If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with TruGreen. I saw no improvement in my lawn. So I requested to discuss the issue and see what other steps could be taken to improve the lawn. I was told the tech was coming out today and that he would stop in and discuss my options. Not only did he not stop in to speak to me, he lied about it. On my receipt it says I knocked on your door, Im sorry I missed you..., but that is a flat out lie. I work from home and my office is 3 feet from the front door. I would have heard a knock. I called TruGreen about it and they didnt want to do anything. I could deal with less than desirable results if the company is honest and doesnt lie to me and could offer some sort of plan to fix it. But one thing I will not tolerate is being lied to. I asked for a supervisor to contact me, and the next day someone called but it sounded like another tech support person from another country, I could not even understand what she was saying. Very bad english. She did not want to help me at all either. Very disappointed with TruGreen and will not continue to do business with them.

The Trugreen service for grass and weed control really works. Nothing is more annoying than having your rock landscape full of weeds and rocks. It is a time consuming process to go through and pull out the weeds and grass. Fortunately, my family and I were in the process of clearing out the weeds and grass just prior to our first service. Now, there are no more weeds nor grass. The service comes at its assigned time and sprays the rocks and prevents the weeds or grass from ever forming which is a good thing as we are going through our rainy season and in the past, our rock section would be riddled with grass and weeds. Definitely worth the cost. The only trick is to make sure and clean out the intended area before they spray, otherwise, you will go from a yard full of live weeds and grass to a yard full of dead weeds and grass that still need to be cleared out. Also, we have them spray our brick pavers and slate walking path. In the past weeds and grass would grow between the cracks, not anymore. The green stain color will linger for about a week or two but eventually goes away completely. Even with rain there is no more grass or weeds in our rocks, pavers or slate walking path.

DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I signed up last year on a newly sodded lawn with Tiff Bermuda. I thought I was punching the easy button with TruGreen. Fast forward to this season and my lawn is completely overrun with grassy weeds, which are the hardest type to control. How did I get here you might ask? Every time I asked a technician hey what is this they would guess and tell me they would put something down to take care of it. I had 3 different technicians guess what the weed was and got 3 different answers. Needless to say, the grassy weeds (clumping fescue and poa annua come to find out) were never taken care of and this spring they have nearly completely crowded out my Bermuda. I have cancelled their services and received a partial refund. Save yourself the money and frustration and learn how yourself. How To With Doc is a great YouTube resource. For about half what I spent with TruGreen I have an entire years worth of PGF fertilizers, sold amendments, weed, and grub control. Sure, it s a little more work on my end but the job is done right and my family and I can enjoy our lawn. I am happy to say in the 2 months since I cancelled my lawn is well on its way back to healthy and weed free.

Great company. Good experience each time I have used them or the app. Postponed the first appointment to have the team/app automatically reschedule. Perfect timing, but if it wasnt, I could have set it up for a later date with the push of a button.

TruGreen, when I signed up told me their staff works until 6pm. I have pets and work till 430pm I called there customer service as directed by their sales man to have them leave a permanent not on my account that I could not be at my house until 5pm. I keep having them show up at 2pm, 10am and their staff acknowledges that there is a note saying not to show up until 5pm and they don t know why they schedules me for any other time. I m going to have to cancel my service with them without getting a single lawn treatment (more to follow)

Great job. Weeds have not come back since I started with Trugreen. I m impressed. The only thing I d like to mention is that some of the Greene did get on the side side of my home, but I m sure that wash or go away.

Jaime was on point. Arrived on time andì explained what was to be applied to my lawn. He went out of his way to help me open my broken gate. He was nice and personable.... A day later Salvador came to service my lawn with fertilizer. He was extremely knowledgeable about what a lawn needs. He just doesnt talk the basic. This man knows what is goin on. He is always on point. Salvadors professionalism is what Ive come to expect from you- True Green. Make this man a trainer not only on lawn care but mostly how to treat a customer.

Ive been with Tru Green for many years and have not had any problems with this company. They have been available every time I have had issues with my trees. Will not trust anyone else.

