Completed the job as described, even pulled out a running root that was exposed, cleaned up the whole yard and left everything clean and orderly. Well worth it. Having them come back in the winter to trim and shape a pecan tree. Hire his service, they know what they are doing.

We had 2 trees to be removed, one quite large and a smaller one. Daniels sent 3 men. They were very efficient, obviously had all the right equipment, disposed of all the wood and branches, and cleaned up so well, you couldnt even tell they were here. And they did it in just a few hours even though it was a big job!

My mother was having issues with her sprinkler, it would not turn on. She called Daniel that she used a couple times in the past. When they came to look at her sprinkler monitor, they said it needed to be replaced. She got a quote from just one company ( big mistake ), and had the unit replaced. I could buy the same Rain Bird system from Amazon for 150$. Daniel s charged her 900$ for the unit and installation. They were at her house for 2 hours installing. The receipt shows no breakdown in costs, just total price. The worst part is when they programmed it to run, they set it to run for 3.5 HOURS per night EVERY NIGHT. Her water bill sky skyrocketed to almost 600$ in March. She begged us for help to see what the problem was, even the El Paso water utilities flagged her house for a possible underground water leak. Living on a small, fixed income this is a huge blow to her finances. We are fearing that next month s water bill will be about the same. I had to drive 1200 miles to calm her down and to see what the issue was with her water bill and to meet with a leak detection specialist from the Water Utilities. After Daniel s programed the sprinkler system, it was using over 45,000 gallons of water per month, and it ran every day. WTH. This was more water than the previous 5 months combined. Does Daniel not understand that El Paso people have certain water days. Did they not flow test the system to see how much water it is using. After I reprogrammed the system correctly, it now runs 45 minutes per night, 3 days a week, on the correct water days for her address. This cut her water consumption by 80%.

Daniel and his crew did a great job with removing a dying tree on our property. He is very knowledgeable, methodical, and does his work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him, and will call on him again.

We called Daniel s Tree & Landscaping Inc. last week to schedule an estimate for tree removal/trimming/stump grinding. We were scheduled to have someone come out on Saturday April 20th between 2-4. We moved appointments around so that we could be home. At 4:30pm on Saturday, after no one showed up, we called the company and were told they would be at our home between 5-6pm 7pm rolled and still no one showed up. No one has the time to wait around for companies that aren t going to show up when they say they are. Stay away from this company unless you have nothing better to do with your time. A courtesy call to reschedule would have been appreciated.

I would give more stars if I could. Mr. Ruelas and his crew were professional and friendly. Their work was outstanding. I had a huge tree trimmed, a tall palm tree trimmed and a lot of Sago Palms removed. After they had finished, you couldnt tell anything was there before. They completely removed the yard trimmings and cleaned up everything. Awesome work! I will use them for future landscaping needs and reccomend them to anyone looking for great landscaping. Daniel and his crew are very professional. They show up when they say they are. They work quickly and leave the job site very clean. Good response taking care of my tree. This tree was becoming a hazard and needed to be taken out. I called Daniels Tree and Landscaping Co. and he quickly responded viewed my situation and suggested a solution that I liked. He did a removal and cleaned up leaving the property nicer then when he started. He is very honest and wants to leave the customer pleased. We previously had him remove a large mulberry tree from our yard he was careful and professional. This time he removed a large pine tree (40) from our front yard. Again he was professional and careful. He kept us informed of any changes. He had the delay 1 day due to high winds. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

We had to 50 year-old, cypress trees removed. No telling how tall they were. We have no easements because our homes are attached to one another. Debris had to be disposed by going through my house! They arrived with a chipper and they stayed until late afternoon These guys were professional. They paid attention to personal safety, and care was taken for, not only my property, but that of my neighbors. Tarps were placed on my floors to protect the wood as they came through with equipment and branches. When they left, there was no sign they had been there They even removed debris that fell in the neighbors yard. I would definitely use again. Prices reasonable.

We have used Daniel s Tree and Landscape service for several years in pruning our large mesquite trees. They have provided excellent service. They shape our trees so well. In addition, they ensure limbs are not endangering utility lines and are not at risk of cracking from winds. In addition, their cleanup is exceptional. We recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Hired in Jan 2022. Tree is now dead from the top after I hired for pruning. Over priced and under sold. Cuts not done at an angle. Cuts not sealed. No additional features offered: deep root treatment, fertilization, bug treatment. I have a mulberry tree...all services should have been offered. Company claims to be expert, deeply failed on that marketing. Find another company.

I had a nightmare Chinese Elm that was growing behind a wall that protected my koi pond pump. The tree was destroying the wall, so I called Daniel s Tree Service and they saved the day. Using my neighbor s yard to remove the limbs, they managed to cut the entire tree down and remove all the limbs in very short time. I highly recommend this tree service.

Daniel and his crew removed a large tree. He was on time, had plenty of crew, had the exact amount of equipment and tools for the large job. I needed a new sprinkler system in my front yard. Daniel did an excellent job getting water to 23 Cypress trees among many other plants. He was on time and did the job in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems. This is the second time I have used him; the first time was for a repair.

I called to have them remove a 3-storyish tall (dead) pine and a short palm tree and am very happy with their work. Not only was it a great price, but the work was fantastic. Looks like there was never a tree! Also super easy to book and just overall a great and easy experience. Im super happy and would definitely recommend them!

They did an amazing job on both our front and back yard landscaping. Had some of our older trees trimmed as well as our bushes which gave them more of a shape. Makes the home look new again.

Experienced great service

I was supposed to get an estimate today, so I canceled all afternoon appointments as thats when someone (Daniel?) was to show up. Well, no one called or came over to give an estimate. I waited for a phone call...considered calling them...but decided against it so as to get an idea of this companys work ethic. It appears they have none.
