I recently had my front and backyard done. Ramon and Maria were so wonderful walking me through the process and explaining everything. I really felt like I was being listened to because everything I wanted, they made sure it was done. I will be recommending them to anyone that is thinking about redoing their landscaping.

Company ignores your texts after not showing up to their appointment. Dont waste your time

I tried to be, but was not an easy customer. I had additional fixes needed around my home and yard. They were able to work with my crazy schedule and are very polite and professional. They laid gravel, made drywall/pain repairs, and removed a ton of trash and overgrowth for my home and leveled the dirt afterward. I would recommend for any of the landscape needs I mentioned above. The worked looked good but two weeks later the grass started growing through the artificial turf. Built a beautiful firepit but never came back to seal it. Landscaping flowers died and could not be replaced because the owner was always nonresponsive. Its been a year and Ive called way too many times and left messages for Bella but no response as of today. I would not use this company again.

The day she said she will come, she did not came. I know the landscaping was provided by the company but I would assume we are still customers. Definitely do not know what customers service is. I asked about a cracked done in our driveway, right away said it was not us, I never accused I guess she gave her self out.at the end we were given three options I choosed one but was not able to get it. Since she never came to get a quote she found out the land was bigger then what she thought . Never talk in a way to give options just said she will loose money if she puts the two palms and the bushes as in the pictures. Should have never followed the recommendation of the company or I should have check the reviews before calling, that is on me. ***update and answering to below comment: I see the many pictures send, and not sure at what moment we said we loved it. Who ever knows Spanish can see how nicely she tried to figure out what happen. We did not wanted to keep arguing on something we know we cant win as we do not took a video. We just wanted to make sure people knew before hiring her,what service they might get, and the lies in your replies in this reviews. Just come and pick up your stuff left since last week.

Just to warn our community about this company. I m very dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of professionalism. Since the beginning we had to constantly calling the company to finish the work. They promised to finish the landscaping within a week but they didn t this is why we had to call them. They finally finished the work after 3 weeks. After 8-7 months I noticed the paint was completely off, I call the owner and she tells me the rain and sunlight deteriorates the paint leaving it kind of pale. Something I completely understands but not the point that the paint will Come off completely, then she tells me that the paint needs maintenance every 4 months, soemthing that I was never told but ok. I just tell the owner that I m very unsatisfied with the service due to not being trasperent and she goes off telling me that I want free stuff that that is why I m contacting her that she actually gave us free extra rocks and steps which is not true everything on my landscaping I paid for. Plus she tells me that if it was my husband the one that would ve contact her in the first place the story would ve been totally different and she would probably worked something out. For me it s the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism from the owner .

Bellas Landscaping is absolutely FABULOUS!!! Working with Maria on creating my dream backyard and then making it a reality was such an exciting journey from begging to end. Maria was a pleasure to work with, very patient, trusting and positive. Maria was very attentive, always kept in constant communication with me and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have had throughout the entire process. This entire team is professional, respectful and take pride in their work. Maria created our backyard resort for us to make beautiful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We LOVE our backyard....thanks to Bellas Landscaping!

By far the best Landscaping company in El Paso. They were on time every day and worked hard all day. Maria was amazing. She answered all my calls and text messages and helped us create our dream backyard. I could not be more satisfied with the way my backyard came out. Dont waist your time looking at other landscaping companies. Bellas is the best.

This is the second time we hire Bellas Landscaping. Very happy with the results both times. Crew were on time and very professional. Price given was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

Had scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up, nor did I receive a phone call. Tried to call the same number that I called to make the appointment, only to get no answer and a message that the inbox could not take messages. Disappointed. UPDATE : Received a text the next day. They apologized for not contacting me. Rescheduled for today. Will update again based on outcome. Thank you for reaching out.

We waited and called for hours in the day of the appointment and no show. The next day Maria said shed call and she never did. I have text message evidence. On Thursday she showed up at my home with material. She took it upon herself to choose the style she didnt give us options to choose from. Absolutely pathetic. Do not recommend. Nice response. Jesse is not mu husbands name. We never chose anything. Yiu are fabricating this. We have screenshots. Why would he ask his mom for approval You are not landscaping because we threatened to sue you for returning to our property that you took upon yourself to show up on. Funny how my review is not the first of its kind? Maybe you should be quick to answer your phone calls and schedule your appointments as fast as you respond to google reviews.

Scheduled appointments then simply never showed up, and they didnt answer phone calls to the same numbers.

I want to first start off by saying WOW!!!! They exceeded our expectations when it came to doing our backyard. I knew it was going to come out great but man it came out beautiful. Maria is very attentive and is very honest when it comes to her business. From the time they started they let us know when and what was taking place! I highly recommend them and can t wait to do some more work with them in the future. I really appreciate Bella Landscaping!

