We can’t recommend Squared Away Lawns enough! Hunter and his whole team were so kind, patient, understanding and thorough. They brought our inspiration to life and made our house feel and look beautiful! We are so happy with the result and they were so easy to work with. 10/10 recommend
I had a bad experience about eight years ago, but have used them five or six times since on clients houses. My clients have been nothing but praiseful of the jobs done and will continue to use them.
Would not recommend this vendor. We have been using them for a bit but over the past few months for the properties we manage. They have been less than unresponsive. Even when following up weekly for over a month, they just say sorry we are just busy and will get to you when we can. Horrible customer service and like pulling teeth to get them to actual go to a job.
Squared Away was nothing but exceptional. Made the process extremely easy. Quick phone call and told them the general ideas that I had. Scheduled an on site visit to give them more details about what I wanted. Scheduled three weeks later. Knocked it of the park and I am super thrilled! Couldn't have had an easier transaction. Appreciate you guys soooo much!
We recently used Squared Away for lawn service and also engaged them to do landscape our front yard. Squared Away sent a gentleman named Noel Swearingen who was fantastic. The work was done exactly as we requested, in the allotted time frame and for the exact price we agreed on; and the yard looks amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Noel and Squared Away to take care of all my yard and landscaping needs.
Squared Away Lawns did an amazing job with our yard. He completely redid flower bed and it makes our home look brand new. We also had 5 trees planted and they seemed a lot bigger than I expected for the amount we paid. We will definitely ask him to help us with our landscaping in the future. He was prompt and his estimates were spot-on! Awesome customer service!!
Squared Away Lawns has been servicing our Lawn for over 3 years now. The owner, Chad, and his wife are so nice and care about the services that we receive. The lawn care team are very accommodating with us. We like them to give us a call before arriving at our house to mow and fertilizer to give us time to take care of our dog. This helps tremendously ! We really appreciate this extra customer service ! We have also had them do some mulch and landscaping for us. They also apply weed control and all the fertilizer and winter and spring prep. We are so pleased with our lawn and the great care they provide ! Thank you Squared Away Lawns !
I cannot say enough great things about Squared Away. I have been using them on two of our properties for about three years now. Great group of people! I use the mowing services, weed control as well as hedge trimming. I highly recommend them. I really like the fact that it is always the same team that comes out each week. It is nice they they know my lawn and my specific requests. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
They actually mow my neighbors lawn (which always looks fantastic by the way). I do my own, but any time they see me outside working they run over to help they are so kind!

Would not recommend Square Away. We had to repeatedly call to have service done even though we had signed an agreement for scheduled fertilizer and weed control treatments and weekly lawn service.
Ive had a few problems with this company over the years and after yet another issue, I decided to switch to a different vendor. They performed mowing and landscape services for one of my rental properties, and unfortunately this company cant be trusted to do the work as agreed. When there is no one living at the property and there is no oversight, they dont perform work as agreed. Ive had to call on multiple occasions to get this company to follow through with work for which I was billed but was never performed.

Dont know about there lawn service, but they dont hire courteous people. We was at 711 with an empty parking lot and one of their trucks pull in next to us. They parked so close they hit our mirror with their door when they got out. Hope they use their brains a little more then that when doing yard work on other peoples property.
Very professional by squared away lawns. They were working on a neighbors yard, but as they were working leaves from their yard got into my yard. They then came over and did us a huge favor by mowing and picking up all the leaves that fell into our yard. Thank you!

From the very beginning in terms of discussion of services, email correspondence was professional and prompt. Each email question was answered quickly and with clarity, making the set up very efficient. Prior to the date of services, I was emailed and informed that services were contingent on the weather, but barring any weather delays our lawn maintenance would occur with no hitches. Just really great communication! When the team of mowers arrived the quality of our lawn maintenance was fantastic! We are so very pleased with Squared Away Lawns! The guy who came by today named Michael was awesome! I ve always had a great experience with this company, and if I ever had questions they were easy to get a hold of and/or responded to email quickly. Very friendly and professional!
Used this company for the first half of the summer. Every single time they came out, they made some kind of careless mistake, including missing spots, killing vegetables and landscape flowers (both weed control overspray and careless mowing/trimming), and damaging my planter pots. Management was apologetic and did offer to replace damaged items when contacted, but could not seem to prevent it from continuing to happen. Last straw was today when their crew left my gate wide open and my dogs got out. This company seriously needs to work on its quality control.

We have been using Squared Away Lawns for a few years now, and we could bot be happier. We live in a fairly new neighborhood and our lawn was full of weeds. After one season with SAL our lawn was green and weed free.

Randy and his crew are the best. A rain messed up their work they did early in the week. They showed up while it was still raining with shovels and the material needed to repair and replace all that washed out. You cant ask for better service than that. If you choose another company to take care of your lawn you have done yourself a disservice.
I ve used Squared Away for a small landscaping project and to spray my yard. Professional employees and professional results. The price is higher than some other options but for the quality of work and lack of hassle that you can get with others I think it s worth it.

I called 8 different landscapers for estimates, and Squared Away blew the competition out of the water. They had the best price, best customer service, and got the job done far faster than anyone else said they could. The quality of the work is top notch, and we will be calling them again for all future jobs. Be patient as they work out kinks in their communication... they just expanded so we had a couple gaps in contact- but SO worth it for the time and money we saved.
Avoid completely, cannot cut a yard. Completely uneven, grass clippings everywhere, multiple missed spots. Horrible, not rocket science. Package said they would pull weeds each time, never did and had to request them to come back every time. They lasted three visits and I paid someone else to come back and mow the yard.
Always extremely fast, competitive pricing, and great to work with. They have repaired our irrigation system and do our lawn treatment services as well. Highly recommend

Squared Away does an incredible job of not just mowing, but also maintaining all aspects of our yard. From flowerbed maintenance to weed prevention/seasonal applications, they really do keep our yard looking perfect. We are well into our third year with Squared Away Lawns and could not be happier. The nature of our property creates some challenges for lawn maintenance companies but the Squared Away gentlemen who show up week after week overcome those challenges in a manner superior to others in their peer group whom we have tried. Kudos to Chad and his staff.
My backyard has been a challenge but thanks to Charlie its filled in and looks better than it ever has. This company works hard to figure out whats best for your lawns needs. Very kind and professional. I highly recommend them, you wont be sorry.

Usually did a decent job. It IS cutting grass. Couldnt follow simple instructions several times throughout the season. Dont mow here... basically my neighbors yard, and I would come home to find out instructions werent followed, or mowed a portion in the middle and left the rest. Paying attention to details shouldnt be difficult.