I got the initial airiation, sulfur solution and fertilizer. Helped grass turn green and start to get thicker. Then they come to fertilize once a month for a year.

Awful experience with a representative named Kevin. My mother called (who speaks Spanish) she asked if he did and he responded very sarcastically and aggressively that he speaks French. She then asked for a supervisor and he refused to get one on the line for her. He said she needed to call back. This is not the type of service we expected from true green. We have been loyal customers and should not have to deal with that type of disrespect. I m very disappointed in true green and this interaction.

Bad customer service. 2 years ago I had service cancelled cause they couldn t stick to the right dates of schedule service. I decided to give them another shot. Asked for services to only be done on Thursday or Friday. For the last three weeks I have been calling cause someone keeps on showing up on a different day. Today a technician called he was at my house ready to start my service. For those that don t know today is Tuesday. So if this is an indication of how the whole year is going to be. I decided to cancel everything. I don t need this stress every 6 weeks.

I ve had this service at my house for over 6 years. Before I moved to my current home I ve used Tru Green for over 10 years. Lately the customer service and the service itself has been terrible. You can t ever speak to an actual local person and the people I ve talked wrong really don t care about customer service or my yard. It s just a job where they can work from home . I don t want to cancel but I really need better service. They were at my house the other day and once again never went to the back yard. The only proof I have that they serviced the yard at all was a sign in the front yard. Nothing else! Please take better care of your customers ! The person I spoke to this morning to complain about my service was not even understandable and was on a speaker phone with a lot of background noise.

I expect a lot from Tru-Green at this time I am disappointed because after about 4 months my lawn is not what I was told it would be. Yellow in places, bald in other places the green in places, wait the green is weeds. I can speak to other not neat things but what good would it do. Just give it 2 to 4 weeks! I don t know how long that is on your calendar or maybe the Almighty s calendar.

We have the most incredible tech. Her name is Leeza. Our lawn looks beautiful. We had several techs before her, and they were a disappointment.

He was professional. He rang my doorbell first and that s huge to me. I ve had other true green guys come by and just got to work. I didn t know they were here till I heard them moving in the backyard and dogs were barking. So I really thank him for that consideration. If I get any service yard work door dash or whatever, if I don t get a ring of my door bell. Then that s an automatic bad review. My home is too big to hear a knock or just hearing someone at my front yard. I say all this to stress how valuable a simple door bell ring can satisfy the home owner.

No more mosquitoes, on time, in and out no trouble in inconvenience, this is the way to go

I ve been trying to contact TruGreen since Wednesday 11/15, one of their employees came and sprayed the green stuff all over my front and backyard without authorization, I didn t hire them. I have medical issues which includes chemicals sensitivity, also I have pets, I need that out of my lawn (rocks). I need to know what was sprayed and the MSD sheet

Excellent service for desert escaping. Albert, the technician, is professional and knowledgeable about all his products And takes pride in his service.

TruGreen uses good quality products, but the service is not the best: 1) I was told that I would be notified 24 hours before each service so that someone would be home to open the gate. Most of the time I received the notifications the night before (after working hours), which made it difficult for me to make arrangements to be home. 2) I tried using their website to reschedule the services. Even though they have a tab for that, I was able to use it only once. The other times, it was blocked. I couldnt use it again. 3) I requested many times for the service to be done every six weeks, but they kept scheduling every four weeks. 4) I pre paid for 8 applications. After the last application was done, someone came to my property to do another application. I wasnt home. The gate was closed, but the technician still claimed that he had done the application. I was charged for the service. Still waiting to receive the credit. I had no other choice but to cancel the service.

