dog loves it. We aren’t having to worry about dirt and dead grass everywhere anymore. Our installer, Tury, was respectful of our home, efficient, and very professional. Gaby, my project manager, was available anytime I needed her. She is kind and professional , and easy to work with. Artificial turf can be very expensive and I feel that the prices with Superior Turf were very reasonable and competitive. I would 100% recommend giving them a call if you are in the market.

Superior Green Turf is one of the best contractors, I have dealt with in over a dozen years in El Paso. Gabby was responsive from beginning to end starting with an excellent price best quote and right through to the completion of the installation process. It looks beautiful with more curb appeal with no maintenance or watering required for the front yard any more!
Edit on my review: My turf is very wrinkly and wavy. It definitely wasnt installed correctly. Someone was supposed to come by and fix it and on the day they were coming over no one showed up and no one called. Ive tried contacting the office with no success. We spent $10k on the yard and it sucks to have it look like this. These guys just did artificial grass in my backyard. It looks absolutely incredible. The guys doing the work were super nice and I highly recommend them.
Our family shopped around for the best artificial turf prices before we made our final decision. Turf pros prices were outrageous, turf it was ok, but superior green turf was still about 20 cents less expensive from turf it. Superior Green Turf landscaped my backyard with artificial turf over a year ago and left it looking so beautiful! Recently we were dog sitting and the dog pulled up the turf on the edges. Called them to ask if they could repair it and they came out right away and fixed my yard like new! Excellent customer service!!! Would definitely recommend.
Great price for quality turf. I was going to go the Home Depot route but after seeing their quality and price I changed course and went with them. Also, very accommodating. I put them in a bind asking for Turf for the same day to meet make contractor s schedule and Alan and Pedro were able to make it happen. Thank you all! Txted them since I work and could not call during 9-6. They were very responsive they came out that same day I was impressed at the speed of service. After being txted by the landscaper he took measurements sent me sketches I sent him something I was looking for he said ok and never got back to me. Three weeks later I called again, (which was today) around 9:15am and the lady apologized and said that she would have him email it over after verifying my email and waiting.... to my luck nothing all day. Upset of wasting the landscapers time and mine. You the business should be able to communicate or simply let the client known you dont want to take on the project. Overall will just take my business elsewhere no big issue.
Good landscaping company. They got our backyard done within the span of one week. However the work was not fully finished. I have been trying to get them to finish painting the pergola for 2 months already and nobody has shown up to do it.
Called to get an estimate and they never showed up. If they couldn t make the appointment they could have at least called. I took my business elsewhere.

We had them install artificial turf in a small area, they showed up when they said they would. The crew did an amazing job, efficient and fast and left NO MESS! We love our new turf, it looks terrific.
Scheduled a week in advance and they no showed. Liz set up the appointment and when i called to see where they were she was ending my calls sending me to voicemail. If you cant even run a schedule i would hate to see how they work.
Hello my name is Gustavo Armendariz and I was going to get 3 separate estimates for my front yard regarding artificial grass. I did extensive research on several companies and the one that stood out to me the most with excellent reviews was Superior Green Tiurf. I called them for an estimate and Mrs. Gaby came over and gave me an estimate , I was impressed with her knowledge about the scope of my project. I didnt call anyone else for an estimate. Superior Green Tiurf is a company that delivers 100,% quality on all aspects of their products, from explanation of work to be done, workmanship on labor , cleanliness etc. , and most importantly backing up their product. Mr. Allen , from Superior Green Tiurf , and I took a final walk-through and he answered all my questions . After the work was done , I had some questions about maintaining the turf and Mr. Allan would always answer my calls, or he would text me back on a timely matter, that was VERY PROFESSIONAL on my behalf for keeping in touch with me . Im in the flooring/tile business and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them (Superior Green Turf) to all my customers, friends, and family. In summary, if anyone is considering artificial turf , please call Mr Allan or Mrs. Gaby for an estimate , you will not be disappointed. *LAST 2 PICTURES ARE WHAT SUPERIOR GREEN TURF FIXED* HOW SUPERIOR GREEN TURF FIXED ANOTHER LANDSCAPERS TERRIBLE WORK: I had previously had my yard done by another landscaper (NOT Superior Green Turf) and this person took my money, and never returned to finish the job. I thought that the only thing they needed to come back and do was anchor the turf down with nails, but boy, was I wrong. I called Superior Green Turf and they sent a gentleman out to do an estimate that same week. The gentleman was honest about what he saw. Absolutely everything the previous landscaper did was wrong. And coincidentally, that previous landscaper had bought the turf FROM Superior Green Turf, and they were very disappointed that someone would associate their company w/such a job badly done. Allan called me back and apologized on behalf of the previous landscaper. He said he would do everything he could to make sure I was happy before taking any payment from me, since I had already been through so much trouble before. Since they are a great company, they were booked for the whole month of July, and Allan let me know that he unfortunately wouldnt have a team to complete my yard until August 4th, which I understood. Well, to my surprise, he was able to get a team to complete my yard on July 30th. A whole week before expected. I work long hours and he understood I couldnt always answer the phone, but he was very prompt in returning text messages and keeping me informed of what his team had completed while I was at work. He kept his word and didnt take any payment from me until the job was done and I was satisfied. The gentleman that came out to fix my yard said that he had been installing artificial grass for 8 years and had NEVER seen a job done so wrong, before he fixed it. Superior Green Turf had no obligation to fix someone elses mistake and to be so helpful and nice to me, but they did it anyway and they did it because they genuinely cared. I can now step out to my backyard without becoming upset at an ugly job. I find myself wanting to spend all my time out there. Thank you Superior Green Turf! Use this company if you are looking for landscaping needs in El Paso. They are very professional, timely, trustworthy, and deliver fantastic results. You pay half up front for services to start and half upon completion of the job. I paid them, went on vacation, and came back to a beautiful yard! They make the process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone.
I used superior green turf for my backyard. I was specifically concerned about my dogs ripping it up after installation. I was assured it wouldnt happen because they were going to put extra nails and also told they guaranteed thier work for one year. Well the first incident, the dogs ripped up a small corner and the wind blew over a large portion. They came out and made the repairs, again telling me they put extra nails in. Well, the dogs ripped up the grass again and they refused to honor thier word and fix the grass. If they were just honest with me to begin with I probably wouldnt have dropped a couple grand on the grass or I would have put heavy pavers down on the seams. Now I have a yard I spent a good chunk of change on and its destroyed. I wouldnt have recommended them just due to the wind blowing thier work over but now, I want to actively discourage anyone from using them. I almost never leave reviews unless the work is superior or just absolutely terrible. In this case, they were absolutely terrible. I hope this review prevents someone else wasting thier money on dishonest and inferior service.
