I am simply amazed at how quickly they started and finished our backyard. Despite how unsure I was in the beginning. This company was a joy to work with. I have some new ideas to add on and now I know for certain who to reach out to again. Our backyard was nothing but dirt and idea jardin finished this massive project in 6 days. Not even a week! That included leveling out the surface, installing turf, adding rock, cement and a gazebo with fan and lights. Awesome work guys!

I was introduced to Idea Jardin when my son purchased a new home and contracted them to landscape his backyard. They did a beautiful job so I then contracted them to do my front yard. Again, they did a beautiful job. In fact Ive had people during their walks stop by to compliment my front yard. I had eye surgery 3 days ago and because of my post op restrictions I have to be very careful. I needed help with a job totally unrelated to landscaping and I called them to see if they could refer me to someone that could help. They came the next morning and took care of my problem! They could have passed me on to someone else, but instead they went above and beyond. Theyre kind, courteous, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Wow, I highly recommend Idea Jardin USA! They undertook an extensive landscaping project for my home, and the results were stunning. Ana and Efren were a joy to work with, and their professionalism was first class. Theyre accountable, respond to texts and inquiries 7 days a week, and ALWAYS show up on time. I experienced NO project delays despite the large scope and numerous specialists required for the project. They also stayed within budget and performed the work within their proposed timeline. They did our backyard landscaping. We have video of their employees knocking concrete or dirt off their boots by kicking the plants in the front of our yard while they were leaving for the day. They were stuffing our cinder blocks they were using to build our wall with garbage before lining them with concrete. Literally taking their lunch garbage, bags, cups, bottles and just stuffing it into our wall until we asked them not to. Their excuse was we have nothing else to fill it with. Our concrete puddles in the middle because its not properly sloped. Our design plan was ignored/forgotten and concrete was placed where concrete wasnt supposed to be in our backyard so we no longer have the ability to plant vegetation on one side of our yard. They backed a cement truck into our yard, which destroyed our front plants and depressed the existing landscaping slope. We had to request them to replace/fix the rocks/foundation in our front/side yard. The cement truck affected our neighbors yard as well. The pergola we had them build was missing its back wall/shade until we reminded them of the original design plan. When the wall on the pergola was implemented the wood was not cut evenly and had to be removed and re-cut at our request. Overall this was the most expensive quote out of the 5 we shopped around for, and the corners they cut - or tried to cut was absurd. Weve told many family and friends to avoid this contractor. 0/5 would not recommend.
