I called to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Day of service, they were a no call no show. I attempted to call to see what happened. I was told they were running behind schedule and I would receive a phone call soon. I never received the call. Im very disappointed.

I am mostly satisfied with your service and personnel BUT there has la been a few times when I was somewhat irritated by your scheduling you have the potential of being the best landscaping company in El Paso you just need to trim those inefficiencies.

Delta is the best! It s locally owned and they truly help their customers. I had difficulty with the sprinkler heads and they were able to come out that day and fix them. Due to the freezing temperatures this week my backfill device froze. Mr. Pinney came out (he was headed to the west side and turned to come to the east side) to help me out. Not only did he tell me what I needed he also showed my how to winterize my system for next year. This company goes above and beyond to give the best service to their customers. My father used them for years and I will always use them. Delta is highly recommended and may God always bless them.

I have been with Delta for many years now (for pest control) and their customer service has declined significantly. I reached out to request a quote for tree trimming. After a couple of follow ups someone finally called back and left me a voicemail. When I called back, I was advised that he was in a meeting and he would be calling me back. Later in the afternoon I called again and was told he was still in a meeting but he would call back. This was a week ago and still no call back. I ended callIng a different company and they gave me a quote the same day and was able to schedule the service.

Always low staff bad management

I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service provided by this company for my home. Their pest control and weed control services effectively addressed my scorpion issue and eliminated the weeds. The staff demonstrated great accommodation, particularly when I reached out on a short notice. Furthermore, the technicians were exceptionally polite and punctual, a refreshing change from my past experiences with unreliable companies.

They are by far the least expensive option but they are also the lowest quality of work company out there. We hired them for our facility maintenance and they would just come and blow everything to the streets. Wouldn t pick up anything, we had notified them to charge us more to provide more efficient labor, but the managing staff was just all over the place and so were their employees. Very poorly managed company.

This business used to be top notch. That is no longer the case. They treat their customers poorly and take them for granted. They are no longer the professional company of previous years. They simply dont care anymore about their customers. Hard to get estimates, hang ups on customers, missing appointments. Look elsewhere for lawn care.

Delta proved their quality when they successfully controlled a pest problem I have been dealing with for years despite having another local pest control company treat my property. Delta has been so accommodating, I even added ground maintenance services for my property! PS I love the new billing system, I can see what I owe and even change my payment method.

We have used this family owned business for about 3 years now, and they have never let us down, I used to struggle with pest for many years!! Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service! Did I mention there new billing system! Wonders! Thank you delta for your hard work and dedication.

Update 11 28 2023 I have discontinued service with this company after over 25 years of service. For the 4rd time this year they failed to provide the servic agreed to.Though was billed even after making the complaint! My backyard was not cleaned up. Previously excuses were the dogs were out. My dogs are NEVER in the yard when they come for service, as they are locked in a 6 run kennel. Excuse, the gates are locked. We do not have locks on our gates. Again today, excuse, no one was home. Really, that did not stop you from doing my lawn 2 weeks ago when I wasnt home. Just plain poor service. This company was once a great service before the untimely death of owner John (RIP). Now the issue is getting billed for service in timely manner. Getting invoices 3 months after service is unacceptable.

I would love to give local run businesses our money, but how can I, when the company provides this type of service. First and foremost, I just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire Delta Pest Control and Lawn Service team, but especially Ms. Bertha, the Technicians Facundo and Rodrigo as well as Ms. Marie for their wonderful assistance and service. I utilized their services for a leak I noticed in my front landscaping area and was lucky enough to have them come out very shortly thereafter [the next day actually!] Ms. Bertha was able to walk me through the process of the sprinkler system inspection and was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to assist me with every question I had which was very much appreciated. Today Mr. Facundo and Rodrigo [the technicians] came out to do the inspection and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They too took the time to address any concerns and questions I had about the leak and sprinkler check. I did have a leak and they were able to fix it on the spot in a very short amount of time. They were in and out in approximately 20min and I think the longest part was me asking questions and them ensuring to take the time to inform me of what was going on and putting my mind at ease with the process. Delta is amazing. About 6 years ago, they took out a dead tree, ground the stump, and filled the hole. Our backyard looked so much better. Since then, we had another landscaping company install a sprinkler system and sod. The sprinkler system left parts of our yard under-watered and caused blight. It looked terrible. Delta came to the rescue and fixed our sprinkler system, and now our yard is beautiful! They also fertilize our lawn, prune our trees, trim our shrubs, and kill our weeds. I can t praise Delta enough for all that they ve done to make our yard the perfect place for our kids to run around!

