Based on my prior experiences with various companies, I was a little skeptical at first. However, given the necessity of cleaning after home remodeling, I decided to give it a try. Even though I called them super last minute, the owner totally came through for me, finding someone to get the job done. To my pleasant surprise, the quality of work exceeded my expectations, leading me to opt for a biweekly schedule. It proved to be worth every penny.

I hired West TX property solutions for a deep clean then regular monthly cleaning. I had a couple of issues the first two times, but Stephanie tired to make it right. This last time the young lady Stephanie sent to clean she did a great job. Allie was open to me reviewing the house with her once her work was completed. I m very please with Allie s cleaning.

I had sustained an injury recently I needed some help keeping up with my House Cleaning. I have family coming into town and I need my home to look spotless. I contacted this business and Stephanie was responsive and attentive. She listened to what I needed and then scheduled the work. She had two ladies show up to do a top to bottom deep cleaning so that my home would sparkle. They did an outstanding job my house was ready for company. I was so happy with the results. I am definitely using them again and much more often.

I wouldn t work with any other company. They are the best for my business. If I grow , they grow with me.

Terrible experience. Workers hit a gas line, smelled gas, kept digging, and refused to take ownership of the mistake. We had 3 plumbing estimates, the city inspector, and the gas company indicate the landscapers were responsible for disturbing the gas line, but they refused to rectify the issue. The owner even convinced me to book an AirBnB to stay in since we had no gas, stating that they would reimburse me for it, but as soon as I booked it they said they were not going to pay for anything. It was an absolute disaster we are looking into filing a civil suit to address. Regarding the actual work they did: of the pavers they laid, several are wobbly, not level, etc. They got upset with me when I called them out that they did not lay them correctly and had to fix them; however, they never properly addressed the issue. The workers said they were wobbly because the owner chose the wrong materials (screening rather than sand) and because they had to re-lay the tiles due to their own mistake. Furthermore, they did not properly install the grass border or remove all the debris per the contract we signed. The owner was supposed to do a final walk through but never did. After the gas incident above, the owner refused to answer any of my phone calls. In sum, we got ripped off majorly by this company and were left off worse than before we hired them. I would steer clear of a company who rests its name on integrity, but refuses to act with any shred of decency. Maybe this company is good at cleaning houses, but I wouldnt trust them with any larger projects.

Lawn service started great and we referred many people. As the company grew, however, quality declined markedly--particularly relating to timeliness. Often they would show up on the wrong day or not at all. Whereas the service originally included removal and disposal of all lawn debris, they began filling up our garbage cans with it. When we politely requested better communication about scheduling, the response was rather rude. The straw that broke the camels back was when they once again showed up 2 days late with no notice and, when we again requested advance notice of rescheduling, we were told, why dont I just tell my guy to quit right now and leave?! Yes, they threatened to leave mid-job of a long-time customer with a half-mowed lawn. We agreed, paid, and fired them. We were also told that theyre, just too busy with their commercial accounts to have to deal with residential now. So take them at their word--if youre looking for a residential lawn care service, look elsewhere.

I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a 4 bedroom house. I am also a disabled vet so doing some things isnt possible. The service they provided was really excellent and is definitely worth the money. My house feels lighter and more enjoyable. I felt bad for the ladies cleaning cause they got to the house at 8am and didnt want to leave until the job was done at 7pm. They even came back the next morning to put some final touches on the oven. They did a super job.

Called many landscaping companies and West Texas were the only ones to respond fast and get me quoted on the first day. They came out and finished the work in less days than we had agreed and their work was still good and quality. They put artificial grass, made a pergola, and fixed my front yard with cement and scenery. Great job and their workers were all professional and efficient. I will be hiring them to complete my front yard work!

After speaking with Stephanie I felt comfortable and she seemed trustworthy and very professional. I made an appointment for her to come out and do the job. After calling out to several companies, they were the first to answer and respond. We were very happy that they did. It s a classic mom and pop company. Great customer service and attention to detail. Personal care and attention were straight from the owners. They were right on schedule and made us feel confident throughout the service. And to top it off, we felt their pricing was very fair and competitive. We highly recommend them and will likely do business with them again in the future.

The service was not reliable, they were supposed to come to clean my house two times and they didnt show up, the third time the owner showed up and did a very good job. The next two times she send a crew of ladies to clean, she did not supervise, I did not know when they left the house. The third time they came to clean I noticed some things that I didnt like, they did not do the fans with the swifter, the backsplash of my stove was not clean, when I address these issues with the owner she addressed them with the crew but did not schedule another cleaning. If the owner pushes you to write a review wait until you have had some days after the first cleaning. I found another service that was more affordable and did a better job for the price. Do not recommend this service.
