The work that Chris and his team do is amazing. I couldnt be happier with their work and the post cleanup leaving no mess behind. Chriss communication is also amazing, always calling and giving updates on the projects status was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team to anyone who would want any work done on their yard, you wont be disappointed.

Chris and his team are amazing! They transformed our patch of dust into a beautiful, landscaped haven to enjoy year round. The front and back of our home is landscaped, with irrigation, lighting, and carefully chosen plants. With expert advice and receptivity to our ideas, team L&CI worked hard, were punctual, tidy and respectful, and got the job/s done on time. 100% would hire again!

This is the second time we have asked Chris to do something for us and he did not disappoint! We have a lot of retaining walls that were in need of new stone work it turned into a bigger job than any of us expected, but Chris and his crew came thru like champs! He also took the steps out of our front walkway removing old concrete & pouring new with a gentle slope. The crew did beautiful work and were always on time, as well as cleaning up every day when they were done .Chris deserves a lot of credit for his work ethic! We are very happy with this company and will use them again, and recommend them highly!

I contracted this company twice for outdoor yard hardscaping. Very professional team who transformed my dirt backyard into a space my three-year-old can play and ride her trike. The front yard had unfortunate design choices by the home builder, and L&CI demolished, cleared, and constructed a design I enjoy pulling up to after a long day at work. I recommend Chris and his team.

Cannot tell you how impressed I am with Chris and his business. Chris is onsite overseeing the work and is in contact with the homeowner during the process. He is also receptive to changes and ensures customer satisfaction. Final product was beautiful. Chris and his team are exceptional.

After searching and meeting with several landscape companies we decided without hesitation to go with this company. The main reason was Chris, the owner of the company. Chris explained in detail what each project entailed and the necessary materials to complete each project. Chris also measured and took height measurements of my backyard, which the other companies did not even conduct. Chris then later provided a detailed quote for each project along with its cost. Chris said when he does a home project he only focuses his attention to that one project until its completion, which he did and he was present on each day. My backyard landscaping project was completed both timely and professionally. I highly recommend this company. Again thank you Chris. Also beware of handymen that go around town that present themselves as professionals, because I had Chris remove a lot of concrete that was NOT done correctly!!!

After searching for a company that would remove and replace our old cracked sidewalk in our front yard we decided on Landscape and Concrete Impressions. What a great company this is! Chris answered my call right away unlike other contractors that ignored my calls several times! He was always professional, attentive, responsive and most of all patient. He was willing to work with us and gave great advice on what colors would look good with our red brick home. The final product looks great and we are very impressed with the outcome. The work done by Chris & his workers is outstanding. I needed to complete the landscaping in the backyard & with a few of my ideas & an explanation of what would work best my backyard has been transformed to a beautiful piece of artistry. I had some stamped concrete done around the pool & some pavers & flagstone placed to create a walkway which has enhanced the presentation of the backyard. I am very pleased with the work done by Chris and his awesome workers. Chris was always available on site and very responsive. I would highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs.

Great work at a good price

Very professional, and reasonably priced. Was able to give them an idea of what I was looking for, and they helped me pick a design that worked for us, and looked great. Also, they provided options to help address previously existing issues while still keeping costs to where we needed them to be. Will be using them again.

Very professional and knowledgable. Fixed our huge drainage problem with our house caused by really poor designing from the builder. Our backyard is so much more usable and enjoyable!

They did work all the way around the house. It looks so amazing and creates so much more outdoor living space. The team was professional and completed our project quickly with the utmost eye for detail.

These guys are TOP NOTCH. We went with them about 9 years ago for a major home landscape and stamped concrete project and they did a phenomenal job! Fast forward 9 years and another project and there was no doubt in our minds on who we would go with. Yet another outstanding job we are very pleased with. Care, quality, and professionalism all in one company, quite the rarity for El Paso.

Chris redid our front lawn entirely to include a new driveway, sprinklers, sod, and gates to the back yard. He was very responsive and his team did great work. The yard looks great and has changed the look of our house completely. We would absolutely love to have him do more work on the house.

Awesome company! The owner of the company is involved with the work. He took time to explain the process such as proper construction to allow for proper water runoff. In addition, they arrived on time every day. There were no unexpected surprises as the owner was very involved with the work. In short, I feel the work was performed as if they were working on their own homes.

