Amazing Landscape Services in Edgewood

Update 11/2024 My second year experience having AmaZing Landscape Services hang my Christmas lights was even more magical. Now that they have lights specifically set up for my house they were super efficient on their installation. They look so good just like they were last year & I love being the first one on my block with lights up. Thanks AmaZing Team! (My 2023 experience with AmaZing) My Christmas Lights have never looked so good! Great communication about when the installation crew was coming out, very competitively priced, and I was absolutely blown away by how clean and sharpe the installation looks. I definitely have the best looking lights in the neighborhood and it was all done before I came home from work.

I reached out to them multiple times to get a quote but I never heard back from them. But instead I got opted into their marketing mails. I am updating my review as I got a response from the business

The same service they did for $162 in 2021 is now &450.

Prompt professional

Needed our commercial property cleaned up after a few years of neglect and runaway blackberries. Amazing came in and cleaned it up so it looks great. Quick and reasonable. Highly recommend their services.

I checked my security footage and found that my lawn had not been mowed, alternatively, the employee ONLY THING THEY DID AT ALL was use a trimmer to even out my grass and didn t mow or edge it, and they still tried to charge me $54 used for full service weekly yard maintenance. ANY COMPANY THAT IS DECEPTIVE ABOUT SERVICES PERFORMED should be shut down and is obviously no t to be trusted. They also broke my backyard gate by pushing through in the wrong direction. Since that, my back gate fell completely off of the side of the house, so now I have no back gate!!! I don t trust them to repair it, because they are DECEITFUL AND INCOMPETENT STAY AWAY FROM AMAZING LANDSCAPES. They are dishonest and will charge you for mowing when it wasn t.

We have used this company before and it doesnt disappoint. Yard work before and today thatching, new soil and seed. Very professional, the office staff is also very friendly and will work with you so you get what you want. We highly recommend this small, local business with the orange and green trucks!

First Full Service Visit. They did not do a complete job missed many areas weed eating and edging. I expect a company to be thorough in their job. I have moved on from this company.

I never knew my yard could look so AmaZing! The gentleman that mows my lawn every week deserves to be acknowledged, he does a terrific job.

Great service

This company s communication is terrible. I was using them to mow my lawn for about a year, I was not extremely satisfied with them but it was convenient so I continued. I asked them this season to aerate and overseed my lawn which they came and did. I was not satisfied with what was done because the seeding in the backyard was barely done and I noticed that the grass was not growing in. I had my wallet stolen and did not remember that I needed to switch payment and my payment didn t clear. I didn t get any communication that they would turn off service and they stopped showing up. I was surprised because I had been a client for a year with good payment. I called to find out why they were not showing up and that is when I found out service was suspended. I didn t like how the manager spoke to me so I asked to speak with the owner and the manager said he won t want to speak with me. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I made payment and asked them to come out immediately and I was told no, I would have to wait till they were in the area again. I cancelled service.

This team is AMAZING, great work with great results! If you need landscaping services I highly recommend Amazing Landscape!!!!

UPDATE: I called, messaged several times asking to skip my service for the week because we had treatment done on our lawn and it was very important they did not mow. They totally ignored me and came out anyway, totally ruining the hundreds I spent to have my lawn treated. I finally got a hold of someone and cancelled all services. I never got confirmation so who knows if they will end up showing up next week. I am so disappointed, thought this company was about more than money - guess not.

Good price and good work, no complaints about that aspect. They show up every week and if there are any service interruptions I get an email ahead of time. I have to deduct a star though because twice in the past year Ive contacted them about additional one time services (mulch/tidy up and brush haul away) and theyve failed to follow up with me after initial contact. I wanted to give you money but someone keeps dropping the ball!

Quite possibly the worst landscape company out there. Our first guy never followed through with items on our contract. I have contacted the office 4 times to tell them to change our service to biweekly and the guy kept showing up. So I finally canceled service with them and the guy showed up yet again. Their billing department also can t keep track of invoices and will tell you that you re missing an invoice, but they never respond to any emails after you show proof and/or contact them about your service issues. Possibly the worst customer service I ve dealt with.