We appreciate Delta Pest Control responding to our plea of help with some flying critters. We tried contacting different pest control companies but Delta was the only one that responded. They came out and took care of the problem. Their technician was very informative and professional. Thank you Delta for the great service!

I have been trying to get these people to work on my weed control for 2 weeks. I have called them at least 2 or 3 times a week I have sent pictures of my lawn as they requested and they have not been able to provide an estimate. I have told them as long as they dont charge me more than $500.00 just to tell me when they can be here. I think that they are discriminating against me because I am not young and they only provide services to younger women and think that I cannot pay for the service. I have begged them for help and they just ignore me. But Ransom and Chemlawn have done the same.

This is the second time I ve received no response from this company. The first time was over a year ago when we moved the first time, but at this point those details are pointless. This year the SAME thing happened. I took a bunch of quality photos and emailed them to the company. Finally got a response on a Monday that the photos were received and they would have a quote for me in 2 days. Wednesday comes and passes and no word from the company. Thursday I call them and ask if a quote had been established. They said no and would call me as soon as they had one. Still no response. This was over a week and a half ago. Never have I had SUCH DIFFICULTY with just getting a quote from a company. Anyone looking to hire them for service is better off taking your business elsewhere.

I called Delta to treat for some yellow spots on my lawn and they came and treated it and came back like a champ. Highly recommend them if you want to have your lawn taken care of, they did a good job from start to finish.

I have used their services going on a year not including my other relatives that I have referred to and I have not had any issues with weeds or infestation while all working within my BUDGET!! My sisters house suffered through ticks and roach infestation and within a week the problem went away! Delta pest control is by far the best. We have 2 acres and our horses were getting attacked by mosquitos and we called the team at Delta and they came out and sprayed for us and within hours the mosquitos subsided. After a very bad experience with another company, I was so happy to find Delta. Called for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment and no one returned calls. Called again today and was pushed off till next monday. There work does not look the best anyway. Too many landscape companies in El Paso. Will not try this 6th rate company again. Lets see what kind of cover up responce they post after this review.

They installed our grass and landscaping with such detail and within the timeframe they discussed at the start of the project. They came out to do and estimate of my yard. Then told me they would have something within a day well 3 days later no phone call no nothing. I called the office and they are like we still working on it can we call you back this happened 3/4 times. If there service is like there commitment then I am probably better off without them. If you enjoy calling multiple times, getting no return calls, then this is the place for you. Used to be great to deal with...last few months I have had nothing but unkept deadlines, and non returned phone calls. Started with testing on our backflow for our business, repeatedly had to call to get the results. To the point where water department came out to turn off our water. Then called many times to get them to come out and cut palm trees at my home, never bother to return phone calls. Lesson learned!! Will find someone else for future needs.

Delta repaired my sprinkler system this summer and they did a spectacular job fixing our broken pipes and replacing our old valves. They are very professional and some of the kindest people I have ever spoken with. They work with our schedule and stay in communication with me and my husband. Appreciate them and their hard work. I have using Delta for about a year. I got tired of the unlicensed yard maintenance people, too unreliable and unpredictable. Delta is very professional and they never skimp on their service. They take as long as necessary to get everything done right. They leave my yard spotless, very clean. The crew is always polite and will answer any questions I may have for them.

