French Landscape Irrigation in Edmonds

Moved 2 years ago from Colorado front range. Back there, nearly everybody has irrigation. I had done most of mine. The mukilteo house we bought had 2 working lines, out of 7 (but it was advertised as a working irrigation). I could only find 2 valves and was getting a notice from lynwood water service that we likely had a leak ( turned out to be 3 major ones). Used a locator service that actually traced the outer wires (ran around edge of yard), but did not find valves. I did find a valve box with 3 of the valves, so 2 remained. Called in French irrigation and they found the other 2, along with 3 breaks, in a mater of several hours. Bit expensive, but these guys are GOOD and worth the price. They know irrigation. Even taught me several ways to fix breaks. I was impressed. Probably the worst thing about them is getting a hold of Chris. He does not like to answer text, email or calls. Still, they are worth it. Come next spring/summer, I will call them to re-check my sprinkler heads and make them better than I have. It will be worth every 4-5 years.

Bob, winterizes my sprinklers in the fall, and recently he repaired my back flow value. I spoke with a plumber earlier and was told the small part would be hard to locate, so I should replace the whole value, which would run me several hundred dollars. Bob came out looked at my system and pulled the needed part out of his took box, and fixed and tested my system in less than 15 minutes. Bob's easy going nature and honest business practices is why I will call him first for all my landscaping and irrigation needs

To design, install, or maintain an irrigation system, French Landscape are the folks to call. Bob and Chris are out in the field with a small crew and they deliver hands on service. Last winter we installed a new irrigation system in our back garden. What a pleasure to work with these guys! The work was professionally done on time and on budget. The deep trenches needed to install the main system were covered up every night before they went home, the patio was washed, and all their tools and equipment stacked neatly out of sight. When it came time for me to learn how to operate the controller for my system, they could not have been more patient or thorough. My irrigation system performs beautifully and will accommodate the changing needs of my garden in the future. I am a very happy customer and will recommend French Irrigation to all.
