Thankful we chose SYNLawn for our artificial turf after much research & visits to their booth, at several Home & Garden shows. We have always loved their presentations! The saying in our home was, "Well, if we decide to go with artificial turf, it has to be that lush "grass" from SYNLawn!" It had to look like real grass or we weren't interested. The owners are professional at the shows, during the home consultation and more importantly, during the work process. The crew of three, led by Tanner, showed up yesterday as previously scheduled, to install our turf. It was fun observing this hard working crew. All of them were perfectionists! They were organized, explained the details of each step of the job, they cleaned as they went along, keeping our new pool deck spotless and even packed up their tools & equipment in a very detailed way. Goodbye to brown & dying grass and hello to a beautiful, lush lawn that will be green forever! Thank you for doing a great job, being on time & giving us the lawn that we hoped for! Kevin and the SYNLawn team did an incredible job with our backyard. The customer service was exceptional from the consult to the finished product. Like any homeowner, I wanted my landscape experience to be painless. Kevin and David delivered! The initial process went smoothly and it continued during installation. The turf and rock landscape are immaculate! Tanner was very professional and easy to communicate with. They worked extremely hard to deliver a great product. Kevin and David came out to my house to do an estimate. They were extremely knowledgeable and creative on helping with the design of our outdoor living space. Synlawn offers a one of a kind synthetic turf composed of plant based materials that are harvested and manufactured here in the U.S.A.! Wanted to thank SYNLAWN for the putting green and practice area they installed in our back yard. 8 holes to putt to and 25 yards to chip from, I couldn t have asked for a better result. Very professional and the installation is great. They fully customized my green to my exact specs. Highly recommend them for all your artificial turf needs.

I had turf installation, rock, and concrete placed in my backyard about 2 months ago from this company. I called for an estimate and they came out within the week. I was informed of the possible 2-3 month wait time but they called and completed the job a month early and in 2 days. The owners and workers were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable in their craft. The quality of turf and install was well worth the money versus the other competitors that Ive looked at. My dog and I love the backyard and we look forward to hosting friends in the cooler months!
My black poodle was burning her paws on the hot rock in the yard to Go Potty (G girl! ;-). SYNLawn of El Paso not only solved that problem, I now have a yard that I can enjoy more with my pup. The rating was for the cost of the product NOT the company. It was not affordable for us. The rating had NOTHING to do with DAVID AND KEVIN but rather the cost.
