I took in a completely non-functional mower that had been sitting for over 2 years and looked it. When I picked it up, it looked brand new and fired right up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was a bit on the high side, but still much cheaper than a new mower and I didn't add to my local landfill.

I bought a pole saw and it was on back order. Saw never came. Masons was very polite and gave me a full refund. BUT why did I have to pay full price up front for an item with no scheduled delivery.
I got a great deal on a Stihl chain saw. Cheaper than online by $50, which I was very surprised by. Fast service and very helpful. They even made sure my saw was tuned up, ran correctly and gave me a demo on it. I was very impressed. Clean inside, and a great selection of cutting tools.
Called about a part need for my mower. She said uh never heard of that brand. I told her I have bought parts for it here before. She said well we don't work on that brand. Never offered to find the parts or anything. I wonder how they stay in business. The old owner at the old place would have fount the part. What a shame. It was a good place before.
Excellent service, took lots of time to find my parts and the shipment came next day. It was service which you do not often get these days. Very pleased customer.
To the previous commenters: the shop informs you when dropping off equipment what their back log is. It averages 2 weeks before they will be able to look at the equipment. That’s how BUSY they are because that’s what a GREAT shop they are! I’ve purchased every piece of power equipment I own from them for 15 years now as well as had them service it. When you need parts, they don’t ask for the part number like a previous commenter claimed. You need the make and model of the equipment it’s going on. It’s NOT unreasonable for them to refuse an Easter egg hunt for your part. Their service is a little higher priced than other shops but you get what you pay for! I’ll never use another shop!

Very knowledgeable people and very helpful. Took my chainsaw in for repair and when I picked it up, they said the repair was covered under Stihl. So glad they checked.

The selection of equipment for working in your backyard or acreage is great. The staff was very helpful as we searched for the particular chainsaw that my husband needed. They did not have it at the moment, however, they can have it in a few days as soon as ordered. Price was very competitive, for the quality that we want. We shall be back to finalize this order as soon as we can. The small but powerful tractors (Mahindra) that they carry are amazing and wed like to add them to our collection of very helpful equipments. This location is located on Broadway St., El Cajon, CA.

This business has been around almost forever. You can buy all the equipment the pros use and get it repaired right the first time. Very knowledgeable on all equipment sold. They also carry tractors.

BEAUTIFUL STORE, FRIENDLY STAFF
Good place for lawn care machine parts as well as lawn care equipment. They mainly focus on selling stihl and echo machines. They sell Phoenix pole cutters which I prefer over others. Phoenix is more comfortable which is why I like it.
