Great professional company! This is one of the better companies out there. Their techs are professional and courteous and care about the job they are doing. I have had lawn serviced for many years with them and not one single complaint! I have even suggested them to neighbors. Took a bad weed filled yard to plush green grass in a couple of seasons of service. Worth the money!
I have depended Imperial Lawns for years to handle my pest and weed control. My lawn has never looked better, I have never had to call them back out for service correction. They notify their customers in advance of service and let them know if there is a delay such as weather. They also respond to text messages, which is becoming a preferred method of communication for many. I am very pleased with their service and have recommended them many times.
What a great crew of people they hire. Always professional, always responsive and they stay on track, as long as weather permits. My lawn looks fabulous and I always get compliments on it. I have no weeds and if i see any they are always happy to spray and provide advice. I have had other solicitors come by for my business and offer lower pricing, however every time I do that I am disappointed with the lower quality of service. That's why I stay with Imperial. Why change a good thing!!
I have been with this company for 2 years. They have done a great job on keeping my already great looking lawn looking good. On both sides of my house where there is little sunshine I get huge weeds. I have mentioned this to them several times and the only response I get is that they don't spray those weeds because they will just keep coming back. This is what I paid them for! To spray my weeds! If they keep coming back then they need to respray! I have used several different yard care businesses since I've lived in several places. I have never had this problem with anyone else. I just want other people to be aware of this.
I'm very tough to please when it comes to my lawn and the treatments....so much so, I went through 3 different companies over 3 years time. Then we found Imperial Lawn. The 4 years I've been a customer with them, my lawn looks wonderful!! They are responsive to our needs and very professional. Highly recommend this lawn company!!
We were trying to care for our lawn ourselves and eventually ended up using Imperial lawns after our diy attempts failed to yeild results. Several people in our housing area use imperial lawns. We see a huge difference in weed control and grass quality. They are friendly, professional, educated in their field, and plan treatments around the weather. They are affordable and every treatment has always been thoroughly applied. We have been with this company for 3 years or so now and we would not even consider going with anyone else.
I have been using Imperial Lawns for over 3 years. My yard looks Amazing. They are so knowledgeable and know exactly what to do with my yard. I have a mixture of Fescue, Bermuda, Ryegrass all over my yard and I never have issues. Their staff is also professional and I can ask the guys that come out anything. One of the best parts of this company is they are animal lovers. Their technicians will never leave a gate open and jeopardize the safety of your pets.
We could not be more pleased with Imperial Lawns! Our yard looks incredible and we are often getting comments from our neighbors as to what we're doing. The owners are very proactive and in many instances, come out themselves to answer our questions. The technicians are all very professional and they are always here when they say they will be. They are also very good at keeping us informed as to when they're coming so you can have pets kept inside, etc. If you're not using them, then you should be!

This used to be a class A service. It is slipping over the past year. They need to train their employees to do class A work. The last time they were out, they left fertilizer on the sidewalks literally in piles. I have also noticed the last two visits that there was no change in my lawn after fertilizing. Something is not right. I will give them an opportunity to get their quality back before changing services.

Customer service super stars. You have to look hard to find a flaw in the work they do and the lawn looks great. Other lawn services Ive used in the past dont come close to Imperial.
We signed up with Imperial lawn several months ago. Our Bermuda has never looked worse. It is patchy, pale green and not growing as well as when we did our own fertilization. We had the pre and post emergent plus spot treatment for weeds. We have a significant amount of crabgrass growing throughout the fescue, and some in the Bermuda as well. I called about the issues, and Todd came out and talked to my husband. He was very defensive and told my husband he would personally come out and spot treat for crabgrass within the next week. Todd never showed up, but I got a notice they would be doing another lawn treatment for $195. I called and asked to be rescheduled so I could be home for the treatment and asked when the crabgrass would be treated. I was told the tanks were full of iron and they couldn t schedule the crabgrass treatment. I was then told that Todd had personal family business and they didn t know when he could do it, but she would call me back. I got a call back a few minutes later saying that we weren t a good fit for their company and they would spot treat the crabgrass, but take us off their schedule. This company chose to bail rather than stand behind their service and products, that speaks for itself. Keep that in mind if you decide to hire them. I am not the only customer who has crabgrass, check out the other review. When this customer called about the crabgrass, they gave him a credit because the technician didn t have the right spray!!!! Why did Imperial lawn take this guys money for weed control he never got! They only refunded his money after he complained.
Called Imperial to winterize my lawn for the winter, Jennifer said since I only called them on winterizing my lawn and was not on a regular program they would not winterize my lawn, guess they are not worried about losing money ?
Always great service and timeliness. I had used other weed control companies and always got a runaround on why I still had weeds. I switched to Imperial and never looked back. Weed problems went away. Thanks
I started using Imperial Lawns 1.5 years ago. I wish I would have started earlier. I had them reseed, and aerate the lawn last years. It s the best my lawn has ever looked. They were able to get grass grow where it hasn t grown in 18 years.
Last application was supposed to be fertilizer and spot treatment weed control but the operator apparently only did the fertilizer. Crabgrass growing unchecked in several places that anyone could see was evidently not treated. Have decided to go with another company. Advised Imperial by text that I was not satisfied but no response, I guess they dont care. Update: Imperial did call and left a voicemail with explanation that operator didnt have the right spray that day, said they would cancel the $42 charge, and said sorry to see me go.
Imperial Lawns has turned our yard around from a completely weed infested yard to a nice, lush, green yard. Very happy with their service!
Imperial Lawns has helped to make our lawn beautiful. Our grass is weed free and green before our neighbors lawns. They always call beforehand and leave detailed notes about the service. They are very pet conscious.