If you do not want to read, I will make it easy - I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude and unprofessional representatives! A representative with the number 970-590-64xx called me today to discuss a plan. When I asked if everything was paid overtime or upfront He explained that the money is taken upfront, and anything I don t like, they come repair, or I can cancel and get a refund on the remaining portion of funds. When I told him that I didn t feel comfortable paying for services I have not received, he further explained he could see where I may be concerned. When I continued that I was not comfortable, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional! I was going to ask for other payment options, but instead I received the phone hung up in my face. Let me be clear, TRUGREEN, DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE OF YOUR REPS CALL ME! I will gladly take my business elsewhere. You want me to pay almost $500, for a job you haven t started? What sense does that make? Please save yourself the headache and find another company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Got rid of all my weeds

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Short of filing a police report I do not know what else to do. I have been calling since 12/8/21 and told each time that the local supervisor in El Paso will call me within 24 -48 hours. They come to the home unannounced when nobody is home then send an email saying they completed service. The service is actually incomplete because it is the backyard we need done but because nobody is home they spray the front yard and debit our account!! I finally obtained the cell number for one service person who text he was on the way to our home and was able to tell him to stop, as I did not authorize service. Today I opened up my email and again an email indicating they were on their way and two hours later another email to indicate they completed lawn service but I am not home to authorize anything! They have done this on 12/8, 1/31, 3/17 and again today! Not sure if making a police report for coming onto our property unauthorized would help or not.

My grass looks awful. I ve had them for about four years and I m going to have to cancel. Paid for aeration s that were never performed called multiple times, said they would have someone come out, but they cancelled three times I also have tons of yellow patches all over my yard. It s not worth it.

El Paso branch is not knowledgeable in lawns. Attempted to ask questions in regards to our new sod instead we were told our grass was going to die. He was also very dismissive to my wife. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have tried over and over for 4 years no change in El Paso.

I recently purchased a full year subscription which when I did that they explained j would have aeration as part of service I asked if they needed to see lawn before bidding job they said no and they would go over details on first visit after first visit as I thought their worker said yard needed to be aerated but when he looked to book it it wasnt part of my package I then contacted office lady said they would take care of it complimentary for miss communication I waiting 3 days to then follow up with a call for them to say no they would nit honor complimentary aeration that they needed to charge me I then canceled mosquito control to try and use credit for year on aeration I come to find out they charged me both they then set apointment for Friday no cal no show I called back again Monday and they then said my apointment was a week later I asked to talk to supervisor still three days later I still have not been contacted hobble customer service and after 1 treatment my yard now has weeds which it didnt have before totally disappointed I wouldnt recommend them at all

What an awesome service Ray Wills is the absolute best!!!!

We contacted Trugreen to help with our severe weed and mosquito problem. I paid for the year and will be calling to attempt to get a refund. Do NOT use Trugreen it is a total SCAM. They assured us our weeds would be taken care of and mosquitos controlled. But what they don t tell you is all they do is spray chemicals! No pulling weeds no seeding nothing. Totally not the service we paid for. Save your money and hire a local lawn professional.

They are notorious for hit and run. Weed control is the most lame service they provide. I am very disappointed with the value of service they provide. I would not recommend anyone else consider spending their money for services rendered.

The technician from TruGreen came out yesterday to spray my yard for weeds. Outstanding job done. He/she took time to cover every square inch of the yard, and also sprayed along the cracks in the concrete of my driveway. It was the most complete job I have experienced from TruGreen. I wish I knew the techs name so I could list it! Excellent work!

They do the bare minimum. I have a 1000 sq foot yard and it takes them 5 minutes from the time they arrive to the time they are done to spray my huge back yard, side yards, and front.

Costumer service sucks! Called to cancel due to the service not being effective, however they scheduled me an appointment to evaluated the home and the weed problem and they never showed up! I called and tried to finalized my service and they never did! Called once again and they have no notes on their end! They called me again and I called back to see what was going on and they still don t have any notes as why they reached out to me.

Waste of time ripoff to put it lightly. Got called on a Tuesday that I had excessive weeds which I did in my front yard. Do I agreed to the service had them come out twice and neither time did the weeds in the front of my house get addressed I got out there pulled them and sprayed them much cheaper and not having to worry about getting billed for bothering getting done.

They never answer the phone and wont return messages. I still have questions about my service!

The service itself is good, but if you need to call customer service good luck. I had to call four times to get my account in order and had to spend 2 hours on hold or chat online for an hour every time. Good product backed by horrible customer service, make sure you get the name of the rep and confirmation number or the conversation never happened.

