Very professional and personable, with great pricing! Got a run down of what was going to be done and it was quick, but thorough.
Had a bat issue at my residence. Owner said he had a special way to get rid of bats. Comes over and makes me pay him 800.00 dollars before doing anything. Come to find out all he did was hang a shop light over the nest for 3 days and stated this would get rid of them. Needless to say it didn’t work. Advised owner the bats where now inside the house, he stated he would leave the shop light a few extra days for no extra charge LOL! Needless to say his shop light did not work!! Owner advised he had a special spray coming in to spray the eves as a deterrent to compensate the 800 dollars I paid to hang a SHOP LIGHT on my eves! This was August of 2023 and I am still waiting for a reply from him!
Pro-tech has been to my property a few times this year and I have to say they are one of the best businesses I've ever dealt with. Jerry is always just a text message away. He is attentive, polite, and very professional. They are willing to work around their customers schedule. I had my house sprayed for pest control and it seemed to work great. We didn't have any issues after that. They also sprayed and pulled the weeds in my front and back yard. All the weeds were pulled, they cleaned up after themselves and left my property clean and tidy. I have already recommended this company to friends and would encourage anyone who is looking for great work at a reasonable price to stop here. Thank you!
I feel fortunate to have found this company to take care of my front and back yard needs. After having been gone for 2 years, the yards were a mess and in desperate need of some TLC and MAJOR clean up, including tree removal! Jerry returned my phone calls within the hour, was in constant contact with me throughout the job, addressed all of my concerns in a timely and professional manner, he listened to me and was helpful with suggestions on how best to move forward with my project. My yard looks amazing now and the work was reasonably priced! I’m so completely satisfied with the job he did that I have hired him for all of my lawn maintenance needs moving forward. Pro-Tech Pest and Lawn Management is THE BEST lawn management service I have EVER worked with. We moved into our home, which had been on the market throughout the winter. Without being cared for, the grass, plants, and vegetation were mostly dead. We promptly called Jerry, who was at our house within one hour. We ran through some ideas together and decided to lay turf and redo the flower beds. The next day, Jerry and his team arrived at 7 AM sharp and went to work. Within days, the yard was completed rejuvenated with beautiful turf and a fresh, new look. The Pro-Tech team are reliable, hard-working, and professional. Not only that, I am confident they offer THE BEST prices in town. I would recommend Pro-Tech to anyone who wants quality work at the best price. Very friendly and professional people here. Highly recommended for their services, I originally sought their services for my garden wedding all the way out here in San Elizario. Jerry was super helpful and generous taking care of our bug issues. I have been so pleased with their work I went ahead and contacted them once again, this time for a basic pest control at my new house my wife and I just moved into (Eastlake area). In our location, we're exposed to many creepy crawlers, but hiring Pro-tech gave us peace of mind.

Pro-Tech has been nothing but great for my home. Not only is Jerry one of the more personal owners to deal with but you can tell he knows his stuff. From his lawn management to pest control you know you will be in good hands when talking to Jerry. His staff is also very personable and do an excellent job. I originally hired Pro-Tech to take care of a large pigeon infestation on my roof. They handled this professionally and have had 0 problems since hiring Jerry and Pro-Tech. Service: Weed Control. Doesnt stick to schedule and provides no updates. Promises free services for being late. Never follows up. Not worth the hassle.

Unreliable. Owner does not keep his time frame given. Used them in the past where owner ran late, but discounted price due to inconvenience. Recently tried to give them another chance, but ran into the same issue.
Great experience working with Jerry. He was quick and professional and at a completely reasonable price. Highly respectful of my time, he was on time, quick, and in a normally rare move respected a sign on our door that asks people not to knock due to a sleeping baby and multiple dogs. You d be surprised how often that is ignored. Highly recommend this service!
This guy is the worst. Does not keep his word. He told us he was coming to take care of our lawn, He never did. Not responsible and definitely not reliable. If I could I would give him 0 stars but I cant.
