I've been using The Growing Concern for 38 years. Always excellent service and their attention to detail is so well appreciated.
Terrible customer service. Lawn looks awful and they assume zero responsibility. They couldn’t care less. They collect their monthly fees and don’t care if their recommendations are working. I have weeds, yellow spots, grass and trees are watered constantly and automatically. They told me I should see about replacing the soil and the sprinklers and that that might be the problem. Horrible service
I called to have my lawn looked at as it was really looking bad. Brett came and spoke to me to give the lawn a diagnosis. He was very personable and helpful. A few days later they came and fertilized. I followed their instructions about watering after the application and by the very next day the yard was looking so much better. Now my lawn is lush and green. Would highly recommend them. I also appreciate that this is a local El Paso owned and operated business, and I like to support local business as often as possible. I will definitely be using their lawn care services again.

My landscape is thriving Thanks to the knowledge and products they use. We live along a natural arroyo which presents it's own set of challenges. Highly recommend. Gardens and Landscape are an investment, dont scrimp on their care, hire Growing Concern.
If I could give them more stars I would. Jennifer, the horticulturalist gave me a lot of useful information over the phone. When they came out to investigate my plants they gave me even more. Even though they couldn't do anything for my boxwoods, the rep gave me tips on what I could do to try to save them as well as an issue with my grass. They didn't charge me at all and I highly recommend them and will use them myself in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. Richard is one of the rudest individuals you will ever meet. He lectures and threatens you while screaming at you. Avoid at all costs.
I called for an estimate and Veronica seemed like she had a horrible attitude for one simple question I had asked. I replied with a thank you and hung up immediately. Very unprofessional. No customer service. Negative Professionalism
Called, got transfered to another department, then explained my issue on a voice mail. A week later some one called me told me to send it some pictures by email. Never heard back.

I wanted someone to come look at my tree in regards to its condition and instead was lectured over the phone and accused of killing my own tree. The lady that helped me was very rude and had a nasty tone. I went to Sierra vista growers and they helped me out. Will not call here again.

They came out & were early, so I wasnt able to meet with them personally to go over our garden/yard concerns. But they left a written diagnosis which helped. Ive already referred them to a neighbor with a leaning tree problem. I plan to work with them in the near future.
The is the best business in town to take care of your tress, shrubs, and lawn. I had a fungus starting to kill off my Arizona Cypruss Trees. I tried to treat the trees myself and then by calling another company. Unfortunately that didnt work. So I called Growing Concern. Their horticulturalist came out and looked at my trees and knew right away how to treat the trees. One deep root treatment later and now my trees have never looked better. I definitely recommend Growing Concern for all of your vegetation care.