Told me they could over seed my lawn. When the guy came out to my house he told me they dont do over seeding. I tried to get in contact to cancel service. No one will call u back or they tell you to hold for like an hour. But they were quick to take my money. I Disputed the charge with my credit card company they refunded it back. Now trugreen charged me again had to cancel my card. It was an Unauthorized charge.

Its worst service communicated ever!! We have called to have service for fertilize and kill weeds. No exactly time to come. We have tried to called reschedule service but have to waited so long and then they still come to service at my backyard with nobody home just come to the backyard by the side of the house with my all 3 dogs at the backyard!! and leave the noted that they can service just fertilized but cant do kill weed because of the dogs. So the second time is the same thing, cant tell exactly time of the service. We have to standby at home all day because we dont want to miss the service again. You guys used to do great job since 2016 and what happened now??

I was shopping around for Mosquito control in my area. Initially the representative told me that their mosquito treatment not only treated mosquitos but other insects as well including ticks. Well short story I didnt initially get the service but was given a great price for a years treatment. Come to find out the tech comes out to my house and says that I dont have enough trees, plants etc to warrant a spray as they only spray the vegetation and not the house or boundaries. Well took several calls and being on hold for over 20 to 30 minutes to finally get someone to tell me they would only do 5 applications in one year June 2021 to June 2022, and thats what I had gotten. So i could spread my 5 applications in 12 months. NOT what I had signed up for thats pointless. Try it yourself call for a new service SOMONE Will answer promptly... then call and try the option of existing customer with ISSUE, you will see how long you have to wait. In the end I cancelled the service, if this is what I can expect going forward no thank you! SHADDY and deceptive practice.

Had to talk to five customer service personnel, because it seemed non of them knew what they were talking about!! The last one told me they didn t sell the service I needed for my yard when in fact they had just provided the service less than a year ago. The crazy part is that the second person I talked to actually was in the process of charging me for a service that I wanted but she hung up on me. Trugreen you have a good product, but your call centers are trash. Get rid of them and you will see your sales grow!

This week requested service as weeds are out of control. My wife called on Monday to get service and the call center said they would be here Wednesday. No show on Wednesday, we called back and Trugreen said there was a correction, that they would be here on Wednesday through Friday. Its Friday August 20, 2021 3 PM and no show. Called again, and they said they have us scheduled for tomorrow Saturday 8/21/2021. Looking at the True Green website for El Paso, TX and they are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

TruGreen having numerous problems in our area. 1. Spraying wrong yard. 2. Unable to price consistently. 3. Sending wrong type of truck and crew for required service. Get price quotes in WRITING.

Hello, I am very upset with the service we were not provided today. We were to have our first treatment today 4.20.20. We were to have front, back, and side yard to be treated. I was home all day right by the front door because I have several packages and TruGreen to come by today. I called my husband multiple times to check and see if they were still coming since I had several things I needed to remove from the backyard for a rockwall replastering job that is going to be done but I didnt want to miss TruGreen. So I was going to wait to move stuff so I can make sure I can get the guy in by unlocking the gates.I had both gates locked and I have 3 dogs. Come 3pm and apparently the guy said on the receipt he was practicing social distancing on the sheet so he didnt ring the door bell. So I was unable to see him by the door, the dogs didnt bark, the gates were still locked and all the times I opened the door to receive my packages, I never saw him and some how you were able to treat the yards?! My husband is more forgiving than I am so he is giving them a second chance to make it right but the way I see it is if you are lying to a customer the first time, the trust is broken. Now I have to stay home another day and sit by the door again to make sure they do what they said and are paid to do. I could be taking care of my patients who need help during this crisis but instead, have to babysit a company? Front door camera doesnt show anyone coming or going around the yard either. If things are not right, I will have to let them go and I will definitely record a review and post it on my gardening group, which it the biggest one in El Paso on the poor quality and integrity of their company. I really hope they come through. But as of right now, today, I am Very Very Very upset. Now I have to move all that stuff and get ready for the rockwall job in the heat. Another review to follow on Friday when they are supposed to show up. Lets see if they will call ahead to confirm the appointment this time. We will see.