Dont waste your time. They say call today, and they say they dont have time for an estimate and have plenty of work. Very rude...And now you try to make it a sob story. I found you through google and this is where I give my opinion and save people some time. You just confirmed it - you have enough business, you dont need new customers, and quite frankly its good to know up front. You have other reviews like mine, and instead of learning from it, you defend and lie.

I would absolutely recommend these men to anyone. Their work is top notch quality. From the estimate to the final product, Mr Serna and his crew were extremely helpful throughout. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a professional and timely manner. Work was done efficiently without compromising the integrity of their work. Bottom line, these men know what theyre doing and take pride in their work. Definately worth the wait. Members of the BBB since 2009 with an A+ rating. Any future work we consider will be done by them.

We had our front yard done last week and it exceeded our expectations! The owner kept us informed and consulted with us to make sure everything was done how we wanted it. They are a professional and hard working crew and definitely know what they are doing. The concrete work turned out great. They did an awesome job!

After shopping around numerous businesses we were able to get the best bang for our buck from Chris and his team. They were able to finish the project in a week and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. After everything was done, he also gave us advice for upkeep. Everything turned out great and we will definitely be looking to this company for landscaping in the future.

About 3 months ago, Landscape & Concrete Impressions laid cement on my backyard for a future patio, a shed, a sidewalk that goes from one side gate to the other side gate and they earn 5 s. Today they finish another job for me (7 January 2021) and you think they earn 5 stars s today, NO!!!! They earn 6 s. The professionalism, hard work, dedication, courtesy, timeliness, and respect for peoples property (they do a great job cleaning after themselves) is above and beyond. Like I said before, you have to wait a while for these guys, but are worth the wait. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Highly recommended. We did a total re-design of our landscape, front and back, with L&C Designs 4 years ago; large area stamped concrete, artificial turf, and they even arranged for a new pergola and side gates. Chris, Patrick and the crew are first rate in my book, courteous and efficient. Chris personally stays with the crew through the majority of the work, supervising and working. Theyre self sustained and do not bother you unless there is a question about the design/work. Chris is also very mindful of proper drainage design for when it rains. I originally had estimates from three companies, L&C Impressions was the most comprehensive, and rightly priced. A couple of weeks ago we had new stamped concrete done to our entry area by L&C Impressions, they had to break down a 2-day work into several days due to the weather, and they took care of business. Beautiful work. We constantly receive compliments on our landscape and ask for L&C Impressions contact information.

Chris and his Team did an excellent job expanding and stamping our driveway/patio and installing artificial grass. We couldn t be happier with the outcome. Additionally, Chris was very attentive during the job and his crew were polite and professional. It is hard to find reliable, quality work like this in El Paso. I would most definitely highly recommend them, and would use them again.

We contracted for an entire overhaul of our property and the results were AWESOME! The work included a collaborative redesign, demolition of existing structures, new walls and fencing, expanded driveway and deck, stained and stamped walkways around the house, sod, rock landscaping, new patio and pergola, planting, new shed, and irrigation. It was a major project with excellent results in every single area. On the scheduled date they showed up on time and in force to and worked extremely hard to complete a major project in under two weeks. I was impressed with the effort, results, and team, especially Chris, Luke, and Alex. I wont consider anybody else for future work.

Theyve done three different projects for me, and their work on all three has been excellent. They show up with enough people to finish jobs quickly, and every one of them has always been polite and friendly. The best part to me is that Chris, the business owner, is actually at the job site all day supervising and working along side the employees. I recommend them anytime someone I know needs a landscaper, and will continue to do so.

I spoke to Chris on 10/26/2018, and he was extremely rude with an aggressive tone over the phone. I immediately cancelled my appointment with this company. If you are unable to provide adequate customer service communication it is safe to say anything else you provide will be low quality.

My experience with Landscaping and Concrete was excellent. They did my front yard landscaping with stamped concrete walkway and retained wall. I wasn t very sure about specific design since I don t know much about landscaping and concrete work. The estimation guy carefully consulted for what I want in a professional manner. I got estimations from a couple more contractors, but Landscaping and Concrete made the best deal with the most beautiful design. The owner paid great attention to every little details of the work and listened to all my needs. The guys finished the work very fast without any delay and transformed my front yard from boring empty lot to a beautiful dessert garden. I am very pleased for the outcome and looking forward to enjoying my new front yard every day. I highly recommend this business!!
