This is what our backyard needed. The turf looks awesome. Dustin Rojas was a pleasure to work with throughout this process. He kept me informed from beginning to the end and was here the morning of the install and came back when the job was done to ensure that all was good. The group of guys that came and did the install were respectful and worked hard to complete the install in one day. Great experience all around, and would definitely do business again in the future.

WE DON T LIVE IN EL PASO. We actually live in Dallas. So if you re looking from out of town or even in town look no further. Everything is so much more expensive in Dallas so I went to El Paso on a work trip and stumbled upon El Paso Artificial Grass Supply and they saved me money. All they needed were the measurements/specs of the area we were renovating and they were able to ship me a turf kit. The kit included; nails, turf, and infill. We then had our contractor/landscaping company install the turf when it arrived. Dustin was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process, from walking me through how to measure the area to shipping it, he was amazing! 100/10 recommend! Dustin and his crew were able to do a Rockwall repair at my house. I have a 7 foot rod iron gate that was attached to my rockwall that needs repairs Dustin and his team were able to repair the Rockwall and sent out a welder to weld the fence into the Rockwall to secure. My husband and I had received a few quotes ranging slightly higher than the quote we got from El Paso artificial grass supply (EPAGS). However, after the quality, the warehouse storage and fees (no fees), we knew we were set with EPAGS especially after the warranty was explained. I will say while I was expecting the process to be a little more anxiety-giving, it was all smooth sails. The staff from both James who was our service rep down to the landscaping team were all professional, organized and knowledgeable about their craft and business. Our turf came out spectacular just how the images show cased and the material detail provided. I plan on giving our front yard a revamp as well maybe in the next year or so, we will definitely be recommending and going back to EPAGS.

(El Paso Artificial Grass Supply) As Homeowners for over 40 years here in El Paso, it has been a huge issue for my wife and I to find good reliable companies that offer good materials & workmanship when upgrading or remodeling any segment of our home. I had a great experience with this company. I can only speak to the customer service, prices and most importantly the honesty. James came out to my home a couple days ago and talked to me about some options for my backyard. He brought a tool that gave PRECISE measurements of my yard that was on average, 250 square feet less than what other business quoted me. I had one more estimate the next day so to ensure I was doing my due diligence I could not commit. That was a HUGE mistake. I got called into work the morning of my appointment so I had my wife take it. She was pressured into a sale and gave a down payment to another company. Not her fault at all. I had notes on all estimates and upon getting the last estimate, we were going to discuss them and make the most rational option for our budget. However, where I work, I couldn t have my cell phone. The sales rep came in with a high pressure technique and she committed to the down payment. James was not a salesman. He gave me honest information and an honest price. While I didn t go with him, I truly wish I had. And will absolutely recommend him to my neighbors and friends in El Paso. If you re getting quotes for turf installation you know it s not a cheap decision to make but I will 1,000% recommend you take the time to discuss your options with him. Not high pressure, completely honest and my first impression was that this is a great company and I truly feel I missed out by not doing business with him.