I highly recommend this company!! I was dissatisfied with the the initial phone call I made as the representative wasn t aware of all the ins and outs, I wasn t too sure what to expect moving forward, (1st impressions are vital, right?). Well... Kyle (the owner) personally called me, was professional, accountable and friendly. After he heard my concerns, he immediately went above and beyond to ensure our lawn received top shelf service! When the landscapers left, everything looked so much better than we had ever anticipated! But, the best part truly was the phone call from Kyle himself. Hiccups happen! And the way he showed us that we re a valued client and not just a number- spoke volumes.. you just do not get that kind of service these days. This business owner gets it, we re more than satisfied customers! Quick response time, efficient and quality work provided. (We also received quite a few compliments from neighbors, pointed them all your way!) Thank you, Kyle!

Did not mow my lawn properly, missing a lot, promised weed control but never got it, even after asking twice. Had to ask them six different times to do one service they had promised, and at that point I was done. I would not recommend this service.

We have used them for almost a year. We have had little issues but they have resolved them in a timely manner and followed up to confirm we are satisfied.

Their team was awesome to work with, from scheduling to end result. We are happy with our service and will certainly be calling them in the spring,

We used Harford Lawn & Landscape for all of 2021 to maintain the lawn at our home. Even though we have three little ones and lots of toys to clear away before they come, they were always accomodating, organized and on time. I was pleased with the work they did all year and the communication was always pleasant and professional. They will be getting our business again!

As a business owner myself, doing things like spring cleanup in the yard becomes a time causality. With Amazing Landscape they came when they said the would (and on time), were professional, cleaned up the overgrown yard in a matter of hours, hauled the brush away and made everything look fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

After receiving their flyer in the mail I decided to give them a call about starting seasonal feralization of my yard. (I had a horrible experience with another company last year and not getting me on their schedule.) After reviewing their proposal / rates, I signed up for the service. 2 weeks later I hadnt received a call or email about when the first application would occur, so I called the company on 4/7. The lady on the phone assured me I would be hearing from someone the next day. Fast forward to today (4/11) and I had to call again because no one had reached out to me. I decided to cancel the service because of their lack of communication and timeliness in scheduling the first application. I cant speak to their work unfortunately since nothing was done to my yard.

They used to be under another name and no one ever ever showed up. The person was in TX...really?

We ve been using Amazing Landscapes for a few years now and our lawn has never looked better. They definitely put their customers first. Hudson has been great to work with, he truly cares about the end result. Highly recommend this company.

Being a resident of Sumner Washington I find myself admiring nice yards and homes on my walks around the neighborhood. As I walk and admire, I notice that many of these beautiful yards have an Amazing Landscape Services sign posted. So when it came time to do the hard work in our yard to get it spring/summer ready, it was an obvious choice to call Amazing Landscape Services. And boy did they deliver! They did a wonderful job at our consultation and were very prompt on getting us our estimate. They provided a reasonable cost for the extensive project ahead. We booked immediately and were given a start date to which was met. The crew did a fantastic job and we are more than happy with how gorgeous our yard is. The overall experience with Amazing from start to finish exceeded expectation. Highly recommend!

I hired Amazing Landscaping to get rid of the moss, de-thatch, aerate and seed in our yard. Our yard was a mess and Im still raking up moss weeks later.

Great place for a peaceful hike

I want to give credit to the owner. He came to my house to personally review the work that was done - or not done. He and I discussed what was done and what needed to be done to make the work acceptable. I believe the owner truly wanted to make amends and stand by his guarantee, which I greatly appreciated. I contracted with this landscape service to thatch, aerate, fill in areas with top soil that had eroded, and then over seed the entire yard. I was not home when they came. They had thatched the yard, but was if they didnt know how to use the equipment, and areas of lawn were torn up. It appeared that they aerated only a part of the lawn - about 1/3. There was no soil put down in the areas that needed it and they did not fill the area that had eroded as agreed. Seed was put down, but heavy in some areas and hardly any in others. No compost was put over the seeds. I called 4 times. Either my calls went to voicemail , or the person on the phone took my message and the calls went unanswered. When I finally did get someone to listen to my concerns, I was assured that a new, experienced crew would be out the next day. They didnt show! And of course, I was not notified that they would not be coming. So I spent the entire day waiting for a crew that never showed. Disappointed and angry with the lack of courtesy and unprofessionalism.