What happened?! I had a FANTASTIC experience with this company in 2017 when I needed tree trimming service. Two years later it has been a nightmare dealing with them. I get told someone will call me back in half an hour or by the end of the day and it never happens. Ive been trying to get on the schedule since September its now December... Why am I working so hard to be a repeat customer? Im giving up and moving on to another company. I just wish they would have told me back in September they didnt need or want my business. We could have saved each other a lot of time and trouble.

I needed some irrigation repair and it took 4 appointments to get the job done, the scheduling department needs improvement. The only good thing about this was the customer service provided from Mr Pinney. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I hired delta to remove a 25 ft palm tree and a 20 ft pine tree. Staff was very professional. They handled the job with no problem and had all cleaned up in no time. I was so pleased with the work that I hired them to do mosquito control service. Once again they were on time and work was done exceptionally well. I would highly recommend!!!

I wasnt going to bother with a review, but this company has some serious problems. I used them for pest control to kill the black widows and ants on my property. I waited a few weeks after they sprayed to give it some time, but neither the ants or black widows died. I went to Home Depot and bought some Orkin and the day after I sprayed I had 15 dead black widows in my yard. So this service was a total waste of money. Additionally, something got screwed up with the billing and they werent able to accept my payment the day they came out. The problem is, they never sent me a bill. Ever. I completely forgot all about it until today. They called asking me for payment for a service that occurred 15 months ago! I never once got a bill or a late notice. A company that is that bad at accounting is not one Id trust with my money.

These guys are really awesome when it comes their actual service weed control and landscaping. Id give them a 5 star on that. However, their scheduling and accounting departments are very disorganized. Ive had to remind them over and over to send invoices. Today they called asking if I wanted to set up a payment plan for my overdue invoice. Making it seem as if I couldnt afford their service and needed a payment plan??? Silly. I dont want a payment plan I just want them to send me an invoice so I can actually pay for the service. Theyve also called me asking about a 5 month overdue invoice in a very rude manner. Then I find out its because they forgot to send me the invoice in the first place. We have also had trouble scheduling services with Delta in the past. My recommendation is to use their service but have the understanding that they are very very disorganized operationally.

Delta Lawn Service did a fabulous job on our front and back yard! They were extremely knowledgeable about the various trees, shrubs, plants, and foliage planted. Between the scheduled estimate and the scheduled lawn service itself, the staff didnt hesitate to contact me by phone to schedule the next step. The price was really reasonable and they got started as soon as they arrived to our home. The Delta crew was really nice and extremely professional. They made sure not to uproot anything to allow us to grow our flower & plant bed. Following the 3-hour job, their lead came by the house to do a final inspection to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. They all gave helpful suggestions as to the upkeep of our yard. I plan to have them come back for Pest Control. The front yard is now really clean and well manicured and we can finally sit in our back yard, have company over, and enjoy the landscaped yard! Watch out with these people, they send out a driver without an appointment and will charge you for the gas, I was charged $60!! I called to get a refund and the guy in the office argued with me and said he had to charge me because the driver came out to my house, very unprofessional and unethical! Once they have your credit card number you can be sure they will charge you. I give this company a zero!

I called Delta to do a full yard overhaul. I was very happy with the end result. They even hauled away the trash. I highly recommend this business!

The worst customer service I have ever received. They are rude and are not true to their word. Dont waste your time! I booked an appointment and they said they would text me when they were 30 minutes out. Well they never showed up. I left work early, and was at home by my phone. When I called this morning, the manager had the worst attitude and proceeded to pretty much call me a liar. Supposedly they called me five times and left voicemails. First of all, how about you actually show up! Secondly, you said you would text! Lastly, no one ever called me, or left a voicemail.

They look and act professional which goes with their price, but my sprinkler system has had to be worked on at least 5 times, in two years and they are terrible at following up unless you hound them.
