Swaiss Solutions rescued my native landscaping project, a medium-sized hilly area in my front yard, after an injury kept me from completing it on my own. Bermuda grass had taken over many of the plants; the evergreens and other shrubs and trees badly needed pruning. A crushed granite pathway through the landscaping was overgrown, long overdue for refreshing. Sammy listened patiently and attentively to my description of the natural landscape I was aiming for. Then he and his crew brought it all under control and back to life. Along the way, we saw areas that needed a few additional small boulders and creeping junipers; he found exactly what we needed. Integrated into the existing hill, they look as though they've always been there. I (and many neighbors) could not be happier with the results. Apart from that, Sammy and the crew were hardworking, skillful, communicated well along the way, and were overall a pleasure to have around. They did a thorough clean-up when the job was done. The plan is for Swaiss Solutions to continue to maintain the area as needed starting in the spring. I whole-heartedly recommend contacting Swaiss Solutions to discuss your large or small landscaping and yard maintenance needs.
Redid our front yard garden. Did an amazing job, and the service was awesome. Didn't take them very long to complete at all! Check the before and afters! Would recommend for sure.
What a great company! Sami the owner is very professional and does outstanding work. It was worth every penny to have his crew do my job. He put underground gutters and 5,000 of great soil, sod and flagstone. Would highly recommend him!

BEWARE don’t be fooled ! After almost a year this company was great at mowing but horrible with communication. I recently was presented a extra charge for an overgrown yard which didn’t make any sense considering I am on schedule bi-weekly and even with the amount of rain we have had my yard wasn’t out of control ! They the proceed to mow without informing me of the up cost of $25 making my mow now $85 & failed to inform prior to service ANY CHANGE OF COST SHOULD BE PRESENTED BEFORE SERVICING ! I would have happily done it if it was done professionally or better yet it made it sense !!! FIRST PICTURE IS MY “ OVER GROWN YARD “ what a SCAM just say it’s too hot .lol Second is after cut !!
Great work by this team! They completely replaced and reshaped my old overgrown flower bed, and did some great xeriscaping in the little alcove by my front door. They also do a great job mowing my yard every week. Very efficient and high-quality service, I highly recommend them.
