Needed a cable for my lawnmower. After hours of research trying to figure out which one to buy, then getting wrong one ordered and having to return to Amazon. I was ready to get a new lawnmower. I saw this website pull up and had hope again. Walked in and explained what I needed and after 2 minutes had the cable installed on lawn mower. Thank you so much. I had my generator repaired here. It took a little longer than expected due to the holiday season in November & December, but it was fixed correctly. I was kept updated on the problem frequently, given an estimate and work was done to my satisfaction. The people were friendly and it wasn't very expensive. THANKS.
1 month since I dropped off my chain saw.....still waiting Update......5 wks out now, now told for 25.00 fee, they will expedite my saw. I paid the 25.00 "fee" and had my saw in two days ! Makes me wonder how long it would have sat......if I didn't pay the "extra"fee...... Staff was friendly, go figure....
I'll do my best to be brief. The self propel cable broke on my lawn mower and I took it to their shop the first week in September. The nice young man suggested that I go ahead and do an oil change/ tune up while I had it there. He said that it would be about $90 and that they would call my cell by the end of the week when it was ready. TWO weeks later I call them to confirm it was done and they shared that it wasn't but they would call my cell once it was done. After another week goes by and I get a letter from my HOA that my lawn is to tall, I call again. They share that they are waiting on the cable ( 3 weeks to get a cable ??? ). This week I call again and let them know that it's literally going on a month now and I'd like to mow my grass and put down the winter lawn. I ended up calling each day to confirm the progress as I didn't want to wait any longer. Outcome, I picked up the lawnmower today right before they closed. Cost - $129.00 and when I start it at home it's idling so high that I'll need to find a way to adjust it. - I'll share that Jim, the owner, called me today and personally apologized for all of the trouble. I really appreciate that he owned up to the poor service and did what he could to make up for it. I was impressed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. They will lie keep your stuff for months, steal your parts and wont even bother to give you your deposit back.
First timer and service was beyond good I would highly recommend.

I just got today an air filter,for my blower Husqvarna pay over $30 when I check online the filter is around 5$ they have over price parts

This shop is where you go to take your small engine lawn equipment for repair. Jim is the best! I have used them many times and the service and quality of repair is awesome. Than you Jim.
This place has been here for quite a while they know what theyre doing sometimes they just get overwhelmed you just need to have patience that is all.
3 to 4 week wait on repairs due to them putting tools without warranty in que before fixing the tools with warranties. Not happy
Tip.......just pay the 25$ speedy repair fee and get your item back in less then a week !!!
Every time I go into this place they have the part that I need for whatever I need it for this time it was a riding lawn mower I need the starter Drive pinion gear and wouldnt you know it they had one left the guy is very helpful and its way close to my house and the place they rebuild all kinds of stuff Small Engine wise lawn and garden stuff so they have parts that you dont have to go very far to get if youre on the west side once again Im very very happy with the store
Started to purchase a used lawnmower and he called me back and said he had a better one. True to his word. Starts everytime and runs like a champ. Would highly recommend anytime!

Not good this business has really went down hill since last year. It took them 6 weeks to supposedly fix my riding lawn mower. And then it broke again in the same way within 20 minutes in mowing my field. I had to make 4 trips of 25 minutes and it still isnt right but it cost me 440 dollars. Very very disappointed cause it used to be a good experience

This place is the worst! All they do is lie to you and order parts that were never needed in the first place! Extremely unprofessional and rude.
I walked in with a broken carburetor from a small engine. The man was friendly, polite, and saw what i needed and got it right away. Prices were about what I expected. The guy I talked to was not the owner. I recommend this company to anyone who needs specialty parts for small engines. .

My experience was in one word expensive. They know there the only small engine repair business in the area of surprise so they rip you off on parts. Dont do business with this place. If you repair your own stuff you can find the parts on line way cheaper. Their mark up is ridiculous to say the least. One example is, I went there to buy a rubber bumper for the gas tank of a weed eater and the old lady who waits on everyone at the counter went in the back to check if they had one, she came out with a used one and said oh these are getting hard to find I had to take this off a used weed eater and then she charged me 2 dollars for it. they are .83 cents on line I found out. thats just one example. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
