Midwest Turf Management charged me for services not rendered and turned me into a collection agency for not paying them. They would not believe me when I said that no one showed up on that day. I had to pay them in order to cease harassment. Do not sign up for services from them if you're looking for a quality company with excellent treatment.

Can’t say enough good things about MTM. I live in a newer neighborhood so when a new house was built across the street, the city had to dig up my beautiful lawn to connect the new build to the water main. In the process, they introduced a weed that quickly spread and by the end of the summer had over taken my yard to the point where I was embarrassed. I hired MTM and started seeing results almost immediately. After one season the yard had been not only restored but improved. I would say by next year I’ll have a better lawn than my neighbor but they too use MTM so I may just have to settle for a full, luscious, green, weed free lawn. 10/10 would recommend

Another fabulous job by Larry and the team at Midwest Turf Management in 2024. My lawn looks outstanding with a big shout out to Larry and his care of my lawn! Midwest Turf Management is the premier lawn care company in the area. Larry, my technician is very thorough with my treatments, keeps me informed of any issues which may come up and is very careful and aware of my landscaping as he treats my lawn. If I need to speak to someone, I call the local office, and they actually take my calls, or return them promptly, in comparison to my prior lawn company, Trugreen, where calls go into a call center in Utah, where they have 48 hours to call back, which they sometimes did, or didn’t. When I moved into my house 6 years ago, I had more weeds in my lawn than grass. Now with the help of Larry and Midwest Turf Management I can proudly say I have one of the thickest and most beautiful lawns in the neighborhood. The pictures below will attest to what MTM can do. Thanks to MTM and their entire crew!
MTM continually goes above and beyond! I was tired of handling lawn treatment myself, so I asked the neighbor how he keeps his lawn impeccable, with minimal watering and maintenance...he told me, "give MTM a call". Not only did they provide both of us with a discount, they assessed the lawn, did not upcharge, and delivered on their promises. The house is a rental property and MTM ensures that the lawn stays in top condition. Their website, autopay, and text reminder system makes being a customer a breeze. Give them a call, I doubt you will be disappointed!
Midwest Turf Management is the best in the business. I’ve used them for several years and got lots of compliments on how green my lawn was and how thick it looked. I have used your company for the last two years and found that this year the fertilization was space in places and uneven across my lawn. I would not recommend your services to others.
They are the best grass growers in this area hands down. Love them or hate them they can grow grass better than any other company in our area.
I will provide pictures later as proof of the great job that MTM does. I just want to compliment their professionalism and courtesy. I used this company in 2021 and I switched to another company for my 2022 lawn service. I learned a valuable lesson and ran back to MTM, because the other lawn care service provider was not up to par. I am back with Midwest for 2023, and I look forward to another great season! We bought a house in Shiloh and the lawn was a mess! We saw a neighbor with a great lawn and a MTM sign in the yard. MTM visited us and we were told they could get our lawn looking great in a couple years (it was really bad). In a little over a season our lawn is so much nicer. The weeds and crab grass are gone and the lawn is thick. Thank you to MTM for turning our yard around and changing it from an embarassment to an asset.
Today I received a note on my door that my technician(Jeff) made a wrong turn and drove past my house. They saw some nutsedge in my lawn so they decided to stop and perform a service call and treated the nutsedge. This is the type of customer service that everyone should be teaching. Thank you Jeff for taking care great care of me and thank you Midwest Turf Management for training Jeff the right way!

Amazing results have been using them since the sod was installed 4 years ago we get complements on our yard anytime were are outside. Only down fall is I referred two of our new neighbors and never got the referral fee as promised not worth a bad review tho I must say the three yards in our neighborhood that use MTM you can tell thick and green. The even recommended we get our mower blades checked as they noticed the cut on the grass was dull. Always looking to make a personal relationship, our tech Caleb is very professional and always has great advice. I would recommend them for all your green grass needs.

The technicians are very professional and will happily explain the treatments they are applying to the lawn and what to expect from them. Ive had this service for almost two years now and havent had any issues. They have always shown up on time, and even remind me the day before service in case I need to cancel.

I ve been using MTM for several years and have not found a better company for weed control and fertilizer application. Other companies seem to skimp on the amount of weed control to use, while MTM uses what is needed to get the job done correctly. I ve never had a better looking lawn than I do now with MTM.

We used them last year for pest control and it worked great, they did a great job and were easy to talk with and very reliable and upfront. We have renewed that service this year and added the fertilizer program. Our yard looks great and it is pleasant to sit on the patio in the evenings.

Ive done some work for them a couple times with their IT needs, all of their employees are very professional and courteous. They do really good Landscaping too
We get fertilizer treatments and they spray for bugs. My yard looks 10 times better than before and gets better every year. It comes out to about $100 a month and its well worth the money. The staff is nice and doesnt push services on you. They offer what they have and let you choose. I highly recommend them.
I have been caring for my lawn for over 35 years. The question is, why did I wait so long to leave it to the professionals? Doing the work myself was probably more expensive and wasnt nearly as effective. Thank you Midwest Turf Management!

Gave them a shot thinking they were different than others. Owners were quite the sales guys with lots of talk including talking down on competition. Service level isn t what it was over a year ago. Also provided additional services that we cancelled and they continued to bill. Rather than making the situation right, they continue to send bills.
Weve had Midwest Turf Management taking care of our lawn for 2 years. We always thought our lawn looked good w/ our previous lawn service company but...it looks even better after switching to MTM! Our neighbors constantly compliment us on how nice it always looks. Plus, their customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend

Horrible! Absolutely horrible. Called and scheduled to have my yard aerated; they said Frey would be here early this week. Called them again on Tuesday and they promised they would be here no later than first thing Thursday morning! Its now late Friday and they are a no show! I hate companies who lie and will tell you whatever you want to hear!!!
