Edited to provide a response to the reply: Your supervisor did not even inspect the job after its completion. I did not post this review after the flooding we had during tornado but I am posting it few days and few rainfalls after. As I mentioned in my review, we had the same concrete for all these years and never once had flooding. Now, it seems to flood even for minor rains and not tornadoes. And please don t write as if you did a favor by fixing it the next day. You yourself agreed that the concrete wall you built had a gap and also that the drain was not installed properly. Also, just want to mention that we started complaining only after the issue with flooding started. We did not raise any issue or do constant complaining when your crew was here. Very disappointed with the job Detail guys did in our backyard. Our basement is now flooding every time it rains after the job they did. They blame it on the concrete out our patio door for it but we have been having the same for the last 10 years and not once our basement flooded. Now, every time it rains, we had to dry out the water using a dry vaccum. Would never recommend their job to anyone.

Wow Wow Wow my flower beds have been completely transformed! The Detail Guys have done an amazing job on getting my beds back to the condition they used to be in after a year of neglect. The company name speaks for itself, and my photos reflect that. The entire process from the beginning to the end was simple. This is my five or sixth job with The Detail Guys. Yesterday I had my house and shed power washed. The attendant was on time, friendly and courteous. The job was completed in a fair amount of time and completed as requested My house and shed look great.

This company does HORRIBLE WORK! I had a project completed in March for curb appeal at my home. It s May and my front yard looks horrible. I called them to rectify the job. Not only was the owner rude but confrontational. Do not waste your money with these guys. Details are not their specialty . Not lying about your company I am simply informing consumers about your shabby work. People pay for a service and expect delivery but that was my mistake. I will pray daily if necessary about your company. And then you removed the pictures of proof. And blocked my review updates. Shady!

Josh was incredibly professional and took our house from a slight hint of grey/lime green to fully grey with the amount of work he did! We are so appreciative of his hard work and his dedication. We are so pleased with the results!

After one problem or another, I was at a loss as to what to do about the shrubs and other plants around my home. I needed a professional to make design and plant recommendations given the circumstances I was facing. The Detail Guys did just that. It couldn t have been easier, and I couldn t be happier. From beginning to end, the process took less than a month I called for an appointment, Joe came to my home within a week, we walked the property, decided on the plants and design, I accepted their bid (which I got within 24 hours), scheduled a time for the work to be done, and their crew came out and gave me the healthy, beautiful garden I wanted. BTW, the crew was fantastic nice, young men who made sure the plant lay-out was exactly as previously decided and even soldiered on when the rains came. They left everything (including the street!) in pristine condition. Hiring the Detail Guys for this project was one of my better decisions. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Joe Bon, owner of the Detail guys was honest to let me know that an incorrect front outboard was ordered the first time the workers came out. The workers attached the loose outboards on both sides of the deck. A week later the workers came out and installed the proper front outboard. All work was satisfactorily completed. Josh was very professional and did an excellent job. The siding/trim and patio cleaning looked even better then I anticipated. Especially the carpenter bee excrement which I thought would be difficult to completely clean off the siding. They got it cleaned off completely.

The Detail Guys cleared out a large messy garden along our driveway, replaced old wood borders with fresh, clean modern wooden edging, added a weed barrier and beautiful pebbles! Excellent customer service, professional and thorough! See before and after photos below.

I called the Detail guys to make an appointment for an estimate, I was very nervous. I had never had any work done like this and I didn t want to spend a lot of money. I had a few other estimates, but the prices were outrageous and they did not listen to what and how I wanted it done. The day Joe came out to give me an estimate he was very thorough, he explained every step in detail and he answered all of my questions. If I remember correctly, he even drew a little template. I felt comfortable immediately and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the estimate. The week of my appointment I was still nervous so I emailed The Detail guys and asked if I can see the block they planned on using for my front garden. Without hesitation Jon called me to ask if I was home. He stopped by to show me the block and answered more questions that I had. He was also very thorough and very professional. The day finally arrived when The Detail Guys showed up to complete this job. On time, professional and friendly. The communication during this whole process was top notch and the prices are affordable! These guys did an amazing job on my front garden. SO good, I called then back to add Sod to my front yard. It looks like a completely different house and it is the best looking in this court! I LOVE IT and I am SO happy I went with The Detail guys! And guess what? Another guy from this company will be coming to Power wash my steps and sidewalk on Thursday. SO 3 jobs in 2 weeks, I am one happy customer! Called and got an immediate answer and an appointment for Landscape Lighting. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were running a bit behind schedule. When person arrived, he immediately got to work and showed me parts of my system. It s fall so it got dark early (it was Friday) and he said he would show up Saturday around 10am. He did. He finished the job. Cleaned up the area. Everything is working properly. Highly recommend! And they are fully automated so you can pay digitally!!

Joe and the guys came out to install a 15x25 gravel shed pad. They where on time and done in two days! The pad looks great! If you are looking for a gravel shed pad give these guys a call.