You cant even get these people to show up for the first service! Horrible! And Samuel? Good luck with him. If you cant do what the company advertises, then dont work there. After 5 attempts, I give up. They act as if you want something for free. It surely is not. Take your money elsewhere.

I am super upset with their recent service in my area. 3 times the tech said he came by but couldnt perform the service because my dogs were outside. Not true any of the times. I have cameras on my property and he didnt even bother to drive by any of the times. So after the 3rd time I cancelled. They called me again, apologized, said they would send someone else and it would be a free service. Okay. It happens again, same tech, but they reschedule. Finally a different tech comes by, gets the free service done, except I get charged for it. I call again and tell them Im not interested in anything. They schedule another supposedly free service? I call back tell them NO, stay off my property, I dont want them coming by. They cancel. 1 week later, guy shows up (this time no text notification) comes into my backyard. My dogs were out since I had no idea anyone was coming AGAIN. Guy leaves my gates open & knocks one entirely down????? (I have 2 gates set up to keep dogs safe distance away from street gate). At least close my gates so my dogs dont get out? All this after I had called AT LEAST 5 times to tell them I DO NOT WANT THEM COMING TO MY HOUSE. At this point Im just going to call the cops????? I MEAN, WHAT THE HELL. This is straight up harassment. And if my dogs had gotten out, there would be hell to pay, for sure. Thankfully my dogs arent interested in running out of the house.... But seriously? STOP HARASSING ME. STOP COMING TO MY HOUSE. AND IF YOU EVER GO INTO SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE WHERE THEY HAVE ANIMALS AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO CLOSE THE GATES SO THEY DONT GET OUT. Absolutely ridiculous....

Had a mosquito treatment scheduled today from 7 AM to 12PM and after 3 hours past that window, I called to inquire the status, and the answer I got was your service was passed by today but if you want we can reschedule 7days from today This is not acceptable. Good by Trugreen

Didnt do good in my yard

In June of this year I prepaid for a years service for fertilization and weed control. The one and only service I have received so far was on June 19th. My understanding of the written contract we entered was True Green was to provide 8 services every 4-6 months. Apparently, their understanding of the contract was to only provide me the initial service then enjoy the $815 interest free loan courtesy of yours truly. I have contacted their customer service representatives (not local) at least 5 times plus the El Paso office twice including their manager. Every time I contacted them I was told my lawn would be serviced at their next available opening, but that never happened. Apparently, there must be a high concentration of COVID floating around El Paso/Las Cruces lawns preventing them frombeing serviced...weird. We are now going on 8 weeks since my last service and my lawn has suffered due to lack of nutrition and now I have a nut sedge infestation due to zero weed control. I dont know if New Mexico residents are at the bottom of the list due to the distance from the El Paso servicing office, but from the other reviews it appears everyone is being ignored. If you are familiar with the monsoon season here you know there is a limited window to take full advantage of the precipitation of which True Green totally dropped the ball. I left an abundance of feedback directly to the company (at least 7 calls) before leaving a public review to give True Green an opportunity to resolve the issue, but here we are. If any other business was run like this it would be belly up within a year...which may very well be the case for this office if their Memphis headquarters caught wind of how this office is being run. I do not recommend True Green and I definitely do not recommend paying up front as it appears you move to the bottom of the list. I am currently looking into reaching out to the New Mexico & Texas Consumer Protections Office to report this behavior and seeing about recouping the remainder (if not all) of the money I paid upfront in good faith. If you are considering using this business please read all the reviews as there seems to be a common thread throughout. Update: I cancelled my service a week ago and just today I received two calls from different representatives trying to sell services. Its over TrueGreen, were done, get over it. I contacted customer service and had them put me on a do not contact list, lets see how that works out. I swear I feel like getting away from a cult would be easier!