I only leave reviews for truly awful experiences or truly outstanding ones. This review is for the latter. Amazing had a crew at our place for two days, finding areas of our yard to make look great ahead of wedding events. They went WAY above and beyond. We will continue to use their services and consider ourselves fortunate to have finally found a professional landscaping service company.

Very professional

The actual work they did at our yard was excellent. Staff who came over were friendly and professional. I only gave them 3 stars because they told us they would arrive on Monday. They didnt get here until Friday. Hard to plan around such an indefinite schedule.

From the looks of other reviews it seems I got a one-off experience so take it with a grain of salt. They ve got some work to do on communication and scheduling. Sent an email early afternoon on the day they were supposed to show because they hadn t yet and Jared said that they had to reschedule for the next day. No show on the next day too with no email from them either by the third time they finally showed at 3:00 in the afternoon after it had heavily rained stating that it s up to me but after such a heavy rain it s probably not best to do the job I was requesting. I m sure they do quality work but the scheduling frustration wasn t worth it in this case.

These guys are fantastic!! Always on time, courteous and helpful - not to mention they do a terrific job on my steep challenging lawn. It is a nice feeling to pull into your home and have the landscape be on point and my husband loves that he is not stuck behind a mower every weekend! Thanks to everyone at Amazing Landscape! :)))

Very professional, accurate, great value and my yard looks amazing

The guys are AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Once we had 2-1/2 tons of gravel in the driveway blocking the entrance to the back yard and they surprisingly made they re way over the heap of gravel and finished the job in the back. The guys are committed to doing they re job and do excellent work, our yard looks amazing! Definitely live up to their name!

I appreciate good communication skills and ALS has always done this very well. Crews were always on time and if they had to change schedules this was always well communicated to me. I was always happy with the job the crews did and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

From start to finish this company has been a pleasure to work with. Workers were professional and kind, they were happy to answer all questions and provide insights on how to do things ourselves. Jose especially went above and beyond when working on our irrigation system.

We absolutely love this Company they take great pride in their work they are very detailed, my yard and flower beds have never looked better. We appreciate that they are local family owned business and we always try and hire and shop local .

Prices are reasonable. The crew that comes out does a fantastic job. I would recommend their service to others and I was also satisfied with the winterization of my sprinkler system.

Amazing Landscape is a great company, they are so efficient and such a pleasure to work with.

I have been working with Amazing Landscape almost 4 years now. They have always taken great care of my yard. They are quick to communicate and have been able to accommodate last minute requests best they can. I tried 2 different lawn services prior to Amazing and I can definitely say that this company far exceeded its competition.

Amazing Landscaping Services are AMAZING. Received immediate response to our inquiry on their website Thursday, 3/15/18. We were contacted Friday 3/16; Monday 3/19, Rep arrived as scheduled to quote Yard work (first good Mow); quote was incredibly reasonable. We scheduled AND work was completed same day, Tuesday 3/20!! Service was fast, professional and had excellent cleanup. We have already schedule more personal time saving services for them to help us with.

We had several estimates done for a landscaping project. Amazing sent a couple of guys out to do the estimate. They listened carefully to what we wanted & were very professional & said theyd contact us with the price. We received a call within a few days & agreed to their price & hired them for the project. A day later, they called back & were ready to start the project. We were so excited about how quickly they responded & began the job. A couple of guys showed up on time & ready to work. They were so respectful of our property & cleaned up after they finished. Juan is a perfectionist & it really shows in his work. We are so impressed with this company & couldnt be more pleased with our experience with everyone involved. If you want to hire a dependable, knowledgeable, professional landscape company, this is the one! We will be recommending them to everyone we know.

Whatever they sprayed on the grass didn t work, asked them to do some extra work that I was willing to pay for and they told me they would send someone out to get an estimate, but it never happened. Sent them an email canceling my services and didn t even call back to ask why I was canceling or if they could keep me as a customer. Horrible

Finding a lawn maintenance company is difficult, but Amazing is AMAZING! They have fantastic communication, are very knowledgeable, keep you informed and go above and beyond.

Used these guys for trimming hedges all around my property. The crew that came by did an excellent job and cleaned up all the mess that I m sure was there following. They were half the price of their competitors and they did good quality work. I will be using these guys for future work and recommend them highly to anyone else.
