100% professional and trustworthy. I bought a BadBoy Zero Turn from Bucks in Titusville. The Kawasaki engine blew up in about 18 months and at around 80 hours. Bucks would not honor the warranty or help me out in any way whatsoever. I called BadBoy's corporate office in Arkansas personally. They told me there was no reason that Bucks shouldn't be honoring the warranty and also said If they called Kawasaki it would be handled. BadBoy told me to take it to D Days in Edgewood and that they would take care of everything. BadBoy was right. D Days got me a brand new motor from Kawasaki and installed it for me. I can't thank them enough. Great company!
So my mom was the first of my family and friends to find this place. She has been mowing yards locally for 40yrs. It is really hard to impress her, This place did so with that said I also visited and 👍

3. Times i've brought my mower to d day's 2 times I had to bring it back this last time I said screw I'll find someone to fix it correctly not satisfied at all wouldn't recommend them
I called and asked if they could work on my mower and they said yes and that I could bring it by today to be serviced since the pull cord broke on mine and needed it fixed. I bring it down there assuming they would be able to get to it today and would call me when it was finished. I call a couple hours later to see how things were going and I was told they wouldn't even be able to look at it for a week in a very unpleasant tone i saidi would come pick it up and then was hung up on . So I come pick the mower up and a technician was coming over to look at it and she said to him that I no longer needed help and walked away. Don't take your mower here unless you want to be treated like crap. Poor communication and attitude
The self-propulsion went out on my electric mower and there weren't many repair shops close to Palm Coast certified to fix it. I was prepared to wait for my mower to be repaired, but before I got back home I got a call that it was fixed. In fact, it wasn't actually broken and they snapped the propulsion arm back in for me. (I thought I checked it.) I was willing to pay for their time but they didn't charge me. Everyone I met at the shop was super friendly and helpful. If I need any mower service again I will drive out of my way to use D. Day's, no question!! Thanks to all of you. You made my long drive totally worth it!!
D. Days fixed my 10yr old lawn mower up and now it runs like it's brand new!! I highly recommend D. Days for any repairs, small or large! Their amazing customer service made me feel like I was apart of their family not just a paying customer!
D-day's policy is to do no repairs costing more than half the value of the same unit new. D-Day did that to me. I have an Echo SRM 225 weed eater. They repaired it for $160. A brand new one is $225. I received no call advising me of the cost until they were finished. When I complained about it they said that they were going to do nothing for me. I told them to keep the weed eater. So be careful if you use these people. They will do unauthorized repairs and then charge you.

They didnt have the product that I needed in stock but the receptionist tried her best to find the part for me. She must have helped me for over 30 minutes knowing that I would have to purchase the part from another shop. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful.

3 1/2 weeks and the best answer I can get is I don t know. I don t have anything to tell you. I can t run my business on answers like that. When I dropped it off I told them exactly what I needed also explained I was out of town for a week and would look to pick it up when I got back. Never given any indication of how long the repairs could take. Very disappointed in the level of communication
They were awesome, my pressure washer was still under warranty, the company told me to send it to them. Then the company was giving d-days a hard time about it. D-days was wonderful and fought with them to get my warranty taken care of and the company finally sent me a brand new pressure washer! Thank you d-days!

Came in today with my Ryobi Jet fan blower. Thought that I may have had a somewhat serious issue going on with it (wouldnt start for anything). These guys took it, diagnosed it (bad fuel & intake issue), fixed it, & sent me home with a smile. Great service! Very friendly! Super informative in regards to how to prevent future problems.