I used Tru Green for roughly 2 years. After I noticed that their products started to kill my grass/brown the lawn, I cancelled the service and paid my last bill. Unbeknownst to me, their service team continued to spray my lawn. I did not receive anymore bills after I cancelled service and I did not see their little handy dandy lawn flag that they used to leave after application. I sold my house and moved out of state about 3 months after I cancelled service and much to my surprise, I received a bill at my new address (forwarded mail). I contacted Tru Green and asked what this bill was for, I do not live there anymore and I cancelled service LONG ago. She stated that service was not cancelled!! I promptly RE-Cancelled service and paid the $60.95 bill as I didn t have the energy to argue my case to an uninterested teleworker. Lo and behold, I received a letter from a collection agency trying to collect the $60.95 that I ALREADY PAID! This business is unprofessional and their administrative practices are incompetent. I worked hard for 15 years to achieve this excellent credit and this bootleg company has put that in jeopardy. Not only is their product questionable (kills weeds AND grass), but they could not care less about ruining your credit. If you value your credit score, do not get sucked into a contract with these people. Better yet, avoid them altogether!

Inaccurate billing bordering on fraud and theft. Scheduled service not completed yet billed. Trugreen billing department non-responsive most of the time and rude. Police report completed for theft by deception.

Billing not local so when issues there is difficulty getting resolution with national billing line. Scheduled services often rescheduled. Little to no experience or expertise with Tall Fescue grass/lawn which does not go dormant- its a year-round grass. Tech constantly wanting to perform weed control instead of fertilizer. Tall fescue requires more fertilizer in lieu of weed control -especially in winter months.

I was so dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. They were not able to solve the weed issue and still no improvement in grass growth even with watering exactly as I was told. I more than doubled my water bill and wasted what I paid Trugreen, as there were no positive results to speak of. To make matters worse, I asked to not be contacted in any way ever again by this company due to poor service and worse results. In the YEARS since I terminated business with this company, I have contacted corporate and customer service as well as local management countless times to STOP all contact from them and yet I still receive marketing emails, calls and mail. They are unprofessional and I would pay to kill every plant in my neighborhood before I accepted free services from trugreen.

I ve only received the first treatment and it seems to be working.

I contracted this service for an especific treatment of my lawn, payed in advance. After a couple of applications I wasnt impressed with the service but I decided to let them finish all the applications. Before the last aplication I started to receive offers to renew, which I decided not to take. Months later I received a collection notice, when I called to inquire, because nowhere in the email I received when I first hired their service stated that after completed the contracted service I had to cancel, after all I paid for an especific amount of applications in advance. Now they are saying that they made additional applications that I didnt asked for in the first place.

Absolutely horrible customer service and I have not even been serviced yet. When you sign up everyone is very helpful, I was told it would be a couple of days, three days pass then I am told service would be the following day, I asked and was confirmed first run, following day comes and goes, no one calls, I call to see what is happened, I am told it is scheduled for following day. I ask what service I am receiving, they state it is a service I did not ask for, I ask to clarify, was told I should have Shield. Once again, I am told I will be first run, then I call following day and am told service block is 1 PM to 6 PM. To boot, I am told service is not Shield in system. Throughout the last couple of days, I have asked for corporate contact number and was given a fake number, I finally contacted corporate and they seem not to care either. No local manager has even tried to contact me to ease the confusion. If this is how I am treated and technically I am NOT a serviced customer yet, what kind of treatment will I get once I am serviced? Horrible! Should be no stars from this potential customer. Cancelled!

My lawn didnt turn green as i was told it was after four treatments and it still the same NO CHANGE!

I had been frustrated with my once beautiful lawn.i coul not find the right combination of items for treating my lawn, tru Green did. My lawn has recovered. I am glad I followed my cousins advice.

After my first weed control treatment all my roses were burned, I spoke with technician that came last week and told me that probably it was because the first person that did it went too close to the roses, but he is no longer working for TrueGreen. I was disappointing when the local rep in El Paso Texas called me and didnt care about it, his comments were that roses are too fragile. I told him that wasnt on planning to renew my contract next year and his answer was that it was OK.

Scheduled a service without calling me..had to let them know I would be away. Rescheduled and waited from 10 am til 5..no show. Called office. They sent the tech my number. No call back. No explanation. Will go with more reliable company.