I leave it written that if something happens to my house or my things I hold this company responsible because they are threatening me. I tell you that they already fixed everything that was pending, but I waited 2 months for them and only because I put a bad comment thats why they came... thank you and since it took me a day waiting for everything to continue working well, they sent me a message that You can see on Facebook, where Maria Guereca says that she is not going to fix anything else for us just for one day that she does not change my comments soon, I hope that everything I paid, which was a lot of money, does not break something again because it is not anymore they are going to come back...no way. GOD BLESS YOU. Yesterday, I made a comment and coincidentally today María called us saying that Ramón, the owner doesnt want to fix anything, that she does... but shes not in charge, that I shouldnt put bad comments here anymore... but since Im not going to do it If they have not fixed me or finished the work... I will continue to inform you day by day...

Made appointments twice and they never showed up. I called Ramon 3 weeks ago and he said that he was going to be at my residence that week he seem to remember who I was but never showed up. Then I called again a week latter and spoke to Maria and even send her a text with my address and phone number. She said that she was going to be at my house the following day and even called her the day of the appointment and she said that Ramon was going to show up at 6:00 pm since the appointment was scheduled at 5:30pm and again no one showed up.

Was referred to Maria and after a call she mentioned she could come by on Friday or Monday. Friday passed and come Monday when I still had not heard back I texted and she confirmed for Tuesday at 11 instead because she had been too busy. Tuesday at 11 came and when I asked where she was, no response. Seems to be a common problem with this profession given there are no real consequences for unresponsiveness and not respecting ones time. Theres always a customer out there so who cares if we waste some peoples time. In case someone from the company chooses to respond with some BS were just so busy right now excuse, heres a simple solution: when a customer reaches out, be up front and tell them you have no time until X month to quote them or work on their project, rather than waste their time.

It makes me quite sad to leave a poor review. I hired Ramon and Maria in April of this year. The majority of the work was completed by June. The work was guaranteed. The irrigation system is no longer working properly and the sod that was guaranteed needs to be replaced. The majority of their work is with a local builder so this is their bread and butter. Private homes is a side consideration for them it seems. I am on the far west side and most of their work is on the far east side. It was always very difficult to get the crew over to my side to get things done. The overall process was long and tiresome. Communication is a HUGE problem for both Maria and Ramon. They are poor managers of their time. I would not recommend them for any landscaping work.

Was told job was to be done on 9-5-2020 as of today I have not received a courtesy call or text regarding the delay called someone else to complete the job

Ok so, I have mixed feelings leaving this review because there are certain aspects where I am really satisfied with the service and others where Im not so satisfied and almost frustrated. The part that Im most frustrated with is the response and customer service. I understand that they are very busy and have other customers but as a paying customer Im expecting them to dedicate time to ensure everything is getting done accordingly. During the time they were working on my yard (and after I had already paid) there were several occassions when I was told someone would be here to complete some work. Because i have a dog Id request days off from work or work from home so I could keep my dog inside and then no one would show up. Absolutely no respect for other peoples time which was/is very frustrating. In addition to that, I had my concrete stained (among other things) but the stain has chipped and gotten really bad, Ive called to have someone come look at it and Im told someone will come take a look (again they specify the day) I stay home from work to make sure Im here when they come and no one shows up, no phone call no nothing. Besides the concrete stain everything else has been great and looks great but for the money I paid I would have easily gone elsewhere to someone who follows through and has more respect for other peoples time.

I was very happy with the work that they did. It was good experience, the price was right and customer service as great.

This company came highly recommended and did not come through for us. She stated that we didnt confirm. I sent her back a screenshot on our conversation. So I called her and she told me she was gonna get with her guys. This was at 8 am. I texted and called he about 12. She would not answer and texted back saying Im call you in 10 minutes. Our neighbors even took the day off so that they could work through their yard. So yes I was very upset with this company.

Im very happy with the job they did. The crew was very professional and clean. Made a big difference in my backyard and now we can appreciate going back there. I recommend Bellas.

Online portfolio is nice. Howere, we requested estimate and its been over a month to get someone to provide the cost we would have to pay after they came to get measurements. Was told on several occassions that we would be provided the details, but it never happened. We were so anxious to work with them because of their online images. Disappointed in customer service. To bad we will never get to share or refer their work with our new homeowner friends

This company overcharged me, left me hanging for months at a time and did a job that was in no way professional. I had to hire another company to finish the work they started. If there were a law against incompetence they would have a life sentence if not the electric chair.

Their service is great. If you call for a quote and they dont get back to you right away, you have to understand that they are really busy. I have seen some of their work in my neighborhood, and would gladly recommend them to anyone else looking for landscapers. I will do an updated review once I have pictures of my back yard completed. I will say this, be ready to pay, but thats ONLY bc you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