Joe came up with some landscaping ideas for my home and Josh and the crew Implemented them flawlessly. Josh made sure everything was laid out accordingly and done with a personal touch that made my home stand out from all others. NOW all my Neighbors are calling. We hired the Detail Guys to completely redo our backyard. Sod, mulch, plants, topsoil, and cleaning. They were incredible. Never took a shortcut. First, I want to share that The Detail Guys were amazing, especially Joe. He was thorough with what my husband and I wanted. He was very patient and understanding. He came by for an estimate in November last year but due to circumstances beyond our control, my husband and I didnt get to do it last. When I called Joe in March 2021, he remembered and had the estimate he sent to me and came through. Our front yard was a mess, dead flowers, heap of rocks, rubber mulches, and dead bushes. Weve used DG twice now and cant say enough about how professional & helpful theyve been. They removed a ton of overgrown, dead landscaping with deep roots for us and replaced it with river rock. It was back breaking work which they finished in record time. The clean up they do afterwards is to be commended. DG hauled away old patio furniture and a two ton tv too. We intend to use them again in the future.

Joe and his team cleared out my backyard which was quickly becoming too much for me to manage. Removed multiple large shrubs and removed poorly installed papers. I have beautiful new sod in its place. His team also cleaned up the area in front of my place providing a simple and easy to maintain area. The curb appeal was increased exponentially. James and John did a 5-star job building a border wall around my deeply sloped front garden. Both were personable, efficient and professional.

We reached out to The Detail Guys for some help shaping up our flower beds. They suggested a rock wall around our front flower bed to help keep the mulch from washing away. It turned out amazing and we could not be happier with the end result. The rock wall adds a lot of curb appeal and ties every thing together beautifully. The crew was respectful and very creative as a few changes were made to the original plan. We would highly recommend The Detail Guys.

Beautiful job on our overgrown landscaping. They arrived on time and were incredibly courteous. Trimmed all of our trees/hedges, pulled weeds, transplanted flowers, laid sod, and just worked so hard to make my lawn look nothing short of amazing! I will absolutely be using them next year to help stay on top of current landscaping. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the price was beyond reasonable....like I almost feel like I was undercharged for the amount of work they did.

Josh and Steve arrived on time. They were very professional and took pride in their work. We hired them to lay mulch and it looks outstanding.

Great work. Power washing, polysand and a ton of deweeding, trimming and mulching. Yard looks great. Will be using them again in the future. Scheduling was easy and all automated, communication was responsive and professional.

My service consisted of clearing all weeds from two front flower beds, one side flower bed and one large backyard flower bed. All weeds were removed, and mulch was applied. They also repaired an area where a tree was removed, and applied grass seed. My backward border was repaired also. I m very happy with the finished job, and would gladly recommend this company and contract them to do any other projects I have!

I had some grading and seeding done after removal of a pool. I also had a shed foundation removed and a patio installed. The grading turned out perfectly, and the patio is beautiful! I had The Detail Guys clean and mulch my gardens and I can t say enough good. They were ALL professional and friendly from start to finish. The owner Joe is courteous and professional. He returned my calls in a timely manner, showed up for my estimate when he said he would. He and his crew arrived at the time he told me. They did not leave any of their trash/water bottles on my property when they left. The first day was cut short because of rain but Joe and Sebastian who was so nice came the second day to finish. Glad Joe came the second day in case of any problems I could deal with him directly and not guys under him. Joe wanted me to be happy with the landscaping job he did on my garden and I am. Only hiccup was he didnt bring enough weed mat for those 2 days. Had to buy some which he reimbursed me for. I would definitely recommend The Detail Guys for any landscaping project.

Did great work on building steps on the side of our house.

The Detail Guys (with Joe and another great service provider) power washed the front of our rancher as well as our walkway and driveway. We planned to do it this because of the dirt and some mold from the rains. Now that treatment also made us feel confident about clean it is (and looks) during this unprecedented time.

I received quotes for my townhouse to be washed. Most were $350-400, some said they couldn t do it because their hoses wouldn t reach around to the back on my middle unit. These guys came in $200 UNDER the other quotes AND could reach the back. They will be our people from now on.

About a month ago, we had the Detail Guys come out and power wash our home. They did such a great job, that we wanted them to come back to restore our deck and we are very happy we did. This company is as efficient and personable as they come. They were all punctual and respectful. They respect their time and yours. We got all of our trees and bushes done and had sod layed, as well as a power wash for the entire house. The Detail guys really are as detail-oriented as they say they are! Josh arrived first and did a fantastic job removing a small tree and a few bushes, trimming, and weeding all by himself. Joe (the owner) and James arrived later to help complete the rest of the job hauling away junk, trimming, weeding, mulching, and cleanup (the details!). They are hard workers that provide amazing service at a fair price and I cant recommend them enough!

Joe Bon and The Detail Guys did a wonderful job exterior house cleaning for me. My home is 10 years old and we have many trees around it. It was looking very bad. He came recommended by my son who recently had his home cleaned by them. I was amazed how good his home looked and decided to have him clean mine. Wow! This is all I can say. It looks brand new. My husband and I just bought our first home, and wanted to paint the interior walls with a fresh coat, which also included a two story high living room. We had started the job, but just could not finish it. Joe offered to use the same paint that we had and originally quoted us about four days. The Detail Guys did an amazing job! My property had sections that were severely overgrown, including poison ivy on a retaining wall hill, where I needed to preserve the well established ground cover underneath. They weeded out large areas with vines, trimmed, mulched, added landscape timbers, and created a very nice path through the ivy. Property looks beautiful.