I called to get information on how their service works, along with prices and everything. The gentleman I was talking to was very helpful, until I told him I was going to talk to my husband about it to see what he says, since the service isnt cheap and I would like his input to make a decision. Thats when he said Im out! and hung up on me. How rude and unprofessional!!! I will never recommend your services to anyone!

Worst company to deal with . They said the were coming and three times rescheduled and still never showed up! Then tried billing me and the manager never called me to explain why they never came .

Pleased!! We appreciate being alerted to when the service will be done. We also like the reviews our tech provides after finishing the service. Every time we have spoken, he is friendly, courteous, and very professional.

The experience is terrible. They are expensive, bad customer service, very un-flexible with their schedules. Do not trust them, it is a waste of your money. They charge me $145 for a service they did not complete and refuse to give me a refund.

Ive been using both their TruComplete lawn service for my back yard lawn and desertscape weed control service for my front desertscape for the past 4 months. I have had zero issues with weeds in my front yard desertscape (which has always been a huge problem), and my lawn is showing noticeable improvements over last season. Weeds and foreign grass in my lawn has almost completely been eliminated, and its looking green and healthy, with just a few trouble spots still lingering. I cant speak much to the customer service as Ive never meet the technicians, but the results have been good. I only rate 4 stars because I was promised a promotional rate for the first treatment on my lawn and desertscape, but was only given the promotional rate for the lawn service. When I called the sales rep to inquire he said he would make it right and give the promo rate on the second service, but that didnt happen either. Its not the end of the world (I think its a $10 discount), but you shouldnt offer if you cant deliver.

Was told the service was for 1 full year by team member when I signed up. After 8 months they started billing my account and ended up owing over $100. I paid over $600 and I still have milk weed. Total scam. Go with a local service who doesnt charge outrageous prices.

I received repeated calls from a TruGreen salesman who convinced me to try the service. I received the first application, but was stood up on repeated occasions after that. They made me wait at my house all day and did not receive a phone call that they would not be coming. I have made three calls and requested to speak with a supervisor and all my request have gone unanswered. Very disappointed with the service and the customer care. I feel I spent my money on the first application for them not to have the courtesy to continue with what they promised.

My lawn is looking good thanks to Trugreen! I had a few weeds popping up but they treated for them this last time The lawn care specialist really took his time and did a great job.

The appearance of my lawn is getting better with.each application. Barney Blair is a great specialist to have. Very friendly and professional. He is very thorough in doing his job.

I stayed with tru green solely on the condition of getting my technician Tim. He knows my lawn how to treat it and gives exceptional service. Professional yet friendly and approachable.

Tee guys from Trugreen do a wonderful job on my lawn! I have lived here for 17 years and my yard has never looked this good ! They are very professional and if I have any questions they so nice to explain what I am asking. My mowing crew says that it is so much easier to mow since I have started with Trugreen. The expence is well worth the pleasure of looking out at my pretty yard! Trugreen services several lawns on my street and you can certainly tell by looking which ones they are!!

I have been a customer with Trugreen for about 9 yrs. and have always been extremely satisfied with the results a beautiful green lawn with no weeds. I have found all the techs to be very professional and courteous. I especially appreciate the advance notice given as to when they will be out as I have a gated backyard.

I very pleased with the vigor and color oft grass. The grass has nearly covered some bare spots I have. The grass is getting thicker and thicker. My service representative has been especially helpful in explaining what he is putting on my lawn

The TruGreen specialists that have visited our yard have been polite and friendly. They get the job done quietly and quickly. Our yard is overall greener and has fewer weeds than it did before we began treatment. We do continue to have a few weeds, mostly stubborn clover, and have had three bushes turn browner, with one apparently dying after having had our bushes treated one time by TruGreen. Not sure what happened, and just hope the other two bushes turn around and become healthier.

We called to have someone look at the Spidermites on our Evergreens that were eating away at them. They were supposed to come out to take care of it and never did and never called. They also told us they did not work on Sunday. When we called them back they said they called to say they were coming out on May 12. This happened to be Sunday. They also never called. They are supposed to call a day before. This never added up. If a company does not want to do the work and miss business they must not need it. I hope Corporate HQs doesnt feel the same.
